Is it possible to automate linking SharePoint files to issues?

Hi,

Is it possible to automate the step below when a new issue is created?


Our process: There is a particular type of issue (queue topic), whenever it is created, we create a copy of a SharePoint Excel template and attach it to the issue. The copy file lives in SharePoint. After creating the copy using Fusion, how do I link that file to the new issue? Any suggestions?

Hi, you can do that if you have Fusion. Do you have Fusion in your org? 🙂

Hi - Yes, we do have Fusion. I want to add SharePoint link using Fusion in the document section, so that one can click the link and make changes if needed.

So under the documents section, you wouldn’t put a link - rather, you can create a linked folder from SharePoint so that people can open it or drop files into it (they need to have permission on SharePoint side to be able to view contents, add, etc.).
