Campaign Standard

Hi,I'm interested to know how other users of Campaign Standard create and format their text only copies of their emails.In our previous platform there was a built in HTML to text converter which helped but still required a certain amount of manual formatting to ensure it was readable. One thing it did help with though was gathering the URLs for each of the links.We have tried free converter tools for example the Mailchimp one, but this doesn't recognise the links as ACS uses the 'data-nl-lnkep-perso-attr-href' tag rather than the href tag. This is particularly challenging when certain links point to content blocks or landing pages as they don't have physical URLs that we're able to copy and paste.I assume we're not the only ones struggling with the issue so keen to hear how others get around it.Thanks,Bob

Cependant, il n'y a pas à ma connaissance d'option prédéfinie pour trouver ce lien dans Adobe Campaign. Il doit pourtant exister une version en ligne sur le navigateur, non ? Je n'ai pas de connaissance sur la génération de ce type de lien, ne connaissant que des outils où ils sont automatiquement présents dans chaque email à leur création. I have a basic query regarding the study material of Architect Cert - https://training.adobe.com/certification/exams/campaign_architect/_jcr_content/sampleExam  Does this exam cover both Campaign Classic and/or Campaign Standard? In addition to that, I noticed the revision date on pdf is June,2018 but the exam version says v6. Does it mean that the exam is not updated to cover Campaign Classic v7 which was released on Sep,2017?Could someone confirm the scope and depth of this exam? I assume this is the correct forum to ask the question.Thank you.

Hi,I am looking to setup a generic auto-reply email from a fake sender address. Is this possible to setup in Adobe Campaign?The 'Reply address' is setup correctly to email a real mailbox, however, the issue is that customers are copying the sender address (syndication@email3.telegraph.co.uk), emailing it in a new email and not getting any response.Thanks,Rob

We want to extract no. of customers targeted per delivery type. eg. Recurring delivery, email delivery, SMS delivery, continuous delivery.(Mainly continuous delivery). Are there any fields in "nmsDelivery" schema or any other schema which can give us the specific type of executed delivery? Or any other solution to identify only Continuous deliveries?

Hi,I have a large complicated workflow which runs at the end of each campaign which summarises findings and then emails this to stakeholders.Ideally I want to split this into two parts, the simply delivery part and the complicated summarisation part. The simple part will allow the operators to select their data and delivery templates and send the email. The complicated part does a ton of analysis work and delivers some files. The operators should never touch any of the complicated part.I was thinking to put a signal at the end of the simple part which after X amount of time will trigger the complicated part, passing through the required variables to enable it to determine the campaign it needs to analyse and deliver the automated reports for.How best to do this? I looked at signals and I think this is the best way, however I'm unsure of exactly how to trigger a signal from a workflow.  Appreciate your input!

Hi,I'm trying to configure recurring deliveries for the following scenario using a workflow because it is not a real time event,but we are pulling people who received a transactional email from a real time message center event:1)  Pull non-recipients/visitors that received a welcome email via message center and are stored in the event archived history logs2)  Send an email 1 hour after they receive the welcome email with a follow up email.  There is no personalization in the email.I can pull the people in a query and get the results back from the archived event history table, reconcile, dedupe, but I cannot get the delivery to send even if I select the people for the targeted group and put in the same criteria based on what is in the archived event history.I have tried to both include and not include recipients in the target and the delivery goes red.  This is the error I am getting.   Happy to get on a google hangout with a fellow user and share a screen because this is hard to descri
