We are using AEM clous Assets and trying to add custom Metadata Schema. We are able to add and see schema using AEM Assets Touch UI. But that metadata is not visible when we view Assets(image) in Assets View. I see an option to Add custom Metadata Forms in Assets View but i need to add custom Metadata Property in schema. I don't see any options to add custom schema property in Assets View. How can I add custom metadata property in schema? 

Hello! Some of my users are facing problems where the communication and updates from requestors are getting mixed up between the request and the resolving project. They are not keeping their communication in one place. The comments on the request do not automatically sync with the comments on the resolving project. This is causing confusion for the team. Apart from limiting access to the project or training requestors to use the request section for comments only, does anyone have any other suggestions for ensuring a consistent location for requests and their resolving projects?

Very new to AJO/AEP ... I haven't even had the opportunity to even use it or try it out in any fashion; my only familiarity with it is via YouTube/Adobe vids. Currently, I use Salesforce/Marketing Cloud/Email Studio extensively.  In my use-case, we send out informational emails regularly, but we don't have/use profiles which is the case with AJO. I build the email in Email Studio and an organization member will send me a list of recipients to whom the email is directed. This happens each time. Yes, it's Old School, but the information and the target differs from case to case. Having a data lake of profiles that we can segment and send to (the way it works in AJO) just isn't possible with our business model. So is it possible to build an email, upload a fresh list of recipients, and send that email out to those recipients each time? Thanks!

 Has anyone faced issues with the Adobe Analyzer during Cloud Manager pipeline execution? Our build fails during the "Code Quality" step with the following message:Severity: Major | Rule: CQBP-84 | Message: Avoid using deprecated Granite UI components.We have ensured most deprecated APIs are removed, but this keeps coming up. The error logs in Cloud Manager are not very descriptive, making it hard to trace the root cause.How can we get more detailed reports or pinpoint the affected files?Are there tools or local analyzers we can use to test code before committing?Any tips or shared experiences would be appreciated!

Hi all, We're working to report on the first time we respond to a request within Workfront (via update or status change). Does anyone use the 'first response' field for that? I came across that when I was working on the reporting but couldn't find much documentation on it. 

Hey there,I'm looking to add a note/reply to an existing projects (note/update/comment/reply) using the API. I am able to add a note to an existing project via the endpoint "/attask/api/v17.0/note" using a POST request. { "noteObjCode": "PROJ", "objID": <<PROJECT OBJ ID>>>, "noteText": "Test message" } And this successfully comes through with the same outcome as "New comment" in the Workfront online interface. I can't however work out how to add a note, to this note. i.e. The same outcome as "Reply". Published Notes don't appear to have their own ObjIDs, and I've tried various versions of the ID, threadID, topObjID, etc, to no avail.Any thoughts on how this can be achieved? e.g. 

Hi, I would like to know how IP pools associate to dynamic subdomains. My use case is to have one email configuration for several countries instead of having one email configuration for each. This is also a typical use case stated in Adobe docs: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/channels/email/configure-email/surface-personalization However, I would like to have different IP pools for each country as this is already setup in the sandbox. Below screenshot shows that resource URL, Mirror URL and Tracking URL will be populate based on the resolved dynamic subdomain. What though will happen with the IP pool?According to the setting it seems that I have to choose one and same IP pool for the email configuration and thereby also the resolved dynamic subdomain. To migrate to 2.4.6, do I need to have all the security patches installed? In other words, do I need version 2.4.5-p12? Or, if I'm using unpatched 2.4.5, can I migrate to 2.4.6?

Hi,I have a question regarding the https://analytics.adobe.io/api, specifically the /reports endpoint. We’re seeing a potential data discrepancy reported by one of our clients. They observe one set of values in the Adobe Analytics UI and another in the data fetched via the API and stored in their destination system, which is handled by Fivetran.The discrepancy is partial - out of 9 metrics being pulled and stored, 6 match the UI values exactly. However, the following 3 metrics show mismatched values:visitsunique_visitorsmkz_qualified_visitsWe don’t perform any transformations on these values - we request them from the API and write them to the destination as-is. I am working on a use case in which I want to embed an image inside a PDF file. After that, I need to send it as a servelet response. I am using PDFBox library from Apache to do so. Hi there. I am looking for a mobile SDK function that returns the user's segments.I am looking in the documentation, but I can't find it.  I understand that I can do it via an API call, but I would like to know if there is a way to do it with a function so it returns all the segments in an object that I can later refer in different parts of the app and I don't have to call it more than needed.

While creating audience segments within the analytics platform, I encountered a constraint that prevents adding more conditions within a single definition container. This limitation severely restricts the ability to define complex and highly specific audience behaviors, which is critical for our use cases.When attempting to add more than one condition in a single definition container, the platform did not provide any option to add more condition, but earlier there was an option. Refer screenshot for different times. In 2023, there was a option to add more than one condition in container definition instead of that what I'm getting a nested container option.Can someone suggest is this something respective to platform updates or I'm missing anything to add.

Hello!Clicks to CTAs aren't being sent on its own server call linkClicks eventType but on the pageview that loads after the CTA was clicked so there is no separate call for link click, just one containing both on an eventType pageViews on page load.Wondering if this could cause any issues and if its better or cleaner to fire each separately.Screenshot below.From what I see is acting the same way as ActivityMap which would be easier to implement and an overlap as ActivityMap is OOTB.Thanks,R

Hi there,I am working on an exit-intent pop-up using Unbounce for our website and embedded a Marketo Form to track email subscriptions. Unfortunately, once I fill out the subscription form on the pop-up it opens the Marketo Landing Page (Thank You page for subscribing) within the pop-up's iFrame instead of opening a new browser. Any ideas on how to adjust the form settings to push them to a new browser for the page after they subscribe? I'd like to be able to track conversions through Unbounce and have an external conversion tracking script added to this thank you landing page but so far it isn't showing as a conversion. As an added note, the conversion tracking script is working through other pages, so I know this is set up properly.

I would like to prompt project owners to provide a final status update when changing a project status to Dead, Rejected, Completed, or On Hold so I can report the 'why' in a dashboard.  Is there a way to do this in Workfront or is a Fusion scenario required?
