Hi,I want to  a SQL query for altering a table and want to saved it as a sqlscript in Campaign. Is it possible to do so? If yes,  Is there a way to execute that query without using a workflow, for example, when importing a table creation package in an Adobe Campaign environment? Please reply soon.

Hello all,I'm facing a problem here with offers management. We have a scenario here, in which we could have more than one entity being used as an offer. For example, we have an entity called "category", which could be used to create a content and send offers to our customers. This entity has it's own specific fields and design configuration. We also have, of course, a products entity, wich has different fields and design from "category". In our worst case scenario, we want to be able to send a delivery which uses both kinds of offer ("category" and "products"). My question is : are we abble to create specific schemas for each entity, and used it inside offer engine, with all features ?Or in this case we should configure our environment in a different way ?Thanks

Hi,We have a requirement to Replace Eloqua to Adobe Campaign for a B2B Customer which is also integrated with SalesForce.We need to create a data model for the customer. The Eloqua Schema fields are not available in Adobe Campaigns. Looking for some recommendations on creation of Data Model or some of the Best Practices if anyone has implemented a similar system.Thanks

Hi,We have an email on message center that's being triggered by an external system. We have data on the Message Center instance that we need to include in the email.The data in question is being updated one every half year. Our quick fix was to include all the data as a JSON object in a personalization block on our control instance.Is there a way to query the data directly when the email is being processed in the message center execution instance?

Hi EveryoneI'm attempting to make a slight change the Seed Address Input Form.I want to add a custom field that is auto-generated at delivery time for proof validation.What I've done so far is:Created an extended schema abc:seedMemberHas 1 element on it <FieldName>What I need to do is get that field added to the nms:seedMember Input form (I believe).I attempted to add<input xpath ="@FieldName"/> but that is causing errors once I parse the new XML.What am I missing?

Hi all, if you may, I need your help.I am trying to build a workflow that splits a list into 17 random segments, each has 6% or 5% of a random audience.When I run the work flow, I get 2 records for each branch, but over the 9th segments, I start getting besides the number of records something like this "2, 1s - v10" instead of "2 - v10" do you know what ", 1s" means?See a screenshot below. Hi,In Adobe Campaign Standard, there are some out of the box Subscription Landing Pages which you can code to include additional fields like First name, Last name, Email, etc.  Is there any way when a person subscribes via the subscription page, Along with adding them in Profiles, can you also add them in Audiences?  if so, Can you provide a hint how....

Hi Team, We have a issue with the personalization blocks , we did the Adobe Campaign Upgrade from v6.0.2 to v6.1.1 (Latest Build), before the upgrade things were going good, but now we face issues with the schema's and now it is with personalization blocks. Hi everybody,I need some suggestions on how to solve this problem.I have a workflow that imports a csv file containing the updated database (only users who have approved to be contacted) every week. In this workflow I set 3 activities:Transfer file (download the file csv from SFTP) -> Load file -> Update data ( operation type: insert or update)The problem is: every time the database is updated (indicatively once a week), some contacts that were uploaded in previous imports may no longer be present in the new csv (users who have changed the approval to be contacted). How can I delete users who are no longer in the database without deleting and re-importing all users every week?My idea is to create a new workflow with 2 activities:- Query that selects the contacts that haven't last modification date or creation date equal to the date of last import - Update data with operation type DeleteBut I think this solution is not good because there may be users that don't change any field be

Hi,We are trying to create an Agency Delivery with an automation inside, which processes the generated file from the Delivery, on Adobe Campaign Classic.We have created an Agency Delivery and developed a script to process the file. That script has been located in the 'Script' tab of the Delivery and it works correctly.The problem arrise when we create a Delivery Template from this Delivery (with the script inside). Once you use this Delivery Template on a new workflow, the 'Script' tab of this delivery is empty.Someone know how to attache the script to the Delivery Template? Otherwise, the final user will have to paste the script on the 'Script' tab of the Delivery manually.Does anyone have any suggestions?Thank you in advance.Andrés.

We are trying to dynamically generate delivery labels for reporting and tracking purposes for multiple creatives/templates and subject line testing.Ultimately, we'd like to have as few templates and deliveries created as possible so we don't have to generate, sometimes 80-120 delivery templates and deliveries.We have a naming convention where part of the label identifies what type of campaign it is, and then we need to identify the rest of the label dynamically by pulling in things like the product category, or an anniversary year - basically targetData that we have added through enrichments in the workflow that is used in the html portion of the delivery template itself.We know there are limitations in the Include drop down and what delivery analysis will read.  HOWEVER, I'm sure there are some creative solutions or workarounds for those who are developers (we are not) and are asking for help.   One thing I was investigating is using the personalization tab on the delivery since it sa

Hi,I created a campaign in HTML and tested a delivery. When analyzed the result in Preview and click in More: Seeing the tab Deco-mail diagnostic, there are many warnings: I saw in training that this warning refers when to at least one customer in recipient whit field “Email Format” equal to Deco-mail or Decore Mail or Decoration Mail, but when we filter the recipient we don’t have any customer with this email formats. Hi everyone, I am new to Adobe Campaign and I broke some of the current settings with my extended schema based on the nms:RecipientWhen I tried to remove the extended schema (as it is causing errors), it seems like more things were broken.Therefore, I would like to know- how can I restore to the original version of the nms:Recipient.- how can I restore the data schemas to a certain point of time (e.g. last Monday) if there is no backupAs this is a dev environment, may consider a restoration from other environment as well.Looking for some advice urgently.Thank you very much!
