Dear experts, how can I transfer the value of the "Origin" field of a service subscription to another?I've set up a workflow with:- a query activity which finds all profiles, which have both services set- in this query I can get the origin value of a specific subscription as Additional data Now, how can I update the other service subscription, which is already set? Thanks for your help, Greetz,Tommy

Hi there,  How do I set a delivery priority in ACS? I mean, I have to set a pressure rule that prevents subscribers from receiving more than 1 email per day. But in add to this I have to set a delivery priority: if i have scheduled one NL and one PROMO during the same day, the NL has the priority and the PROMO has not to be sent. I know that ACC has this feature, can someone help me with ACS? Many thanks @bisswang  @davidkangni  @satheeskannak  @kuthiala_ananya

Working on a (first time) test install of campaign v7 on a Debian 8 server and after following the install instructions, I get the following when I try connecting the console program for initial configuration. "403 Forbidden: You don't have permission to access /nl/jsp/soaprouter.jsp"Not sure where to go next.

Hello, good afternoon. Here in our Company, we use Airship Urban to send Push messages.We are trying to integrate it to ACS using External API.  However, we can't customize the payload as expected by Airship Urban. The log error: (400 - Bad Request)   So, can't we customize the payload message? Hi, we are using External API to fetch the email templates url and subjectline from AEM using AEM exposed REST API service. That service has OAuth token that expires every 24 hours, how can we dynamically generate and pass the Authorization token value from External API acitivity. Thanks!!Vikash

We are looking for external API to perform a use case where some workflow data (first name, email, DOB) will be posted to a https url. However, we could see a few hurdles: a. how do i know when this activity is posting and when it is issuing a GET or PUT or other kinds of HTTP call?b. When using the POSTMAN Echo, the request is working fine, however, when tested using the external API the request is getting through but no response - how is my request getting posted in the endpoint?c. I am providing below the screenshots: of the error and my configurations - any information? 

Hi All, I've probably asked this before... but is there a way of using data linked to the profiles schema in ACS. For simplicity lets say I have an Orders table linked to profiles table (1 cardinality simple link : so one occurrence of the order table can have at most one corresponding occurrence of the target table - but of course each profile record can have many order records)Is there a way I can use the orders data in an email delivery to personalise? My findings seem to be:* 1-n relationship data doesn't seem to be accessible in the personalisation menu in a delivery* OOTB Content Blocks seem to use Javascript to access data objects, but even when creating my own content blocks - replicating in this way doesn't seem to be allowed* We are able to use workflow activities like add data/enrichment to add aggregated, deduped or even collection data to the temp schema, then this is accessible in the delivery.The 3rd option is ok for simple use cases.But I had an exam

Hi All,I am looking for Adobe Campaign Standard to be configured to trigger event when new information is available and trigger event to mobile app. Also, Is there any API available from Adobe to listen or any kind of callback that mobile app can receive from SDK. We don't want user to be shown with pop-up/alert message on screen actually and in background when ACS delegate/callback method is executed than only perform operation.Could anyone help over here if there is such a kind of trigger(From Adobe Side ) and listen(on Mobile app) to event functionality supported on ACS.Thanks.

I'm looking to limit the number of specific deliveries we send to a profile on a follow up email. We have three separate purchase follow up emails for three different transaction types, each with their own follow up email that sends 3 days after the purchase confirmation email is sent and includes a token from the previous email to link back to their order. We would like to limit the number of sends so that they only receive 1 purchase follow up every 30 days. I initially had it set up as part of the query where I'm targeting the specific email as the resource, checking that the delivery log exists and the date of the email was 3 days go EXCEPT if a delivery with the label "purchase follow up" exists within the last 30 days. However, it queries the profile every time they're queried and does not catch them in the exception, therefore they receive multiple purchase follow ups.  (For example, they purchased on July 1st and 2nd and received a follow up on both July 4th and

HiWe have a need to set up Surveys with Adobe Campaign Standard. We are looking to integrate some third party survey tool with Adobe Campaign Standard via API.Just asking if someone here has ideas or advice on this?Has anyone does something similar and can recommend survey tools that is well positioned to integrate with ACS.The case would be to- Target recipients in ACS and send link to survey (third party tool).
