Hi,I just encountered an email being sent to a profile marked "No longer contact by email" I thought that the "prepare" step of an email campaign removed those profiles from the audience. Am I wrong? Do I need to add a filter to all my audience creation workflows to remove these profiles? Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you.

I want to version a single block wtihin an email by state, but don't see that option when I edit my content block's condition when I select "Profile". How do I add "State"  to this list of Profile attributes while setting up dynamic content?

Hello,I've been reading the documentation but i can't seem to find exactly how to target via API a custom resource I've created.I created a new resource named "Order Statuses" and the resource itself clearly says that the API Name is "cusOrderStatuses". I extended the API when publishing as well.What i can't seem to find anywhere is exactly which endpoint I need to target to create new records in this resource via the API.Any help will be appreciated!Jose

Is it possible to update an image on a delivery that has already been sent out?I have updated the image on the server to the new image, but this new image isn't displaying in email inboxes when you click the original email or when you view in browser. Is there a way to refresh the image on the delivery that has been sent out? Or does the url of the image on the server change when you update the image?

Same email is  delivered to the person two times(workflow has run just once). We have a prod instance with mid sourcing configuration.We could see in delivery logs,there is just one record for those users.Please let me know the possible root cause of this issue.How could we identify if that is an issue with mid sourcing server or not.The mid sourcing server is hosted by third party.We are using Adobe campaign Version 7.

Is there a way to directly import a file (with profile information including email addresses) into Adobe Campaign Standard with Profile data and simply send emails to that list ?This will be a flat file which is already segmented and no need of suppressions or any other business criteria or reconciliation but needs the workflow to pickup the firstname, email addresses and loyalty ID from the file and personalize it in the creative and send to these email addresses. When does Adobe serve delivery images from Adobe mid-source cache instead of outside link?Example:Some images would point to img src="https//:www.clientserver.com/image.jpg"  but Adobe changes URL path from that to something like img src="http://client-mid-prod2-t.adobe-campaign.com/res/img/image.jpg Why does it do that when it should point to client server?

Hi:we have a case need to pass some html blocks as a variable to the messagecenter template.so the template structure is:<html>     <%=rtEvent.ctx.contentBlock%></html>This works perfectly fine in terms of html rentering.however, if I have a link the contentBlock, it wont get escaped and tracked by the Adobe campaign.for example, we pass:<div>    <a href="https://www.google.ca>"</div> Is there a way to make this work?

Hi All, I am trying to develop a query that delivers emails on a rolling basis for event campaigns that are running in parallel. Here are the details:Need to query off of an "Event date" within a data table and send out an email with dynamic content30 days before the event date- to a certain segment of event ticket holders14 days before the event date- to a certain segment of event ticket holders1 day before the event date- to all event ticket holders (dynamic content based on type of ticket holder as well) 1 day after the event date- to all event attendees What is the best way to set up a rolling schedule based off an event table? There are about 30 events that happen within a time period and each event has the 4 emails that need to go out.Additionally, need to pull the event name into the email to indicate the images to include in the email. Any thoughts/help is greatly appreciated!

HiI regularly make use of a workflow query and group/count the results by:* Adding Data* Adding the output column i'm interested in (and select "group" box)* Adding another output column and using the count(@id) expression.* On advanced parameters removing duplicate rows and disabling the automatic adding of primary keys of the targeting dimension.I was looking to do something almost similar, but instead of using a query, I wanted to group by some temp schema data (because i need to make use of other activities to get it how i want before grouping).When using enrichment, I again add data and select the output columns:1) field i'm interested in getting counts on (ticking group box)2) count expression* On advanced parameters removing duplicate rowsHowever the option to select "Disable the automatic adding of primary keys of the targeting dimension" option is not available.The enrichment activity therefore errors.Can anyone advise if there is a setting i am missing or an alternative appro

Hi,I'm experiencing some difficulty with the anti-spam analysis tool.I'm not sure what HTML_FONT_LOW_CONTRAST means since the sentence isn't complete. Also there's a rule below that doesn't even have a name...I'm fairly sure the problem is in the footer:Since when I take it out both errors goes away. Although oddly enough, only when I take this footer away is a NEW spam flag raised:I've had plenty of (small) remote images before and this flag wasn't raised. Best practice is to have ZERO remote images is my guess?**edit: I removed all the images (even though I uploaded all of them directly in the ACS tool) except one and that made this spam flag go away... How does one put images in an email without this happening?Thanks for all your help on these myriad issues...Danny Diaz

Hi,The documentation and the interface indicates that it is possible to import files with fixed columns widths. How is that actually set up in the interface? Fixed width files columns are not detected automatically. Selecting "fixed width" under file structure/configuration doesn't seem to do anything. The column definition settings doesn't seem to have any settings related to fixed width either.How can I go about to import fixed column width files?Regards,Jonas

Hi everyoneI found an issue on ACS while getting emails created on AEM6.2 On-Premise.This is what I did:I verified the integration between AEM6.2 and ACS by Cloud Services and it works because we are able to choose the correct Campaign Template from Page Properties in AEM6.2campaign-remote user in AEM6.2 has correct password and it’s the same set inside ACS External Accountcampaign-remote, in AEM6.2, has the following permission EVERYONEThe AEM user in Adobe Campaign has the correct password provided by Adobe Campaign Support Team.I created correctly the AEM template inside ACS as described in the official DocumentationWhen I try to import the email created inside AEM into Campaign AEM Template we got the following error (you can see the screenshot attached)Inspecting the Google Chrome Console, while retrieving the list of emails created inside the AEM6.2 there is the following 500 error: https%3A%2F%2(tenant name hidden)-mkt-stage1.campaign.adobe.com%2Frest%2Fhead%2Fdelivery%2F%2540n3

Hi,I'm setting a unsubscription service in Adobe Campaign Standard. I have 2 different custom resources, one is extension of Profile schema (customers and newsletter subscribers) and one is a new resource (not customers but newsletter subscribers). The 2 schemes are independent.I have to set the unsubscription service that must unsubscribe the profiles of both schemes.First question: can I unsubscribe a profile that I have no subscribe to the service? I have tried but I didn't see in the subscription history my name with action "Unsubsciption".Second question: I try to set the service but I can't modify the targeting dimension (in the landing page it is possible). The only permitted is Profiles. How can I manage the unsubscription in the second schema (new resource)?Thanks

Hi,Our system is configurated in load balancing with 2 servers.Everything is working fine (connections...) except that we have issues to replicate modifications on both servers at the same time. For example, if we add a new field and do an update on our oracle database, depending on the server we are actually connected, we could have an error showing that the new field does not exists. The error disapear completely only if the application is restarted the next day. So, if the restart is not done we have the error showing each time we are trying to access the new object.Thanks in advance for your help,Nbe
