Adobe Marketo Engage

I am inserting a cookie pop-up and cookie preference tracker on my Marketo landing pages to mirror our corporate site. The cookie provider we use (Cookiebot) charges by domain and number of sub-pages.   Our images and files use the same CNAME as our landing pages. Does anyone know if these assets hosted on Marketo would count as landing pages when Cookiebot scans the domain?

I am working with an ABM agency who is using a subdomain of ours to run campaigns off of unbounce landing pages.   We gave them the munchkin code and form embed code, but the policy tokens are not loading the policy text.     Landing page: insurers.sovos.com/sovos-test-page/.     

Hello Everyone! today i need to do this, and I hope you than help me think it clearly. I have a long database... what I wanna do is that if the user in my database, has a special field completed with data. I show one snippet. But if that special field is empty, to show another snippet. Is it possible? Another thing is that every snippet has dynamic info from the same database.    Can I do this with marketo?    Thanks!

We're looking for a unique ID that could be generated and captured at the time of a Marketo form submission. That unique ID would be passed to Facebook via the Facebook conversion script pixel that fires when the form is submitted. The unique identifier cannot contain personally identifiable information (PII). We are integrating CAPI through Zapier.   Does anyone know how we can go about achieving this? Edit: We are open to any server-side solutions as well. 

This engagement program is built with multiple streams and one content piece per stream.  The transition is based on whenever the email in the prior stream is delivered.     Here’s how things are working right now. A recurring batch smart campaign adds people to this engagement program in 01 01 sends email whenever the cast is due - which is every two weeks People qualify for 02 when the email in 01 delivers (transition rules)   But we need to change this to the following. People who qualify till the time of cast for 01, need to get the email within the week. Currently, if the cast of 01 is not due this week, people who qualify this week will get the email in 01 next week. People who qualify for 02, need to have a delay of at least one week, but maximum of two weeks. I have a multi-page pdf which I am linking to from my marketo email. The pdf is stored in marketo. I have added #page=2 following .pdf of the url in the html code for the link. This works great on laptops but not on mobile devices. On both an iPhone or a Samsung, instead of landing on page 2 of the pdf (as I do on a laptop) I land on page 1 -- as if #page=2 was not in the link. Does anyone know a way to make this work on mobile devices?

Hello, One of our supplier helping us to deploy Marketo used progressive profiling script from @sanfordwhiteman on our Website to get benefit from Progressive Profiling when Landing Page isn't hosted on Marketo. Progressive profiling is working fine when the contact is recognized. However, for unknown people reaching our form, we noticed a small issue related to predefined fields. Actually, we do have a field to select the country that is set to a predefined value. When person isn't known and recognized, the default value is removed. We did try to debug script to understand what is happening. In debug mode, we saw that at the begining of the display of the page, our default value for country is well displayed. However, later call of simpleDTO script is removing the value. Hi, we're running a smart campaign and from the email link performance we can see that 5 people have clicked on a link to download an asset (image 1), however,  when I run a smart list to see who has downloaded the asset it doesn't return any results (image 2). There was also a separate smart campaign flow that was supposed to push any clicks in to a Salesforce campaign but no one has been pushed through that either, which was what made us question this. Can anyone explain why those 5 people that clicked aren't showing up anywhere?      

Is there a way we can view how much time is spent viewing an email in Marketo?

Marketo keeps resyncing one contact hundreds of times due to Opportunity Change, but the "Field Change Data" is identical in each resync. Can you help me understand?

I currently have a page that displays the form in a Lightbox when clicking a button. There are two instances on the page that opens the form. One in the hero and another at the bottom of the page.   The form uses a custom thank you script as well. I'm trying to create an email with variable dynamic content blocks.   For context, a lead will be imported and mapped to either one or multiple segments. I want to be able to send them an email with a generic intro and then one or multiple dynamic content blocks based on what segments they are mapped to.     I have built out the dynamic blocks for each segment and then cleared all content for the default blocks.    The issue I'm having is the spacing between the content blocks. The default blocks leave a blank space instead of nothing.   Is there a workaround or another best practice for what I'm trying to accomplish?

Hi AllWe have duplicate leads coming in from the web forms. We found a lead in the system where 8 duplicate records were created in Marketo from the same form, and same details. The time-stamp on all the records is almost the same. When I tested at my end, the form worked fine and no duplicates were created. Any idea how this might have happened?RegardsRachit

Using SubmitForm API to create person record. I downloaded all fields object and found Lead Source as listed in the Marketo Person record fields having "leadSource" as it's API name. But I am not able to add that field in the Marketo form on which data is getting submitted via API. As its not in form definition getting below error.

Hi, is there a field name to get marketos Unique Code via Rest API? E. g. using the Lead lookup endpoint /rest/v1/leads.json and retraive the unicque code via the field parameter "&fields=id,firstName,marketoUniqueCode"? I am new to Marketo and trying to set up a smart campaign that will run as a batch email daily based on qualifications: SFDC created date, email address is not empty, person status is open. I can validate that the information required in my filter selection is available at the contact level, however the smart campaign is not populating with any members. Am I missing any steps to get the contacts flowing into the smart campaign for email deployment?
