Hi, I've read in a comment on this topic (profile-substitution-for-proofing) that profile substitutions in ACS should work in a recurring email when using 'no aggregation period'.We've tried that multiple times at de Volksbank, but it doesn't work for us. Do you know if this option is available for recurring emails and which steps we have to take?I'm a little confused, that's why I'm checking it with Adobe professional @sukrity_wadhwa  Kind regards,Björn Kummeling Settings MessageTopic

I have created a new test profile (Profiles & Audiences > Test Profiles) but I do not see this or any new test profile created under the 'Test Profiles' section to 'Change profile' and 'Preview' email in Email Designer.Following these steps: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/profiles-and-audiences/managing-profiles/managing-test-profiles.html?lang=en#profiles-and-audiencesIs there anything additional that needs to be done after creating a new test profile to have it available in Preview?

I'm having a very frustrating time where I am building emails in standard and then having issues sending proofs. I have links within the email that include personalisation (segment and campaign coding). When I send a first proof it works fine but if I make any changes whatsoever to the email (including adding more test profiles) it will no longer send any proofs and error out. The error says the segmentation step before does not exist. Adobe support said its a personalisation issue but that's all. I have no idea how to fix this. Please help.

Hi Community,I submitted a CCPA delete request via API and since 20 days it is still showing in processing state.the profile data deletion is completed but the campaign still shows processing.  I had submitted two jobs, once had a single email and other had three emails included in the payload, both were delete requests. why does it take so much time any idea?also when I looked at the technical workflows, I can see there are workflows for Get privacy requests from pipeline and Privacy delete requests and both are running fine . The delete workflow has a frequency of daily and 3:40 am CST.one thing that I noticed is in the delete workflow after the scheduler there is a JS used which only mentions about  loadLibrary("nms:gdpr.js"); I don't see anything about CCPA, is that something that is the reason for my request taking so long and may be stuck?  

Hi All, When i'm executing a delivery, i'm unable proceed without a segment code(Targeting activities like split, union and intersection has separate segment code). I come up with two solution for this. 1. I can make the segment code as mandatory field in the Out of Box form(OOB Form). But it might affect my existing campaign/deliveries that doesn't have segment code. 2. I can apply typology rule to exclude the recipient who doesn't have the segment code. Since Split, Union activities segment code are in stored in temporary table. any idea to fetch the data from temporary table? refer the 3rd image  (I would like to go with 2nd option). I have attached 3 images. my sample work flow. Split activity where we can find segment code. Temp table of split activity. Little help on this much appreciated. ThanksSoma

Hi, I'm trying to proof an email that exists in a workflow based on a real profile using the new profile substitution functionality. However, I keep seeing the message below preventing me from doing so. There is no prepare button and the workflow is started (albeit paused so that I don't actually send this email to people without first proofing it like I'm trying to do):Any advice would be much appreciated.

You need to be able to generate a SSH key in order to be able to add it to the Control Panel. We are working on finishing our setup for Adobe Campaign Standard, but cannot figure out how to hide/remove all of the OOTB templates that come with the system by default since they are all locked. Without having edit access to these templates, we cannot change them, remove them, or hide them through an Org Unit and security. We were advised by our support team that we would need to write a workflow to force them in to an Org Unit and just make sure none of our users have access to that Org Unit. We set up an org unit of 'adobe_defaults' that we are trying to force them in to using a workflow, but no matter what we do, the workflow just errors out.  Has anyone had to do this? If so, what is the best method to get rid of the OOTB content templates from our Production instance? We have a Dev instance where we will keep all of them so we have a base to work from if we ever need templates like the ones Adobe has already built. To hopefully help, here's the workflow step

Hey Adobe Community!  So I am running into an array of issues when it comes to customizing the HTML and CSS in the Email Designer. When I plug in the code into the HTML editor, the preview looks great. Once I send over a test, not only is some formatting lost (like border radius on a button) but basic inline styling put directly into the editor doesn't accompany the delivery.  I have tried the following CSS properties: background-colorborder-colorborder-widthborder-radiuscolumns Am I missing a step? Hi, I would want to extract opt-out data for deliveries past the 6 months data retention period (count and/or rate). Data for deliveries (indicators) are collected, but for some reason the opt-out/unsubscriptions are not in the indicators (kpis). If I look at dynamic reports from +6 months ago, the unsubscription data for deliveries are shown, so it must be stored somewhere. Where is this stored so I can enrich it in to the delivery data? Thanks! BR,Mikael

Hi Community, I am not able to figure out an issue with one of our re-occurring emails which is displaying incorrect price value within the content. example: it should be 7.99 and it shows as below,  The value is coming from Profile resource and the data type used for it is floating number.in the workflow the expression used is as below,  should I use a different data type?the values defined for the profiles are also having 7.99

Hi, i have an existing and published transactional message which i need to save as a "normal" delivery template. Is that possible? i cannot find a way. When i click save as template in the email designer of the transactional messages content nothing happens. RegardsMalte

Hi Community,I have a question about failed message alert via DAD. If I have a delivery alerting dashboard enabled for failed messages and supposedly, if I have a delivery for a which the request confirmation  befor delivery was checked, and I forget to confirm, the message does No send due to this.Wil this be picked up by the dashboard I have and notify me?

Hi, I want to create a workflow that runs several times a day but only on the working days (monday to friday). I tried to fill scheduler with different options and see preview schedule but it looks it does take into account only the one option at the time and is not possibile to make any combine configuration.

Hi Community, I have noticed that, if you enable a delivery alerting dashboard, the notifications meeting the criteria are sent appx every 10mins, can someone let me know if this frequency is customizable? 

Some of our ministries have seen reduce open rates since early October which may correlate to the last ACS upgrade.  I have looked into the tracking log for some deliveries and I know there are missing opens.  Since I receive many of the emails and open all of  them and I don't have an open I know its missing.  I still have the emails in my arch box and verified I read it. Before I go through a long process with support I want to see if anyone else has noticed this. Thanks John
