Hi There - I am trying to implement the event listener for the specific path and capture the events in the custom logs. For some reason, the events are not triggering. I am using AEM 6.5. Below is the class I am using along with Run mode specific logger for the custom logs and Sling service user mapper service config. Also I have created the system user and granted the complete privileges. I have performed some activity on the specified path but the events are not captured in the logs. Could someone help with this? package com.test.company.aem.core.listeners;import org.apache.sling.api.resource.ResourceResolver;import org.apache.sling.api.resource.ResourceResolverFactory;import org.apache.sling.jcr.api.SlingRepository;import org.osgi.service.component.ComponentContext;import org.osgi.service.component.annotations.Activate;import org.osgi.service.component.annotations.Component;import org.osgi.service.component.annotations.Deactivate;import org.osgi.service.component.annotations.Re

Hello, I'm trying to setup a super simple Web SDK use case and struggling with several issues.Hope somebody can support on that...Problem 1I'm building a Data Element using "AEP Web SDK" and type "Identity Map". The namespace list doesn't let me select the namespace I created in the specific development sandbox. Instead only the namespaces of the production sandbox are listed here. How can I solve this?Problem 2When sending the event using a rule, the ECID is missing as a subnode of my identification XDM mixin. Thus I was thinking: one can add it to the data element from 1). However no ECID is showing up in this list (see screenshot above: no ECID). Documentation states "Determines whether this identity should be used as a primary fragment in the unified profile. By default, the ECID is set as the primary identifier for the user.". But it doesn't tell how to add the ECID to the XDM payload. And its not sent automatically.Of course, ingestion complains as the ecid is missing .

I know you can set a default planned completion date for x days after the request is submitted but a lot of our requests can vary in size and scope - and many times the person making the request doesn't have a clear enough idea of what they want or the impact of it, so wouldn't really know which option to choose if we went with an option to break them out into different Queue Topics. A specific example is: when someone is asking for a photoshoot, the timing on this can vary vastly depending on how loaded up the studio is at any given time. Does anyone know if there is any way to give a resource manager or planner the ability to modify the Planned Completion date on a request? They would have a much better idea of when something actually can be expected to complete and, that way, the requests won't get stuck up in the sea of red overdue requests - as is what is happening with us now. Thank you!

How do you set the document default to always open any file at 100% magnification? Thank you!

Hi Community, Is there any way to monitor ACS API from within the adobe campaign standard UI? like via any workflow,  ideally we want to monitor and get notified if the ACS API service is unavailable. Thank you for any help.

My requirement is An import data from a workflow to update real-time data to the campaign tables, scheduled for  Daily execution. The data expectation would be more than a million records. for this a down time of 30 min is expecting as per the test. so i need a solution to reduce that down time to ZERO min.As a part of identifying solutions, I come across the switching tables. To be specific:offline data and online data.In offline, data will be loaded to one table  say "customer".{another table which is already online with the same fields of "customer" table say "customer_backup"}so i need to switch from customer_backup table to cusotmer table to be online so that the delay is skipped as the table is already loaded just need to switch. Suggest me the activities, sql code activity usage, and any workflow to achieve this. Thanks in Advance!

We have a campaign structured roughly like this   Send Email Wait Step - 7 d Send Alert to {{lead.Manager}} Wait Step - 7 d Send Alert to {{lead.Manager}} Wait Step - 15 d Send Alert to {{lead.Manager}} Wait Step - 30 d etc   Our question is if the {{lead.Manager}} field changes after the Person has entered a Wait Step.  Will the campaign execute the next Alert with the new data or with the data as it was when originally called?

We are reviewing our double optin process and have a question regarding the same.   Do we need to apply Double optin process only to blog/newsletter subscription forms or to all the forms like contact us, request for demo?

RTE componenthtml being frame on java contains <svg> tag. The same is getting blocked by xss protection.Error : org.apache.sling.xss.impl.HtmlToHtmlContentContext AntiSamy warning: The svg tag has been filtered for security reasons. Hi Community,   I am trying to invoke an sh script that's present in my dispatcher via AEM author. Is this achievable? Are there any customization guide or tools that I can follow to achieve this? Thanks

Hello!Data extracted through Report Builder does not match data that appears in Workspace.I read that "The reason for the discrepancy is that Report Builder uses API 1.4 of Analytics whereas Workspace uses 2.0."It is hard to explain discrepancies to clients; could we get an idea as to when Report Builder is planned to be upgraded to the newer API version 2.0?Thank you!

We are seeing differences in numbers we are getting from report builder and workspace. The reports are using fairly complex calculated metrics and segments applied to each of them, but the metrics and segments used are identical. Is there any resource outlining why we might see differences. Wondering if there are specific differences in the way the two tools process variable allocations to events etc.For example, this link provides some differences between Workspace and Reports data (not specific to report builder):Comparing Analysis Workspace to Reports & Analytics data Thanks for any pointers or any experiences.Sanjay

Hi Friends , I have multiple AEM projects in single git repository. Project A is already exist and working fine. We need to add  new project B in same repository. but I need to do individual project deployment using cloud manager. How I can deploy each project using single stage/production pipeline on cloud manager individually .  I am following below reference linkhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FP-cSbuql-chttps://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/cloud-service/cloud-manager/devops/merge-projects.html?lang=en&cloud-manager https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/how-cloud-manager-use-single-pipeline-to-deploy-multiple-aem/qaq-p/411335  Thanks in advance

Hi Everyone! We are currently recruiting WF admins, power users, and individual contributors (i.e., frontline users) to help us test different designs for the "joint" WF + Adobe Experience shell. The study will take approximately 45 minutes and will take place over the next two weeks. If you or anyone you know would be interested, please reply to this thread! It should be a fun study and you'll get to give some feedback at the end on which design you like most. Adobe's User Labs team will be moderating these sessions, so I will give them a list of everyone's emails to coordinate signups. Thanks, Elissa

We have a react SPA.  First page that the user goes to, it seems the "adobe" object is available, but target.getJsonOffer() is not there yet.  Eventually it is there and we can execute it but not unless we do some sort of timeout functionality or force the SPA to re-render.  Is there some sort of mechanism to knowing when the getJsonOffer, triggerView, etc. functions are available so we can start firing them?

Is there a way to do a rolling comparison of MTD performance of current and previous month?  Example:Today is Apr 15th and I'd like to compare total number of visitors for Apr MTD against the same period in the previous month (So 1 - 15th of March).

Hi All,    I wanted to get some info on is there any ways we can get the Relation between the tables like for Ex: For Lead table Id is the Primary Key and in Lead Activity we can find leadId (it's not the perfect example) . So, I want to get all the relationship but the other tables too. So, is there any way of getting it.

Easy question for all the super smart people out here. Maybe I'm just tired on a Friday and can't find the answer.     I want the options / values in radio button and checkboxes to appear font-weight: normal. I have applied styling in CSS that makes the Labels normal font weight but the choices below stay bold. If anything I want the label to be bold 🙂 but the choices to be normal weight.    This is doing some of the trick for the label:   .mktoForm .mktoRequiredField label.mktoLabel { font-weight:normal !important; }

Hello,  We have configured a button that is populating via Adobe Launch for every page load rule as below: The button is populating on all pages exactly the way we wanted it to be however there is no call happening to Adobe Analytics when we are clicking on the button. I have checked it in the Network of the developer console window, which ideally I guess it should.  So at this node, I wanted to confirm, Do we have to do set up a "Send Beacon" here like that ?Best

Any plugin supportability of adobe cli which can directly be installed in jenkins , and the basic steps that are shared for the plugin how that will be recognize by jenkins when its installed on the server hosting the jenkins . I have already performed all the steps as mentioned in :- https://wttech.blog/blog/2020/cloud-manager-meets-jenkins/https://github.com/wblachowski/cm-jenkins-helpers/tree/master/jenkins-configEven with the plugin installation with npm command i am getting the error after calling the aio command :- aio' is not recognized so even if we follow the instruction of installing the aio plugin , as mentioned in the official document :- Set up the development tools for AEM as a Cloud Service development | Adobe Experience Manager jenkins will not going to recognize the aio as an integrated plugin so that we can use it inside our jobs . Let me know if you have any another way of integrating this plugin for master slave configuration.&nbs

Hi all,I would like to measure and analyse users who hit the back-button.What would a segment look like, for this scenario?Any ideas or experiences that you can share?RegardsStefanie

I've taken the latest aem cloud sdk aem-sdk-quickstart-2021.6.5382.20210602T190018Z-210527.jar and CIF connector(2021.05.26). I'm trying to set up venia store in both author and publish but facing below issues:1. Author: Installed CIF (far file) and venia storefront. Started proxy (npx local-cors-proxy --proxyUrl <magento endpoint> --port 3002 --proxyPartial '') and provided it in Cloud Services > CIF ConfigurationI'm able to see the products under Commerce but when I open venia page, it does not have the category navigation component. Is there an issue with the sdk or connector .far file? Or is it dependent on some configuration?2. I did the same setup in publish but the Commerce section and CIF cloud configurations are not available. Is there an issue with the sdk or connector .far file?3. All the templates have "header" and "footer" components included but these are .hidden components then how these got included? Why experience fragment is not used instead?4. header.html ha
