Error while updating the database.

Question

Dear friends,I have created one workflow for uploading the data(excel file)  in database. But unfortunately it is showing error I don't know how can I resolve the issue. Please help me Error are belowDocument type of inbound events ("and 'head: profile') are incompatible (step 'update data') unablyto perform the operation.Workflow example:Start - load file - update data

Hi pradeepn30031990​You should try using change dimension activity to update the records successfully. Hi Pradeep,

It might be because of the Reconciliation keys is not selected. For update operation we need to have this option enabled and add the fields based on which update needs to be performed. If you are not sure with the reconciliation keys, just select "insert" operation and re-execute the workflow.
