Adobe Journey Optimizer

Currently a decision needs to be defined per Placement, even if for many Placements you want to apply the same decision. It should be possible to define a decision (Offer collection, eligibility, ranking method) as a re-usable object that can be linked to multiple Placements. If you change the decision, automatically the changes will apply for all the locations it is linked to.

Description:Currently we have a business team that send our customers email from a unique email address (1:1) so that it's more personal to have the sender email address with their contact name instead of a generic email address.   That said on a team of 16, this requires 16 channel surface and therefore 16 emails.   The signature in the email can be made dynamic, but the inability to change the sending email address makes for a lot of extra work.   This is possible in other ESP. Why is this feature important to you: - Reduce workload on team How would you like the feature to work:Allow the sending email address to be dynamic based on a variable in the customers profile.  For instance we have a SalesRep ID associated on the customer profile, this should dictate what email address is used. Current Behaviour -- Not possible.  Require 16 separate email nodes in every email send when all the versions are the same.

When starting to use Fragments to build and create emails the amount of fragments is increasing rapidly, and it is getting hard to have the overview. Especially when several business units is using the same Sandbox and different Fragments is been used in different situations and in different units. To keep a clean and a good organized way of working, a folder structure would have been nice to have - for the email fragments. Be able to have a folder hihierarchy with f ex country or business unit as top level and content categories as level 2 and so on. It would then be easier to have control over what is what what of all the fragments that is been created.

Description - One-off Journey status behavior Why is this feature important to you - This way we will maintain the total amount of journeys live reduced cause usually users forget to stop it or close it and that causes to reach the limit of the total live journeys. Also, when working on the same platform with multiple agencies, we cant control other journeys created by other agencies. Thats why its important How would you like the feature to work - When activating one-off journeys, there could be an automated way to change the status to close to new entrances or completed as there is in campaignsCurrent Behaviour - One-off journeys stay live and you need to manually stop or close them

In most cases when working with batched data we also need to be more close to real time. Both the bach and streaming audiences has a threshold when it comes to number of active and live audiences. Rules can in many cases replace the way we use audiences, and with not the some threshold rules. But today we are not able to use event data in this rules. If we f ex in a computed attribute could use event data and not just Attributes we could create rules instead of using streaming segments - that has limitations in the systems.

As a company that uses the Journey Optimizer our editor has to test and  controll their campaigns and journeys. Therefor they need testusers with several different attributes. At this moment they has to contact a developer to create all this testuser via API call - not the best way. We need an  UI /GUI  to do this at every level where this accounts are needed.

Description: A function to test the best time to send out campaigns. Why is this feature important to you: be relevant for the customer and get higher open and click rates. Also, to improve the email sender's reputation. How would you like the feature to work: a function to divide the audience and send the e-mail at 2 or 3 different times/ days. The test will be sent out to a small part of the audience, the winner will be sent out to the rest of the audience.  Current Behaviour: no functionality to test different times or days to send an email.

The possibility to use Variables in Fragments create and flexible opportunities. But it is not so user friendly that you need to know or remember the name of the variable. If this names could be picked from a dropdown list it would be much easier to use for the email creators. Just changing the variable and then the content for that variable. No it is hard to and difficult to use for a "normal" front end user because you dont know what to wright into that field to get it to work.

To be able in a easy way to use different sender e-mail addresses it would be nice if it where possible to pick a address from a pre defined list of legible addresses. If you want to have a B2C address and a B2B address and maybe you would like to have different addresses used for different tings like: sales emails, support emails, sales campaigns, Newsletters,  webinars or transactional emails, you would today need to create a own surface to be able to do that. If all addresses was able to pick from a dropdown list when creating a email that has been a better work flow.

The conditional content feature is a strong and must wanted feature in the email designer. But it has some limitations when it comes to usability. We would like to be able to see the actual conditional code somewhere - like a button when you have the open the inline menu with the conditional content choice. The only way to see and access that code "wrapped" around a email module is to close the template, go back, open it - and in the preview before editing you can actual see the code. This code should have been possible to se, even edit in an advanced mode like with expressions, in a own window when working with the content inside an open template. This is especially important if you want to place your logic inside the HTML code, inside the email module you self, and not on the whole block. The you might need to code this your self.

Description -Currently in the journey expression editor, batch instance ID is not available in properties. It would be ideal to have batch instance ID and use it for reporting purposes. Why is this feature important to you -Not every customer would rely on Data Distiller query to fetch batch instance id from journey step events dataset. Batch Instance ID is helpful to identify different cohorts in a recurring batch audience triggered journeys. How would you like the feature to work -Provide ${journeyBatchInstanceId} property in the journey expression editor. Current Behaviour -${journeyBatchInstanceId} is not available.

When creating emails in the email designer it is possible to lock parts of the email for editing. It is imported for me as i user to be able to lock content for other, if I act as a administrator for the templates, but they should be able for others with my role to edit and publish. Todays feature with content locking is a little to narrow when it comes to use cases. It should be possible to lock on you user for personal editing, but there should be a "admin" user group the can overrun this, and it should be possible for a admin user group to lock content so ordinary users cant change critical content. More role, and user group possibilities to admin the lock feature is needed.

Description Currently, the profile attributes are not allowed to configure URL tracking parameters at channel level. This would help to add tracking parameters from profile level attributes. Why is this feature important to you? This would allow you to track and collect additional parameters at the tracking logs. How would you like the feature to work?Allow profile attributes to configure URL tracking parameters at channel level. Current Behaviour - Currently, the profile attributes are not allowed to configure URL tracking parameters at channel level.

We have started to use variables in Fragments in a advanced way to control links on head logo, language differences, design possibilities like background color, choice between CTA txt link or a button etc. This variables can be set in each Fragment when dragging them into the email. To optimize we she that is would be nice if this can be done for the whole email from the  email "preview" window where you define the subject. If we here could reflect the defined variables that is possible to use, they could be set in this page as a default when you start editing. And you could change the variable setting locally in one fragment if you want to afterwards. You could f ex choose to enable or disable the variables you need in this unique email. The variables with name and value possibilities might be stored in a own page - or you as a admin can add this so it fits the logic that is build into each fragment.

This is a suggestion from the Summit Technical Support Booth, on behalf of Questrade. Batch deliveries should have a final deduplication step similarly to what is done in Campaign to safeguard profiles from receiving more than one email.  Questrade is using a non-stitch merge policy which is resulting in multiple emails to the same address, due to multiple profiles with the same email address.  Caleb Hill AJO T3 Americas

Description - Currently, our platform only supports single-page forms, limiting our ability to create comprehensive, multi-step feedback or survey wizards.Marketing forms are scattered across various third-party Content Management Systems (CMS), complicating data ingestion into Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).  Why is this feature important to you - Streamlines the process of collecting detailed feedback and survey data.Eliminates the need for external CMS platforms for marketing forms, simplifying data ingestion into AEP.Enhances marketing personalization capabilities by providing a centralized data source.Improves user experience by creating a more intuitive and structured form submission process.  How would you like the feature to work -  Implement a multi-page form wizard feature. This would allow users to create forms that span multiple pages, capturing detailed feedback data step-by-step.Enable seamless data storage within AEP from these mu

Currently, AJO does not include audience id in the Send Logs of the AJO Message Feedback dataset. This makes it difficult to analyze which specific audience groups are associated with a given campaign, track the effectiveness of messaging per audience segment, and integrate campaign performance data seamlessly with other Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) datasets. Why is this feature important to you?•Helps in measuring campaign success across different audience segments.•Enhances reporting and analytics by allowing segmentation-based performance tracking. Current Behavior•The AJO Message Feedback dataset provides logs for sent, delivered, opened, and clicked messages but does not contain audience segmentation details.

Idea is a form where i can add that i want to be informed, at which level of  change (5 percent, 10 percent or more, and to which email or telephon or account thiis information should go! The same process should happen if an error occurs du to the process.

Description - The only way we have found to preview the confirmation text for an unsubscribe page is through "preview/test" the problem is we need to click the button "confirm" to see the confirmation text. When doing this the selected test profile gets unsubscribed and cannot be used to send proof. Seems like a hassle to get them re-subscribed as we need to use API's which isn't ideal when it's users testing and they should then be able to either revert the unsubscribe OR test the confirmation page some other way.Why is this feature important to you - We want to preview everything that is exposed to our customers, sometimes multiple times and still send proofs normally with same test-profiles.How would you like the feature to work - Separate preview from test. So if we click "preview" the profile doesn't get unsubscribed but we can still see the look of the unsubscribe page as well as the confirmation page. The second mode for TEST would then be used to test if unsubscribe as a featur

Why is this feature important to you?Loosing email subscribers is a threat to every marketing program. This is why we should assure opt-out requests are gathered where recipients actually still like to receive emails. But this happens when content filters / spam filters analyze URLs in our emails. They need to "click" every link in order to analyze where the link redirects to and if it leads to a landingpage which is potentially dangerous. As this may be done for all URLs within our emails this affects unsubscribe links as well. Unfortunately this leads to automated "bot clicks" causing unsubscribed email recipients which have to be excluded from further email campaigns. We must avoid this happens with email subscribers who actually still like to receive our content.  How would you like the feature to work?Of cause a 2step opt-out process is  a solution to solve this problem. However we need to make sure that unsubscribers which were gathered via 2step opt-out process ar

Description For an offer in the Decision Management, I would like to be able to configure how many times a profile should be able to see an offer during a chosen time period. It's already possible to set up a capping count and reset capping frequency but I would like to have an extra option for adding time periods when an active offer can be temporarily paused for a profile.Use case:Asking customers to fix their interest rate on their housing loan from a short time frame to 5 years. The offer capping is three and the reset frequency is monthly. After two months of showing this offer, the offer should be paused for 6 months, thereafter again showing to  the customer with a capping of three times and two monthly resets. And so on... Why is this feature important to youWe have offers that are "always on" type of offers - not changing over years. However, we don't want to spam our customers with this type of offers and because of that we would like to have the option of a tem

Description -When searching for audience and journeys, I want to be able to search by including AND excluding terms.  I want smart search.    Why is this feature important to you -We mark several of our journeys as DEMO and Test, for earlier versions.  I should be able to search for a specific name and exclude a letter combination that I do not want. Also I want to be able to say it Contains  "XYZ" & "ABC", instead of needing to know the exact spelling of the journey every time. As we empower more teams to work on the tool, and create more journeys it become more challenging to reference journeys created weeks/months   How would you like the feature to work -I want a smart search feature OR the ability to filter results in the left panel by including/excluding specific terms.I would like a close match capability as well.   Current Behaviour -Only can search for specific phrases.  If there is an extra space o

Description: I want to upload both desktop-friendly and mobile-friendly images when designing email content to ensure email responsiveness. Why is this feature important to you: This feature is important because it ensures that emails are visually appealing and properly formatted on both desktop and mobile devices, enhancing the user experience and engagement. How would you like the feature to work: I would like the ability to upload and specify different images for desktop and mobile views within the email design tool. The system should automatically detect the device type and display the appropriate image accordingly. Additionally, it would be nice if I can crop accordingly with the different views in mind.Current Behaviour: Currently, there is no built-in functionality to upload and specify different images for desktop and mobile views. This limitation can result in emails that do not display optimally on all devices, potentially affecting user experience and engag

Description: I am looking for ways to enable data segregation within a sandbox, allowing different teams to have access to different objects such as journeys, campaigns, etc. The goal is to avoid the cumbersome process of manually assigning labels after objects are created to ensure that only relevant roles can see specific labels. Alternatively, having folder level access control where objects inside such folders will inherit access control restrictions would be beneficial.  Why is this feature important to you: This feature is important because it streamlines the process of data segregation, ensuring that teams can efficiently manage and access their respective objects without the need for manual label assignments. It enhances security and organization by automatically restricting access based on roles. How would you like the feature to work: I would like the feature to automatically assign labels to all objects created by certain roles, ensuring that on

I see when we add e-mail addresses or domains to the Allowed list under the E-mail settings we are not able to edit this after it is saved, and the description field is to short. You cant read the whole description text. It would be a good idea to be able to edit on a added "user" instead of deleting and adding the same person with a new address this is changed.
