Is it possible to update an image on a delivery that has already been sent out?
I have updated the image on the server to the new image, but this new image isn't displaying in email inboxes when you click the original email or when you view in browser. Is there a way to refresh the image on the delivery that has been sent out? Or does the url of the image on the server change when you update the image?

Even if you change the image on your server, it is not necessary that the image on end users inbox is being server from your server side.
1. To begin with, Campaign stores the uploaded image as a MD5 file name. Hope the new image has been uploaded with the same MD5 name.
2. When you push images on email, the same can be cached by Gmail or even by cloud front. So if you change the image on your server, you will then have to clear the cloudfront cache on all possible mirror servers as well.
