Adobe Workfront

Hi all,I have a request from a manager for a report that shows the status of each phase of their ongoing projects. Each project is divided into these phases, with a parent task named 'Phase 1: XXX', Phase 2: XXX' etc., and all the related tasks are under it. The ask is to have a report with these columns, and to have the Phase column show the progress status (or percent complete) for each phase:Project NamePhase 1 StatusPhase 2 StatusPhase 3 StatusPhase 4 StatusI think this can be done, but I'm new to text mode reporting and stuck as to how to call out a parent task from a project report. Usually I hunt around the Community or documentation to find something close to what I need and then try to patch it into doing what I want, but I'm stuck here. I am aware of the API Explorer, but haven't had a chance to practice in it yet. Any help would be hugely appreciated, I'm trying to convince some folks they can get good project info within Workfront and we don't need to revert

Hello,I need to be able to export the list of "Exceptions" (i.e. public holidays) for each of our schedules. I'm attempting to update the "Project Sponsor" field that is in the Overview Stakeholders section.  I'd assumed updating the Sponsor ID through my update module would do it but it's not.Any ideas what could be wrong?  I don't see a property directly called "Project Sponsor" in the fields to map.   

Struggling to get this to work. I'm hoping to get a View column to be used on the Templates page that displays the total Planned Hours in teach Template for a specific roleID. Is this possible?

My manager exported some utilization data from Planner.  The actual hours for a particular user seemed low, and we realized it was because this user had logged hours for tasks to which she had not been assigned.  We're trying to determine how widespread this issue might be.I built an hours report, and I first tried filtering where the owner ID does not equal the assigned to IDownerID=FIELD:task:assignedToID ownerID_Mod=neThis did pull records we're looking for, but it also pulled records where the person logging the hours was an assignee on the task but not the primary assignee.Is there a way to filter out the latter records?  I tried experimenting with different variations of my filter (including using assignmentsListString and assignmentsUsersMM), all without success.  Does anyone know how to filter on hours logged by non-assignees?

We're implementing a new request process and need to close out a request queue. If I archive it will the active requests remain active? Thanks Justin

Hi,  We currently are having due dates that vary on projects between time zones (IST vs MST/EST) that throw off deadlines and in our instance we have specific schedules for the 2 as well as exception dates (holiday calendars). We thought we had found a solution under the project preferences when working with Workfront support and for awhile things seemed to work. However, recently we are now seeing the same schedules issues occurring and different due dates in different time zones that are causing items to be late. In a recent example we had the Diwali holiday fall in between the duration of a task and because of this exception date it pushed this task due date further out then just the time zone. When working with Workfront support on this recently example, they advised that the schedules are working as they are set to, which is fine, their recommendation was to have our Global teams set there work laptops to the home office time zone and this will not cause delays in p

Does anyone have any good recommendations for comparing task planned hours vs. actual hours at the daily level for a specific user? I'm seeing all the pieces I'd need in isolation, but can't figure out how to bring them together into the WLB or a report: I can see actual hours logged against a project/task per day via a reportI can see planned hour allocations per day via the Workload Balancer But I can't see actual hours in the Workload Balancerand I can't drill the Planner down to individual daysand I can't pull the planned hours allocations from the WLB per day into any reports Barring something native in WF, does anyone have recommendations on third-party scheduling tools that Fusion can easily pass data into?

I have created a Fusion scenario to add a new item to a list in sharepoint.  All fields populate as expected except Requestor which is a Person or Group Type.   If I subsequently edit the item directly in the sharepoint list, I can enter the same name I pass from Fusion, the name is found and after I select it the field is populated.   My feeling is that sharepoint is expecting a specific format for the name but I'm unable to determine what is expected.   Fusion ModuleMicrosoft Share Point Online - Create An Item Fusion Module item Key format Sharepoint List Field 

When copying the link to a project, (or task, or anything in Workfront), it used to paste into an email, teams chat, or excel doc (or anywhere else) as the title to the project. Now, it shows experience.adobe.com... etc. and a random box without any relevant information shows.  Is this something that will change? Why does it have to be like this?
