Hi, I want to add date type field in Additional Data section. However when I add a field in Additional Data section, there's only "simple field" type option is available. Is there a way to include or change a type of field from Simple to Date? Thanks! SK

Hello, I am using Additional Data field to include current date with every record in the data. So if I am sending the email today (Feb 21), the system date (02222021) should get include with every record. I am using following (see attached as well) as my Additional Data field: Type: Simple fieldLabel: Current_DateDateOnly(GetDate()) But its not working. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks SK

Hey all - I am looking to use a workflow that will allow reading the audiences we have in Campaign and passing the label or name to the Read Audience action.  It seems we can query and get a list of audiences in the Query action and we can even get them into the outbound transition.  However there does not seem to be any information in the inbound transition or vars on the Read Audience action that I can use to dynamically set which audience to read. Currently, here's what we are doing:Query All Audiences Receive all information from audiences in outbound transitionDynamically Read Audience set from outbound data from queryWe are finding the same issue with both Read or Save audience, that we cannot get the system to recognize data from a query or from a column in a file that is loaded in the system. Has anyone come across this or found a different way to dynamically read/save an audience without having to utilize an API call? @jchapman-cc-82 

Hi Adobe Team, I would like to use the Distance(Long1,Lat1,Long2,Lat2) function available in ACS standard. Do you have examples of this function being used with personalization content? For example, Let's conisider a client try to buy a product in a given store but this product is no longer available there. However, it is available in other stores near that location. The aim is to send the client an email where I display the two closest stores where the product is available based on the client last point of sale. (Within a 6-mile radius)The latitude and Longitude of the orifinal point is known but how can I fetch the latitude an longitude of the closest store within the personalization? Reagards, Julius

Hi, We are using single email delivery and using dynamic content to have two versions. Default version and second version that is based on dynamic content (just hero image changes in second version). In ACS. Is there a way to see email reporting (email opens, clicks) on each versions? Don't know if its possible since we are using a single email delivery. Thanks! SK

Hi there, I wish to send email deliveries to data that I don't want to store as profiles. I have imported the data into a file type audience via worklow. Now I have the file audience, how can I send a delivery to this?I've tried via workflow (read audience --> email delivery) but it errors as the inbound data is not profile dimension as usual. I assume this is something to do with the target mapping / target dimension set on the delivery template. Can someone advise on the steps needed / configuration to support the sending of email deliveries to file audiences. Thanks David

Hi, We have four import workflows where we use the external API activity to fetch new blog content. We need to run these quite often since we can only fetch the latest blog post. My question is if it is most efficient to have four workflows or if you should run them sequentially in one workflow? I think I have seen that it is not good to have several external API activities in the same workflow? But I am also concerned running several workflows often, when it could be one workflow (although including more steps). Br,Filip

Hi Community,I need some help in setting up alerting for our transactional messages in ACS. We are going to define a minimum and maximum threshold for the message and would like to get a notification daily if this threshold is met.I tried doing some set up via delivery resource extension under custome resources but I don't think it works out for transactional messages. Is there any other way around to achieve this?

Hi All, Is there any way we can update custom fields in AppsubscriptionRcp schema through workflow activities in ACS ?We have in V6 like one custom field on AppsubscriptionRcp schema,  based on that field we have linked that to recipient schema. where the same business requirement we are not able to replicate the workflow in ACS as we are not able to see that AppsubscriptionRcp table to select in Update data activity.Any help is more appreciated.Thanks,Sivaramakumar P

Hey Team, Is there any way the HTML Email Content in a recurring delivery can be made dynamic. Hello, I saw an email sample few days ago. The email was created in ACS and the images in the email were pulling from Adobe Target. The images were changed based on the email open time.  I can't find that sample email anymore (Email getting images from Target). Does someone know where is that sample email or have any ideas/samples how to create a sample email in ACS with images coming from Adobe Target. Thanks!

Dear experts, our ACS environment has to handle our organizational structure.That's why we extended the meta data of elements like Campaigns, Services, Programs with some custom fields like "brand",... Is it possible to extend the search bar under "Marketing activities" with some filters?Beside, can the freetext search on top include/index the custom fields? If it's not possible as an Administration configuration, may the Adobe support be able to code a special solution here? Thanks, Greetz, Tommy

Is there any documentation about the default behavior of a service subscription event setup? We are looking at an option to enrich the transactional email received by the end-user with profile data when they receive a subscribe or unsubscribe event. However, so far, that is not working and instead returns an error of anything attempting to be pulled from context.profile.In attempting to set up our own workflow and/or event configuration, we cannot find anything that shows what the default behavior is for the subscription event to attempt to model after this at all. Is there a diagram or configuration setup hidden somewhere that we just cannot find in all of the documentation?

We are running in to an issue where special characters in the From Name (not email address) are being encoded when sent and cannot find a workaround to meet requirements. For example, the From Name could be Product & Technology, however in email boxes it shows as Product & Technology. Is there a specific way to set the From Name to utilize a special characters without encoding them when sent? We would have assumed this is a text field the way it is in other platforms.
