Adding Mobile as Reconciliation Key for Landing Page

Hi, 

 

We are creating landing pages in ACS for Asia where users are required to fill in their mobile phone instead of their email addresses. Is there any way we can reconcile/deduplicate with mobile number only? In addition, users might not fill up their mobile number with country code and duplicate records will be created in Adobe. Here is a scenario after a few tests:

Filled up the landing page with mobile number A with area code, email address A

New profile created

Filled up the landing page with mobile number A without area code and did not fill up email address

New profile created

Filled up the landing page with mobile number A with area code and did not fill up email address

New profile created

Profile created in Step 1 updated

Hi @danicab18290509,

 

You need to edit the job parameters under landing page properties. There you would be able to select your reconciliation key, then define the mapping parameter and, finally select the appropriate update strategy.

@sukrity_wadhwa - can the landing page be setup with two reconciliation keys? For example, email address & mobile phone?
