Tracking url in the variable content

Hi:

we have a case need to pass some html blocks as a variable to the messagecenter template.

so the template structure is:

<html>

     <%=rtEvent.ctx.contentBlock%>

</html>

This works perfectly fine in terms of html rentering.

however, if I have a link the contentBlock, it wont get escaped and tracked by the Adobe campaign.

for example, we pass:

<div>

    <a href="https://www.google.ca>"

</div>

Is there a way to make this work?
