Hello,I would like to export  these data in outlook ACS :- subjects from nms:delivery- sender email addresses  from nms:delivery- all fields from nms: deliveryLogStats- agregates from recipient broadlogs: ex: email_domain, failure reason, count(*)All that seems to be impossible to do and that is a small list of the software limitations 😞Can you confirm or give me solutions please ?Regards,Pascal

Hi, I am doing an Activity export of delivery logs and Tracking logs.Delivery logs has Segment code in it so i can easily populate it.There is no segment code in Trackinglogs. Can you give me some direction on how to get segment code for tracking logs.I am pretty sure there is a parent schema above profile tracking logs that have a segment code.But i cant find it. Thanks

Hi,  We are creating landing pages in ACS for Asia where users are required to fill in their mobile phone instead of their email addresses. Is there any way we can reconcile/deduplicate with mobile number only? In addition, users might not fill up their mobile number with country code and duplicate records will be created in Adobe. Hello, Can you help me please? When I start the same workflow in a same day 2 times, why the Delivery ID is the same? I'm trying to do a join between Tracking Logs and Delivery Logs, but because the same PK (Delivery ID) sended in only one day, it's not possible until now. Thanks in Advance

Hi all, I'm trying to use the new External API activity to fetch data from an external system. Is there a way to add dynamic query parameters?I have an URL that looks like this: https://api.fakedomain/some-resource?startDate=DYNAMIC_DATE  The startDate parameter is dynamic and is calulated by the workflow. In the activity, I couldn't find a way to add query parameters to generate a query like the one aboveIn the External API activity we can add inbound columns but id does not generate the correct query What is the correct way to use an URL with a dynamic query parameter? https://api.fakedomain/some-resource?startDate=DYNAMIC_DATE   Thank you

Sorry if this is been asked before and is a bit dumb, but I have a CSV list of emails and two other columns of data that is not in adobe campaign. I want to be able to use these columns of data to personalise an email which is a one off email. How do I achieve this using adobe campaign online?

Hello!I am a new user/developer in ACS and I am trying to create a transactional message on the ACS Sandbox, I was able to create an Event and configure it to have a few fields, So I was trying to set up the REST API in Postman to make the POST requests for the Transactional Messages, but I got stuck in the authorization part. I am not sure where I can find the password for the Basic Auth. I am not sure if I can use another way of authorization and which that would be.Please let me know if anyone can help.Thank you!

Hi there, I'm a long time Campaign Classic user, but a little newer to Campaign standard. I've been familiarising myself with the ACS API and have a question about handling Profile updates. I've seen you can:Insert a profile (POST)Update a profile (by GET request and then using the Pkey in a PATCH request) My question is.... is there a simple way to "insertOrUpdate" (whereby a record is updated if it already exists or is created new if it doesn't, based on a defined reconciliation key). I think there would be many use cases where 3rd party systems don't know if the record exists or not, but want an end result of the record existing as a campaign profile (without creating duplicates). I guess a combination of the 3 requests could be used as follows, but I wanted to know if there was a simpler way? I'm also keen to know if there remains an option to define a reconciliation key with these methods.Potential approach?* Perform GET request (based on one of the f

Hi,In ACS is it possible to use an own new custom table other than the OOTB Profile table to configure a new Target Mapping. I created an profile through the ACS Profile API. I am able to retrieve the profile information through the GetProfile call. But I am not able to update the organization unit for the newly created profile. Hello, I would like to edit existing Recipient fields to, for example, change the label or force a choice of specific values with an enumeration. In Campaign Classic this is quite easy, I can just create an extension and change anything I want by adding an attribute with the same name as the orinial field. Is this possible in Standard? I obviously can't edit the original recipient schema, and I can't add an attribute with the same identifier to an extension, because ACS automatically adds a prefix to it. Editing the xml of the extension's schema is also forbidden, even with sysadmin rights. Can anyone help, or is this just impossible? Thank you,Xavier

Hello,  i'm completely stuck with the system, we have an account which was setup by HQ and training (i assume) given to staff their, he then left and i don't think the knowledge of the system was passed on. I'm having issues with importing profiles via a workflow. The workflow was setup and we were told, just add the new .csv file and run the workflow however we get an error and even created a "simple" workflow produces errors with a code which requires some expert knowledge to decipher.  Any help would be great, can pay in loo roll or hand sanitiser.

So, let me start first by introducing myself - I am from New Delhi, India and I have done my undergrad in Computer Science from the University of Delhi. I have been with Adobe for the past 5 years now and prior to this I was managing the community for Adobe Partners. Outside of Adobe, I like to read and sketch.
