In the event of a necessity to document custom schemas, the absence of a readily available data dictionary table on ACS poses a challenge in terms of copying and pasting information into a document. To address this concern, my colleague, Marco Campagnolo, has created a practical script/tool that can be utilized offline (still in initial development phase). This tool generates an HTML file encompassing data dictionary tables for your schemas, complete with relationship links, keys, and indexes. I've been testing fragments and I know we're supposed to be able to edit them when you click on the padlock icon, but I am finding this isn't working. I click the padlock and get the normal toolbar, but I can't go into any of the components and edit them. E.g. I can't edit a title by clicking on it and typing a new title in. I can edit the HTML. However as soon as I save the email the lock comes back. Any ideas?

ACS Standard provided Asset Library function to host and import images in Landing pages and Deliveries. Is there any straight way to bulk export of all location and files in a folder on Asset Library with respective Public URLs? ThanksSachin Dhir

Hi guys,I wanted to know if it's possible to use variables(instance or otherwise) in the Update step. I'm getting errors when MSSQL tries to generate the prepared statement. Hi,Could you stop several workflows by running another workflow? I have tried to update the Status (state) of the workflows but that does not seem to work and you cannot seem to update the execution status of a workflow.

Hello, we have an external contractor who shouldn't have access to any contact information within our audiences due to GDPR reasons. Is there a way to set it up? He can have access to anything except viewing (and editing) profiles' personal details. Thanks!

Hi, I am trying to add the Unsub web app to the Survey web app. I have tried the below steps:1. create an option with the internal name of the unsub web app 2. defined the var to fetch it in Webapp using the following code. var intName = getOption('optionInternalName');ctx. vars.webappInternalName = intName; 3. then, I used this code to obtain the unsub page in my survey web app <a href="<%= ctx.vars.intName %>" data-nl-type="entranalLink"> So, the Survey Webapp is working but the unsub link is not working. Hey! After spending almost 2 days researching ACS Duplicate info I have come to find that ACS does not currently have a direct function to merge duplicate profiles. Is there any other workaround to merge duplicate profiles?

Hi, I have a question regarding one of our transactional deliveries that I'm hoping anyone could t provide some guidance on.We have several brands that all have the same transactional emails.I was looking into the opens/clicks of some of our transactionals and noticed that only one of our deliveries has no open/click data when looking at the delivery (and seems to have never had this?) - though the data does show up in the reports section.I looked at one of our deliveries where it works, and I can't find anything obvious or different between one that works and one that doesn't. Appreciate the help 

Adobe Campaign Standard Release 23.1 -2023 indicates that a new out-of-the-box Reporting Enrichment Creation Workflow has been added. Is there additional information about this workflow available somewhere? The release notes only indicate "After importing a target mapping from one instance to another, simply run the workflow to import the corresponding reporting enrichment entries." When would this workflow be run? What level of user would utilize the workflow, e.g., is it something that the standard business professional user would utilize? Is there a video demo of the workflow or other documentation available?

We have a client that is asking why transactional messages do not appear in the profile history. Can someone explain this to me? I've looked through the online help files but am not finding this particular explanation.

Hello,  Hoping for some guidance on this. I was wondering what would be the best way to manage the change and testing process in an ongoing trigger campaign. For example, if I were to make a change to an ongoing campaign, is there a way / process to ensure that new trigger doesn't automatically go live without me first being able to approve and test?   Any insight would be appreciated! 

Hi,The default Reconciliation key using email is very unsecured, as end user could update any profile info if they know other 's email address. Thus I need to use acs id as reconsiliation key,  In the landing page form, I have a field with name "acsId" and it is pre-filled the value correctly, but the landing page keep re-direct to error page when submitted.Here is the setting I have in the Job setting,         Thanks

We imported a package for transactional message and only first event and it's associated message was published but for the remaining we get the error A transactional message associated with this event 'EVTPRO_' already exists, but with an incorrect delivery mapping. This event definition cannot be published.We don't see any incorrect event or message mapping. What could be the issue? 

Hi Experts, We are facing some weird behavior with push notifications for transactional messages. Some device tokens we register in Campaign go directly to the denylist even though it never receives any other notification. The token is right because the device receives messages from other ends than Campaign.Do you guys know what can be happening here? As far as we know, that denylist is for opt-out and hard bounces, we saw that in many cases, the profile does not choose to opt-out, and as it never receives any messages, it's not a hard-bounce issue also. Thanks for the help Best,

Hello,when I look at the campaign standard it looks to me as if the back bone is the same as campaign classic. Is there a way you can run both on the same instance?Like add capabilities like add custom activities and technical workflows or custom segments in campaign classic and then using standard version to build campaigns etc. Marcel
