I've been using the technique outlined in this blog post to use emoji in subject lines: https://blog.teknkl.com/yes-you-can-use-emojis-in-marketo-subject-lines/   But it doesn't seem to always work—occasionally the emoji will appear but sometimes the raw Q code would appear in the subject line.    Has anyone had any experience using this technique? Or is there a better technique?

I've upgraded all my extensions and even searched for the property in Launch but it finds nothing. Not sure how to remove these warnings.

We created several custom tasks views. We are unsure why in these views certain task names show italicized. See attachment. In the predefined views from Workfront we don't see this behavior. Appreciate any insight.

Hi, Been asked to produce a report for client that is a replica that someone else created with no history/links/definitions just an excel. It basically is a campaign pathing for a particular channel, so has the following fields Campaign1, Campaign2, Campaign3, Campaign4, Campaign 5, PathLength, FirstCampaign, Last Campaign, TimeBetweenFirst/Last, Orders, Revenue Campaigns are in the format from AMO not Analytics.Any thoughts on how we go about setting up this report? Thanks 

Hi there,I created a freeform table with several segments in rows. I want to show where 1 segment ranks among others (ex. highlight row 3/segment c of 10 rows displayed). Is it possible to highlight just the row that displays the segment in question (ex row 3/segment c) and keep this highlighting persistent so that viewers can easily se the key segment when they come to the report suite?If available, does the configuration differ if the row is a metric or a dimension?If available, can this highlighting be locked to the segment so that if we reorder by a different column the highlighting moves with the segment? Is it possible to highlight and keep persistent specific cells in a free form table to highlight performance? Thank you!Jen

Hi everyone, I'm rendering dynamic content using JavaScript and it is in English for one email delivery. I want to use same JavaScript for content that should be in another language. For example, I'm displaying month name dynamically in email subject as well as email body in English. I want to display the same in French. I'm newbie with ACM. Can anyone help me how I can do that? I'm using following snippet for email subject for EN -<%= formatDate(new Date(), "%Bl") %> And following snippet for email body for EN - <%function daysInMonth(today) {return new Date(today.getFullYear(), today.getMonth()+1, 0).getDate();}var today = new Date();%><%= daysInMonth(today) %> <%= formatDate (today, "%Bl") %>, <%= formatDate (today, "%4Y") %> I want to display the month's name in French in subject as well as email body. English and French email deliveries are independent so no condition is required.  

Hi Experts, We have a requirements where user need to select the tag with their own name  and they should not be able to select any other Tag. So for example lets say we have Tag Structure asFranchisor-> Franchisee-> Agents. Now Agent A should only be able to select the Tag Which is at Level 3 and that too only its own Tag. So Basically they should NOT be able to select "Franchisor", NOR Franchisee and Under Agents only its own Tag. How can we implement the Security for this kind of requirement? Thanks,Nitin   

Hi, Do you know how use cases for these 2 metrics differ? I'd like to build a set of relatively simple reports that show the avg. number of additional pages viewed after viewing:- a specific page (url evar) - to compare which pages encourage most browsing.- any page within a specific site section (segment based on multiple url conditions) - which page types / site sections encourage most browsing. My initial thought was that Page velocity would be applicable to pages and Content velocity could be applied to pages as well as groups of pages but not really sure, does anyone know? Thanks a million,M

Hi all, Has anyone come across a service that can convert a data url into an image and host it? The use case: Via a webhook we receive a BASE64 encoded data url, which resolves into a graph that we would want to display in an email going out to the customer. This works for all email clients, except gmail (and of course any business domain hosted by Google). Other than hosting the graph on a landing page rather than in the email, I see no other solution to make it work for all email clients than to convert the data url to an actual image url, but Marketo itself does not have that ability. Has anyone seen a solution that can do this conversion? Thanks!

We are using Dynamic Media for delivering images and videos. We would like to analyze the use of DM video player for below features.1. Playback speed2. Quality of the video - customer selecting resolution3. Adding Subtitle/CCI am not able to find any documentation in Adobe which says these features are available. I have been reviewing the new GraphQL integration in sp10. The content fragment model's Properties has a new tab.GraphQLAPI ConfigurationAPI NameSingle Query Field NameMultiple Query Field NameCache ConfigurationBrowser Cache duration...CDN Cache duration...I checked the Adobe Content Fragment Model doc and revisited some of the AEM tutorial docs, but none discuss this tab. What can I do with it and where can I find more documentation? 

Based on the docuemtnation available, it seems I "Should" be able to add or edit users by CSV. (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/bulk-upload-users.htmlas well as on the ADD Users button - it says to visit the USERS tab to add by CSV - but none is present). I am an Admin - with Product Proile, Product, and User Group Admin Role. I can see the Add User option (Screenshot) but no CSV has this option been removed? or do I not have needed permissions that I am unaware of?

We have XDP form (attached sample) which needs a field to have 10 leading and 8 trailing digits. we have added this pattern to all options (Data/Display/Edit/Validation) num{zzzzzzzzz9.zzzzzzz9} and also added leading and trailing digit number to field tab. issue start appearing when we have to put trailing digits more than 5.we put 135,235,234.2509, it shows 135,235,234.25090we put 135,235,234.250885 it shows 135,235,234.25088501we put 1,132,235,234.25024 it shows 1,132,235,234.25024009 It put trailing digits randomly and we cannot have this behavior. Is there a way to fix it or approach differently?

Hello All,We are noticing that when we add tags in page properties and save. On reopening the page properties, we see that the order of the tags has changed. This new order is just a random order and does not seem to follow any specific logic. The order in jcr node however seems to be saved in order which we added the tags while authoring.This was not the case for AEM 6.2 (6.2.0.SP1-CFP20) We are only seeing this for AEM 6.5.8. Has anyone faced this and knows how to fix this display order in the page properties dialog?Anyone from Adobe has an idea how internally the tags are ordered for the page properties view?Update: This is a prod issue for us and becoming an issue. @arunpatidar @kautuk_sahni and other experts Any insights on this? PS, we are soon looking to initiate Adobe ticket as well

Basically , Our requirement is to disable defaultRelativeTime on Assets views .If we modify any assets - timestamp(Modified,) views like - "a few seconds ago" Actually we are looking to display format like - "Sep 12, 2016, 5:16:46 PM" .I could see defaultRelativeTime in moment js but not sure to modify for disable defaultRelativeTime .Any thoughts/pointer on this please .

Hi Team, Hope you are doing well.... We have a requirement to store the images placed in the SFTP location as a Blob object. The instance that we are using is an Adobe hosted environment. Below is the scenario1. The creative/business team places the images in Adobe hosted SFTP in specific folder location2. The ask is to read the images using Javascript (need your guidance to see if this is feasible)3. Store the read image as Blob in the Campaign schema ((need your guidance to see if this is feasible) Requesting your guidance and direction on solutioning this request. Hello! I understand that the "First Launches" metric is triggered on the first run after an installation or a re-installation.In terms of "re-installation". does the first launches get triggered when I upgrade the app and re-start (Version Number changes)?Or is it only counted when the app is completely deleted and then re-install?  Thank you so much for the help!

Use case is as follows: Created an activity with the expectation where in 50% of the users see the experience where the video automatically plays when user lands on the page whereas 50% of the users should click on the play button. User looked for the possible ways and found there are 2 ways to to implement auto play, in general and not specifically to target:1. Add code directly at the page level.2. To add (not include) parameter in the URL. The question here is - Is there a way to add a query string parameter on the URL from the target.
