Hello community, i created dynamic content on an email delivery and i would like to use the "IN" operand to check if the product ID is in a list but i received an error message "Error while compiling script 'DM1091[htmlfr_beContent]' line 425: invalid 'in' operand "xxx"." Here is the condition :context.targetData.product_Id in ('xxx','yyy','zzz') So the question is : is it allow to use IN operand on a dynamic content condition within an email delivery ? Thanks

Hi,Is there any way that the look (CSS) on the button, for example color, could be changed depending on the characteristics of the receiver?More specifically my question is if it could be done without the need of creating two buttons and segmenting those? Because I would want to reduce the amount of work of creating two buttons per sendout and instead just change the CSS automatically.Br,Filip

Hello communityJust wondering if any of you has applied waves in ACS recurring deliveries. I do not find "Send at a custom date defined by a formula" option in recurring delivery.We have to send an email across 14 days and the volume needs to be segregated hourly. We receive the data from Pega everyday, as a daily wash is required on data we cannot receive whole data at a time and hence I cannot able to define the waves using stand alone delivery. In this case I will need to create 14 deliveries to cater daily waves if I cannot use Recurring delivery for waves. Could you please share your use case if you have optimized the campaign to cater waves across multiple days using stand alone delivery where you have to check for unsubs and ceased accounts everyday? Thank you.RegardsNarendra

I have a extract and transfer of a delivery log that I am needing help with. The workflow that I have works correctly and the file is being pushed into an Azure Blob (I can see the file there).  There are two issues that seem to be ACS related that I need help with. The output file is a CSV (Excel) format. Each field has a set of double quotes around it.  Unfortunately, the process after the Blob is messed up with these.  Any way to not include those?ACS seems to be adding an additional "blank" record (shown by the cursor in the screenshot).  This is making the the process after the Blob to fail.  Thoughts to prevent a blank record?

Hi Experts, How can we configure ACS to allow the customer to select dynamic content to send personalized messages based on the client's tags? Here is the use case: if a client is tagged "Apple," "Wine," and "Sport," and each tag corresponds to two recommended products, the client will receive a personalized email with information from six recommended products, such as product name, product image, price, redirect URL, and so on. We can assume that "user and tag mapping data" and "product information data" and "tag and product mapping data" have been imported into ACS already. Regards,Jaman

HI, we need to send lists of customers ('leads') to our branch network. we have a solution for the output all sorted but I cant find a way to limit the number of 'leads' send through to each branch. I have a table that has how many leads they can have each week and how many currently active. so 'limit - active = number of customers allows through for that branch'. trouble I am having is;1) there's no way to perform that calculation I can figure out, which is ok I can get this brought in to ACS if needed.2) there's no way to use the content within a table as a limit. e.g. of 100 leads generated Melbourne Branch has 50 leads available, Melbourne has capacity for 5 today so limit Melbourne branch segment to 5. then tomorrow they have capacity for 10 leads so segment limit melbourne to 10 leads. I though I had was a way to do this in Classic but nothing is working in campaign standard.

Neolane appears to be altering my code upon send for some reason. Hi everyone, Does someone know if it's possible to download from Campaign a file (csv, txt, ...) containing a list of the recipients (eg. emails) and the deliveries opened by each of them? Consider that our campaigns are sent mostly to the same customer base, so we want to know who are "the best and the worst openers". Thank you

Hi,We are trying to test the Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign Standard intgration. We configure the steps required in AT and ACS. We sent a test email and when using outlook client we are able to view the image but when using web client the image is not rendered. Hi All, For one of our custom schemas, an 'Interaction ID' field flows from data systems to ACS.This field apparently is a large integer value (eg: -7147687652581693114), hence this was setup as type: Integer (64 bits, ±9,223×10^15) at the time of implementation (done by Adobe Consulting). We have been observing issues with this field for quite some time now and when we dig into troubleshooting, it seems this field has forever been adding extra zeroes at the end of the incoming value.As an example, -7147687652581693114 becomes -71476876525816931140000. I understand this is related to data type and ACS tends to add extra digits if the expected number of digits don't turn up in the incoming value.Is my understanding correct? If yes, how are we supposed to deal with such long values then?Is 'Text' a good option or Integer (16 bits, ±32,767) /Integer (32 bits, ±2,147×10^6) could be considered too. How do we know with these 'Integer' data types, the same issue

Dear all,I have checked and found some rendering issues in Outlook Mail client! Any one please help on this? Question :  We have design 2 full column panel with content, one is for Desktop other one is for Mobile. In the desktop and mobile sections working perfectly except Outlook Mails. But, Outlook shows repeated section. We have tried to resolve with the help of MSO-hide all property, but still it's not working for Outlook. Can any one help on this request? or Can you please share the possibilities for this kind of issue?   Thanks,

Hi,I have a scenario where I have unique product codes per profile (column="product code") which should be included in the linking URL. Can this be done as dynamic content in Adobe Campaign Standard? So a standard URL that in the middle of it has ..._productcode=xxx_ and this string should be then replaced by this unique value that exists in a workflow column. So that I could define the URL separately and the part of it that is dynamic. Or do I need to do that logic in an external tool? Thanks already in advance! 

Hi All, I wanted to understand, what happens to a profile once it is Quarantined due to reason "user unknown" in profiles table. I am able to see a profile which was tried to be contacted but now that profile is only visible under 'Quarantine' in address table but not in 'profiles' table.Is that expected?

Hey I need to use a for loop to loop through a csv file where someone can have multiple streaming subscriptions. Hi - Using delivery logs how can I get a count of all deliveries sent per subscriber? The aim is to see how many emails each subscriber is receiving. Thanks 

Hi all,we want to export our control groups that we have saved in several audiences in a file and drop them on our server via an automated workflow.The file we are looking to extract should have the following columns for each record:- customer id (from profile schema)- the audience label (audience schema)- audience creation data (audience schema)For the follow up of this we want to know which user was in which control group.However - when we export the file, we are able to only export customer ids from the profile schema but none of the data from the audience schema.We have tried to enrich and reconcile the schemas within the workflow but were not successful.  Anyone here that has had a similar issue or an idea on how to create such file?  

The non-English text is sent as a value for field in Realtime Transactional Event. this field is used in the email subject as a personalization value, but  we are seeing gibberish in the email subject sent by that Real-time Event in the actual email..
