creating custom ressource (not linked to profile ) and populate it with API

Hello Everyone.

I got a issu that i cannot solved for now.

my requirement is the following :

i need to create a custom ressource (let's call it testRessource).

this ressource will have several field (id, label, ....) and no link to ther ressource (no link to the profile one for sure).

How can i access the ressource with API (using call throught mc.adobe.io)

i know that we can use the campaign/profileAndServicesExt/ressource endpoint for ressource linked to the profile, but it's currently  not my case.

anyone ever work on this case?

(i will need to populate this ressource with API call , we cannot use file and workflow for it)
