Campaign Classic v7 & Campaign v8

Deliveries in ACC have an option of Delivery Priority, values being Very High, High, ...., Very Low. How does this option work? We are familiar with Pressure rules but how different is this from that. Does it compare the priority of deliveries being worked at the given moment?  Appreciate your help in educating us. Rajiv

Hello,I'm working on a workflow where I have to upload->update the data in a table then send a delivery but it's giving me the error below. Do you have an idea please where the problem is? Thanks

Our client wants to send a Message Center rtEvent payload with encrypted data. We are already using https/SSL but to protect personal information encryption is recommended. How do we go about decrypting payload using the MC Events? And since the ask is for a Real/Near Real-time targeting, we can't decrypt in a workflow before passing the data to delivery. Once again we appreciate all the contributors here @61380 Experience League for helping folks like us who are trying to gain more knowledge about these tools. So Thank you!! Rajiv

Hi Team,How to fetch the files from SFTP with a date-timestamp attached to it and in ascending order of their upload using file transfer activity.File transfer activity fetches all the files but process them in latest arrived, first served manner[descending order] whereas we want to first process the files which came earlier as first and then so on - ascending order [last modified should be processed at last and first modified should be processed first]. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi Folks, Below is the requirement. At present , we are creating package spec file definition under Administration --> Configuration --> Package Management --> Package definitions and then we are exporting the package by clicking the export the package.  Now i need to create a workflow which will export the package automatically from the package definition spec file created under Administration --> Configuration --> Package Management --> Package definitions and then commit the exported xml file in bitbucket. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

Hey, I have a scenario, that I am working on and kind of struck with that, any pointer will be appreciated. Problem Statement: I have to fetch number of times a customer(count) have booked on same train, same day, same route.Note: A customer can book multiple tickets on same train, same day, same route.Output expected:------------------------Customer_id, Number_of_times_tickets_are_booked, train_number Thanks in advance.Sonika

I have been running one recurring workflow in which players are added to one segment. There was no issue until today. Players were added to the desired segments everyday. But today, the above mentioned error was displayed and players weren't added to the segment.  1 Does anyone have any idea why this happened?  2 As this workflow was running perfectly fine till now, what might have caused this to fail after so many days? 3 Can this be once in a lifetime failure ? 4 What are the required steps to fix this? 5 Should I wait till tomorrow and check this again ? Thanks for your help..

I would like to add an alert, or some sort of notification to my campaign workflow that confirms once an email delivery has started, or perhaps when an email delivery has been completed. Is there any easy way to do this in ACC?

Hi Team,  I would like to know if there is a way of assigning more than one coupon code to a recipient. I will provide an example of the scenario. Example:I have an event which has a 20% off coupon and the campaign requirement is to have two coupons, one for the recipient and another for a friend. I would like to put two different coupon codes in the delivery and send it to one recipient. In return the recipient can use their 20% off and share the other with a friend if they wanted to. Any support on this would be appreciated.Application: Adobe campaign classic v7

Hello guys, For architecture reason, I need to create unsub page on AEM and inject unsub event into AC V7. The unsub page has to catch the user id in AEM form . Any idea how to catch  the user id from the CTA EMail? Thanks

For background, we're using Campaign Classic V7 with a fully on-premise architecture. In the documentation for data model 'best practices' it states this:For SQLServer database, you could consider using “clustered index” if performance is needed. Since Adobe does not handle this, you need to create it in SQL. I added a clustered primary key via SQL to the NmsRecipient table and performance improved as expected. Great. The problem, however, is when I run the "Update database structure...", it always wants to drop the index because it's not defined anywhere in the XML I guess.  Is there anyway to avoid that? I'd imagine if the documentation says to create in SQL then there has to be some way of atleast making the system accept\ignore whatever you deployed directly via SQL. Anyone have any idea how to do that???

We set up archiving on-premise as documented in https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/installing-campaign-classic/additional-configurations/email-archiving.html It seems that the BCC'd emails have a different Return-path address than the orignals. This is not the desired behavior as we have a dedicated bounce address available, in case the BCC mailbox has issues. Has anybody encountered this issue or any suggestions to solve this?
