Hi,I'm trying to find how I can access the export file from a Direct Mail, in order to send it automatically (with a workflow) to a DM service provider... easy job in ACC, but I can't find it in ACS?Already tried to use a "wake up workflow" in the DM router, and trying to read the $(vars/@filename) in the workflow, but the workflow doesn't seem to get triggered...Any hints?Thanks,Stefan

Hi guys I need some help regarding campaign templates with an email delivery in, and creating them in local folders afterwards.As of right now, the description field content is not getting copied out together with the rest of the email content. And since we use this field for our tracking code, this is very important for us.So do any of you know how we can always make sure it does?We are opened to create a new extension field, but this has also been tested and with no luck. I have a couple of questions in regards to Landing Pages based on client needs. Overview: Client is trying to build a Landing Page where they would essentially have a Country Code as part of the URL. They would promote the LP through the company website (their company website landing page is not hosted by Adobe) and their looking to do the following:Based on language preference/and Country Code that's part of their company website URL, it would dynamically populated by the corresponding LP. Example of company website: https://www.abc.com/us/en_us/my-abc-30 (Country = US and language = English). For example, I have marked a Test Profile as a Proof and for some reason that Test Profile did not receive the delivery, so I was wondering if there is an option to see why it has been excluded, like in the Exclusion Logs tab but for the Test Profiles that were marked as Proof.Please let me know.Thanks in advance.

Hi all,We'd like to know if there is any way to automate the creation of a new value in a data field authorized value: we receive a lot of information from external systems and when they add a new possible value for a field we must add it too (see image for any clarification).We don't want to do this by hand and we'd prefer to automate it via Workflow or any other way.Many thx,Fabio

Hi all,I have a question regarding query of logs. Is it possible to query profiles who have received for example 10 emails (have 10 delivery log ID's on the sending/delivery log)  or clicked in 5 emails (have 5 tracking logs) etc in ACS? I can't find any way to do it without having to extract the data into excel and then do some work in there. But it would be much easier if there happened to be a way in the system, maybe with advanced expression were it could be done. Thank you in advance!All the best,Sebastian

Hi all,I need your help to understand why a user sees this error message:RST-360011 An error has occurred - please contact your administrator.QUE-370023 You do not have the necessary write rights on the 'Workflow' entity.This user and another one are assigned to a secirity group that has visibility only to a specific organizational unit.The following Roles are assigned to this security group: Adminsitration, Prepare Deliveries and Workflows.The first user can modify a workflow and save it, while the second user, apparently set in the same way of the first, can't modify the workflow and sees the message above. Please note that we are trying to modify a workflow that is correctly set to the organizational unit of the security group.Are there any permissions at single user's level?Thanks,Livia

Good morning,We’d need to insert in the tracked url of emails some dynamic parameters like the purchase brand or country of purchase.We manage without problems to insert the fields of the profiles table (for example the Customer Code), but we’d need to insert further parameters that are present in secondary custom resources.Into the list of personalized fields, we can just see the fields of the profiles table, but not the secondary custom resources, that we need.Has anyone already solved this problem?Are there any alternatives to enter these parameters in the tracked url?

Hi!I am very new to Adobe Campaign and I'm trying to work on a Campaign and send some delivery proofs. When I try to send the proofs (either via Workflow or via the Delivery Templates) I am getting the following errors and I am not sure how to resolve them: "QUE-370005 Pre-defined filter 'FLT12" no longer exists in the database. Cannot complete the query" "SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'PrepareTargetlmpl' of service 'nms.delivery'"  "SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'PrepareTarget' of service 'nms.delivery'" As such I am unable to send any delivery proofs. Hoping someone can help me with what to do to resolve the errors so I can send the proofs. I have tried removing personalization but they still won't send so I don't think it's an issue with the personalization. I don't know what Pre-defined filter "FLT12" was and I can't seem to see where I can find all pre-defined filters associated with my delivery templates to try to delete a reference to it if that is

Hi,I am using messagegatewayservice to send the mails.I need to check if recepientmailid is existed/valid.Return type of Send(email) is void.Is there any way to check the recepientmailid existence and then send.Or is there any way to check the delivery unsuccess for the invalid mailids??

Whenever I will use adobe tool on my computer/laptop, I'll look for smooth working of the tool. To run the adobe toll flawlessly, I require some predefined RAM, storage, processor on my machine. I want to know, How much RAM, Storage and processor will be sufficient to run the adobe software tools.
