Hello Team,

I need to upload an image and I have a problem with the quality.

There is a standard for image quality and resolution?

There is a best practice to avoid a bad result and something blurred?

    Hi Alice,

    Always remember that images can scale down, but not up. Make sure the image you are trying to use is high enough resolution to display at the dimensions you are setting.

    Generally I save images at the exact dimensions and resolution that I need to use them as in the email, however now with the prominence of mobile viewing it's sensible to format the image at double the size you actually need, and then specify the exact dimensions within the email.

      The image is ok. But the two bottons in the image have a really poor quality. And we still don't understand why.
      Do you have any suggestion about them?

      I hope that other people can help me with that...
