Hi all , I have a use case in my organization where i have a .csv file with one column "voucherCode" having 50000 codes . Now i want to send one voucher code to one user in an email template along with other HTML content .1. One Voucher can be used once .2. There is no recipient - voucher mapping .3. Hi,I'm wondering if it is possible to generate an overview of all AGC emails from Adobe Campaig? In a report or other format? Basically something that comes automated from the system and that can show the client in real time what they have, in terms of layout of the whole email (images, copy, preheader, subject line), including links and tracking labels? We currently do this manually in a ppt where we screenshot every delivery, type what exact links it includes etc.... It's a big job since we have approx 300 different programs live and for e.g. when the client wants to change urls in 100 of these, well, it takes time and is not efficient to document but also to find in which deliveries these urls needs to be updated..Many thanks,Mathilda

Hi Team,When i tried to bring the services up by typing the command - net start nlserver6 i get the below error message :- E:\<Server Path>net start nlserver6The Neolane - Application Server 6.0.2 service is starting.The Neolane - Application Server 6.0.2 service could not be started.The service did not report an error.More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 3534.And from the windows services also not able to start the services. I am a user of Campaign "classic" v. 6.11  and am trying to test a nurturing campaign where I am using segment codes to make sure that recipients who are part of one track do not get included in another track until the completion of the track.   I need to run some tests in order to see if the campaign workflows work as expected and wanted to know if there was a way to clear a segment code for a recipient after they complete the workflow and the code has been attributed to them.  Is there a place where segment codes are managed? Hello,In a delivery template, in the text version, we use this code to retrieve the subject dynamically:<% document.write(delivery.mailParameters.subject); %>The problem is that if there is javascript inside the subject, it is not executed.For instance, if the subject is : <%=recipient.firstName%>, how are you doing?It won't execute the firstname variable and will display the all thing as plain text.Is there any means for avoing this issue?Thank you very much for your help!

Can we create lookup tables that can be joined to the recipient data within the workflow?In other words, can we create temporary lookup tables within the workflow for reporting and/or analytical purposes?

HiI need to do something that should be easy: deleting information from the table (I'm deleting adress information that is no longer accurate).However, I can't seem to do it.I'm using a data update component and for each field that need to be deleted, I'm setting the source to ''. At runtime, this ends with a sql error.Does anyone know what should be the proper process to delete the value of a field ?Thanks for your help

Hi all,I have followed the guide for integrating SMS into Adobe Campaign. Firstly I setup the external account and then built an SMS delivery. However, the SMS deliveries are stuck on 'Start Pending' and not sending, for both proofs and live sends.I'm wondering if this could be because the technical workflows need to be running for the sending process to begin? Hello there,I have scenario wherein I would like to get the (html) preview of a delivery template, find below the snippet I am using to build the preview:But, the above code fails to generate the html as it was not able to resolve the variables in delivery template. Is there any way to pass the custom variables in the above code?Have tried passing it through params (<params content="html" filter="@id=280519" myCustomVariable="myCustomValue" />), but it still doesn't resolves. Hello team,Have you a way to delete transactionnal messages which have been published in the past ?When i'm trying to delete some, I have an error because this message have already been published.But to be honest, keep it in the application isn't really clean and pretty useless. Hi,I'd like to throw this out the community to see the best response:I wish to create an ad-hoc table in our AC instance for the purpose of querying.From what I understand, I can either create a list or another table.A list is a temporary if a convenient way to query that contains data or entities (like indexing) but on a temporary basis. But a list's data can only contain data that's already contained in our database, is this correct? Secondly, ad-hoc tables (a table developed for certain workflows for example, which we can discard later) is no different than creating any other table, is this correct?In other words, I wish to create a data table that houses temporary data, to be discarded, if necessary if the data is not longer useful.What is the best approach to creating ad-hoc, temporary tables?Thank you.

Hi!I would like to create a workflow that includes four different email deliveries. First I want to pick up certain people and send them email 1, then wait for 3 days and if they haven't converted to customers, send email 2, and so on.. until they've received all four emails. What would be the best solution for this kind of workflow? I'm thinking of just using incremental query for targeting, then email delivery with outbound transition and population, then wait activity and query to check if the prospect is customer or not. And another email delivery after query. Or would it make more sense to divide this as more than one workflow?Couldn't find any useful best practices info in ACS or AC documentation. Br,Sonja

Hi, i need to exclude different document type (exclude program from recipient). I made a query on recipient and a query on program but when i exclude the last one from the first with Exclusion type "Change axis" it returns an error: The document types of inbound events ('nms:recipients' and 'nms:program>') are incompatible (step 'Exclusion'). Unable to perform the operation".Anyone know if there is a different way to exclude different document types?Thanks,Elis

Hi everyone,for one of the request I need to send email to all those users whose workflow is in pause state , I have below query for the same.1) How can I send the notification only to those users whose workflow is in pause state (If I have 3 workflow in pause state then owner of those three workflow should get the notification of only their worklfow and not others).2) If one workflow has been targeted one time and user is notified, another day same workflow is been targeted again and notified to the user and so on , how can I count the number of times a workflow is been targeted so that after a certain number of times I should no more target the same workflow.3) How can I log the output notification info in adobe campaign.Any help on this would be great to have.

Hello,I'm having trouble synchronizing the email content from my AEM instance (6.3) to Adobe Campaign v6 instance.I've followed all the steps mentioned here (https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-3/administer/integration/marketing-cloud/campaign/campaignonpremise.html & https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-3/author/personalization/adobe-campaign/campaign.html) to author my own email html along with personalized content, I've been able to add custom personalization blocks and contents into the email html (in AEM author) which proves that the AEM is able to pull the right content from Campaign so this isn't a connection error (I think!). When I go into the campaign console to setup a delivery and hit synchronize on the delivery window, it comes back with no results. There are no errors in the Campaign console and the AEM error logs also don't report anything suspicious (I've bumped up log level for the Campaign packages and double checked),I'm stumped, any leads would be much apprecia

For a technical workflow, is there an option or setting to update a schema record except when the import/source field is null - ignore null on import?  Example.  A recipient record exists with several fields already filled with data.  A new import record has some of those fields as empty/null.  The expected result is to update that Recipient record without overlaying existing fields with nulls.
