Hi Team,I am new to Adobe Campaign and do not know much about the tool's capabilities. Any help would be helpfulQuestion - I am trying to condition email subject line based on the XML nodes. The only way out for me is to traverse the XML to find a node that start with some character - for example 'XYZ' and find count of no of nodes that are found. Now i am trying to use regex however it isn't working for me. The way i am trying to do is <% if ( node1.node2.node3.+/^XYZ/g+.length(); == "3" ){     //do something.}It would be helpful if anyone can help me here.Thanks.

Hi,I created a recurring campaign to send an email to users who have purchased last week (purchase date on or before current date - 7days and purchase date on or after current date -14days). The scheduler is set in the afternoon.In this workflow there is also a query that excludes users who have already received another email in the same day (the campaigns that they can receive in one day are several, for example: birthday mail, product mail... because they are scheduled in the morning).For example:Day 0: User XXX didn't purchase last week but today he receives birthday mailDay1: User XXX didn't purchase last week but today he receives product mailDay2: User XXX didn't purchase last week and he can receive the campaignNow the problem is: which is the correct way to include again in the workflow excluded users (who did not receive the delivery but were part of the initial target)?Thanks,Eveline

Hi there.I'm finding it difficult to activate Inbox Rendering for our build of Campaign v6.1.We have identified the external table used for targeting here:But in the instructions from Inbox rendering​, ​it asks me to "Extend the nms:seedMember schema and the linked input form to adapt the seed address definition mode to this target mapping." which is where I'm lost. How do I extend a schema?Where is the seed address definition mode?

Hi All,I am unable to find some elegant way to track the dynamic URLs in message center emails. I know I can use http://<%=ctx.myURL%> pattern but this is not a recommended way because Tidy can incorrectly patch some of the links, which can happen randomly. The typical symptom is a piece of HTML that is visible in the email proofs but not in the preview.Escaping from the URL is problematic, some characters in the URL can cause problems.You cannot have a parameter named ID conflicting with a parameter in the redirection URL.The interest of tracking is then limited to statistics on the delivery, as Adobe Campaign indifferently tracks all possible values of "myURL."What should I do to enable the tracking now?Regards,Amit

I am running a minimal set up just to start testing message center scenarios. I wanted to start testing soap messages using SOAP UI, howeve, I am not able to find the WSDL file to kick things off.  I am using what the doc mentions, but I keep getting access denied messages or handshake faliure in the SOAP UI.To generate a WSDL file, you must enter the following URL from a Web browser:https://<server>/nl/jsp/schemawsdl.jsp?schema=<schema>With:<server>: the Adobe Campaign application server (nlserver web)<schema>: schema identification key (namespace:schema_name)found here: Web service calls

Hello.I'm currently working on a ACS implementation done by another team.I need to change/remove some rights as the team evolved.According to the documentation, all rights are now managed in the adminitration console (and it should be synchronized on ACS).Actually it,s not working that way.If you watch at the first screen capture, some rights are assigned in ACS interfaceand when we look on the administration console, we couldn't find them (screen 2)Is there a way to synchronize it back so we can't work on it in Administration console.As for now there are no way to remove some rights to people in ACS.Thank you.Kevin

Hi,We understand that default named rights could be assigned to operators and operator groups whereas could you tell us how to create a custom named rights for labeling an operator as an admin/a non-admin user? Update data activity is taking too much time to run in Adobe Campaign while updating bulk amount of data in recipient table. Around 30 mins for updating 900000 number records. The table contains around 30 M records. The reconciliation key is having an index on it (it is the primary key column).Is there any scope for improvement?

Hello,Within Campaign -- How long do your deliveries generally take to process -- before retrying on failed emails?The processing and sending is taking substantially longer than our previous system and I've been told a few different things from the various wings of Adobe support (implementation, deliverability, tech ops, engineering etc). The success rate is in the 96-99% range, however the delivery itself can take upwards of two hours. This is a problem for our business model.So I'm curious what the community experience is -- specifically around single delivery sends (the only send at the time) for a recipient pool of 50k or 100k or 150kThank you!Robbie

Hello all,We have created a new Adobe Campaign environment. And today we have noticed that when duplicating an existing operation (Campaign module) doesn't means duplicate the deliveries and workflow defined in the original operation. Now duplicate an operation works the same as create a new operation or very similar.That's seems weird to us because in other ADC env with an upper ADC version we can do this. We think that there are any parameter/s that we has different value in one env that the new one.We have reproduce this error with admin user and with other user with less privileges.Anyone knows which parameter modify the way campaign module work.Thanks in advance.

We are currently trying to find ways to upload local images directly in a content template (see screenshot). The upload has been successful but the image does not seem to appear when proofed to an inbox. Additionally no link is created once we view the html code. It simply shows the local file path. Any idea why this happening? or is my interpretation of the desired outcome wrong?Desired method of upload Is it possible to upload a local file directly inside the 'Image only' section/block rather than copying and pasting a link? (see below screenshot). This would greatly reduce steps for those who want to simply focus on content rather than the intricacies of image uploading in Adobe Campaign

Hi everyone,Happy new year !Can anyone tell me how ACS releases are managed by Adobe.Any documentation about the lifecycle/process and/or corresponding recommendations are welcome.My main concerns are :Is the customer notified of the next date of release ?How much time does the customer get to test drive the new release and adapt his environnement in case of regressions, before accepting to go live with it ?Can we assume that minor releases are transparent to the customer ?
