I have already resarch on this discussion but no advance: Can Marketo handle duplicate email addresses for d... - Marketing Nation   We want to send several dynamic campaigns at the same time, uploading a single contact file to the database where we indicate the TAG (the campaign to send), the contacts and the dynamic fields. The problem is that the contacts can be within several of the campaigns, so the contact can be duplicated several times, so the problem I see is that only the first contact receives the first campaign where the contact appears and the rest do not. I have tried with all the resources that you comment, but I have not been able to find the solution . The ideal scenario: A single database, with several campaigns, contacts and dynamic fields. Hi... I have a query related to Salesforce-Marketo Sync. The question is not about how duplicate leads get generated or source. What I am asking is that with Salesforce-Marketo Sync in place duplicate from CRM to Marketo will happen. What are the various ways of handling these duplicates. I mean workflow in CRM or Triggers in Marketo. Is there a way to prevent them. 

Hello All,   My client has created an "Is Email suppressed" checkbox and "Suppression Reason" fields into their SF privacy protal page. I just wanted to know do we have any triggered logic that can be created in Marketo to check the Email suppression, which can be mapped to the newly created SF fields ?

Hi everyone,   This might be a dumb question but I want to run it by others here before forging ahead.   We send a birthday email to all employees on the day of their birthday.    The logic we use is simple: The only problem is that because the campaign is based on my local time (MST), for our India employees, the email is getting to them the day after their birthday.   The fix I'm thinking of for our India employees is to set up a new, separate campaign for them using this SL logic:     Any reason why this wouldn't work?   Thank you! We had a field with the onboarding date for clients that we couldn't use for our renewal campaign because the dates were in the past, so we created a month field and I was hoping to use, We would have all the emails go out at the beginning of the renewal month. However, it looks like Marketo doesn't support using a month for wait steps and renewal campaigns. Has anyone had any luck with this, or do I need to have our IT create a field with the upcoming renewal date?   Also, I have seem some dated examples of renewal campaigns, but if someone has a recent example, I would love to see it--thanks!  

Hello everyone!I hope you are well and can help me in my research.   I should perform an operation with velocity scripts, however, my programming knowledge is really limited and I am struggling to understand how to do it.   Basically, from CRM via integration with Marketo, when I create events in the CRM, I carry around a whole set of information that then populates the event tokens on Marketo.   Now, I have to carry around links.   I can set these links on my CRM, but I cannot make them dynamic (I need to add a querystring with like ?aid={{lead.account}} at the end of each url, and this informations is setted in Marketo and not Dynamics. Since the links are themselves already contained in a token, I can't put a token inside a token because I've already tried it and it doesn't work. I tested:{{my.token}} with the token text as www.google.com/?aid={{lead.account}}. So I'm wondering: is it possible to set a VLC token that adds ?aid={{lead.account}} to every link in my

Hi all.  We have a database which includes family members who are using the same email address.A few questions:1. Can marketo cope with imported data for the same email address but with eg 3 different names?2. Can marketo send separate emails to each record, e.g. the 3 different people at the same email address?This doesn't impact us so much with newsletter comms, but for things like sending out unique discount codes it poses a problem as only one person is receiving their code.thanksSarah

Hello, I have recently run an AB test under 'Whole email' condition on Marketo with the Winner criteria being 'Clicks'. The winner has been declared as Email 1, however, the click rate for both the emails is 0 according to the AB test results dashboard.  I tried to open the Email Performance report and see that the number of clicks for Email 1 is 1. PFA the images below.   My doubt: Does the AB test declare the results based on the EPR? If no, how reliable is the AB test results dashboard?

Hey Community,I received a request to update our company CNAME. I have added the new Domain alias, but now need to update the actual domain listed in the Admin section. What will happen to existing landing pages when I make this change? Will all the current landing pages update to the new domain? I would assume they would remain unchanged but that new landing pages built would have the new domain. Also, what would happen if I clone a program with landing pages that have the old domain? Will the cloned program use the new domain or whatever domain was used when the original pages were built?Any help here would be great!Thanks!Keith Nyberg

Hello,  We use Marketo's Munchkin Tracking and have a customer that has requested that we don't store any cookies for longer than 6 months.  Is it possible to adjust the lifespan of the Munchkin Tracking Script from 2 years to 6 months, or even apply settings to specific IPs or sets of users? We have never had a customer request this before so unsure how to handle it.

Hello, is it possible to track leads' engagement with email sends over time segmented by source? We are looking to examine our acquisition avenues and compare engagement rates at sign up compared to X months after acquisition. I've used email performance reports to look at overall engagement by source but this doesn't help with analysing which leads are more likely to still be engaging after some time (e.g. 3 months after sign up) and identifying any drop off points or trends. Hi Community People,   I have a query on TAM's weekly report. I have a weekly report setup sorted on the basis of the Engagement score and it is sending the report email as expected, however, it is not sharing the complete data, It is only sharing very limited accounts with limited stats.    I want the report to share all the accounts along with their engagement scores and the number of people in that account. Can I achieve this? If yes how?   TIA

I tried to remove campaign members from the flow, but with the campaign being deactivated, it won't allow me to select the campaign. What do I need to do to make sure no more emails are sent from this campaign?   Thank you!

Hello,   I'm baffled as to where the problem is within this email template.  It was working except on OL Office 365 Windows 10 so I tried to replace the button code because they don't render. All other clients look fine. Now I get invalid module #template-wrapper > center.   I've checked every center in the. I flattened the formatting and then let VS Code format to see if I am missing a tag. I can't find it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. And if there is a better tool to check syntax, I would greatly appreciate a recommendation.   I'm including a link to the html file   Thank you, Dennis

Issue Scenario: In case there are multiple Marketo instance, you are unable to login via new invite sent to your account. Upon clicking the URL you are prompt to enter password but error message prompts as password mismatched   Note: This Issue occurs only if you are trying to use same email id to login to multiple instance   Solution: 1. Try to open the invited URL in a new browser post history & cache clean up  2. Use exactly same password like your primary instance. 3. Use forgot password option to reset password and authorize new device   Incase you still get similar issue again, 4. Delete / remove user from the primary account. 5. Use Marketo forgot password option to verify the email is not associated with any account / instance 6. Ask your admin to send a new invite from new instance 7. follow step 1 8. Use a brand new password 9. Once you log in to new instance, ask you admin to send account invite for other active instances too. 10. Use the password cre
