Unsubscribe

Hello Team,

I am testing an Unsubscribe page created with ACS.

I saw that I can unsubscribe multiple times from the same email.

I hoped that after the first unsubscribe, in the next, will be an error.

Is that correct?

A Recipient can unsubscribe multiple times?

Hi Alice,

Yes, that should not be a problem.

Unsubscribe simply fires an API call to Subscription Service API. Firing the same call for an unsubscribed profile will not have any adverse effect.
