I need documentation/video of DTM implementation for our(walmart team) website to send events to adobe and be able track user metrics

You should get this from your analytics team. That could be an in-house team or an external consultancy/agency. Adobe does not provide client-specific documentation.
Also, DTM is going to be sunset in 2021, so you should really be implementing with Adobe Experience Platform Launch.
