Is there any limit in the number of SMS service provider to be linked to a Campaign instance, especially in a multi tenant environment.

Hi Vivek,

There is no official upper cap.

In other words there is no limit. It depends on the hardware provisioned for you. A dedicated MTA for SMS channel deliveries allows you to have SMS process running on that specific container and hence provides you more resources to cater to multiple SMS vendors.

Vipul

Hi,

I'm not sure about that. Are you encountering any difficulty? Can you specify what you want to achieve to make sure?

Florent
