Adobe Journey Optimizer

Dear Good People, I am struggling to create an audience based on the custom action id. I mean the persons for whom that custom action triggered. I have used the journey action id like this:But it seems not working as it qualifies 0 persons. I can see it my custom action in the data sets like this:select _experience.journeyOrchestration.stepEvents.actionIDfrom journey step eventswhere _experience.journeyOrchestration.stepEvents.journeyID="xxx"Does anyone know where can I find this in the audience section/event? 

Can I create an Audience or Segment of customers with email a suppression list OR use this is an attribute in an audience to get more accurate numbers?  Or is there a way to update the customer profile attribute if they are on a suppression list

How to join journey_step_events with ajo_message_feedback_event_dataset or ajo_email_tracking_experience_event_dataset. Not able to find profile ID in tracking or feedback table and not able to find messageid in Journey table

Hi there, I am looking to configure an event in AJO, for example I am looking for pagename = A OR pagename = B. But I noticed in the editor I can only use AND statement instead of OR. Just wanted to check if there's a way around this or we need to build something higher level to encapsulate these pages and then filter out by Condition in the journey. Thanks. 

Hi, We can add tags to Campaigns, Journeys, segments and links.But it seems like you can only create a segment on the tags you have added to links. Are there any possibilities for creating segments based on those tags?- Cant really find any documentation on this subject Kind regards,Jonas Pabst

Hi there, We noticed that iOS push notification clicks are not writing into the AJO Push Tracking Event Dataset, but Android is. We are having a hard time figuring where to begin the investigation, any suggestions? We also don't see any errors related to the iOS showing up in the dataset either. Are there any documentations on how these data feeds into the dataset? Thanks.

Hi, Is it possible to set up a journey to send only on specific days of the month (ie. 1st & 15th of the month). The journey starts off with Audience Qualification, let's say if customer qualifies in Audience on the 2nd, how do we hold them off till the 15th to send them down the journey? Thanks.

Hi, I'm wondering if people have styling code that can be added in to help with link formatting for our email footers. Currently our standard footer has 2 links and pulls in someone's email address using personalisation. In most clients the links aren't showing as underlined and the 2 links are the same colour and then the email address is a different colour. Also, In some clients the ABN is also changing to blue font and underlined when we don't want it to be. We want the 3 links to show in the same font colour and underlined on multiple different coloured backgrounds. Attached is a screenshot of one of the previews.

Hi there, We have use case where we want to lookup the metadata of a offer id, to say offer name etc. The metadata is in a lookup table as described in this video: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/platform-learn/tutorials/schemas/configure-relationships-between-schemas The dataset and schema has been enabled for profile, but I don't see it as an option in the data source configuration in AJO. Is this something that can be retrieved in a journey? Thanks.

Hi, I'd like to create a Journey which start with an Unitary Event and after the trigger, add some waits which will take different actions, something like this   The thing is everytime I click on "+" in the event activity, the "Only events can be set in paralel" alert shows, and it's weird as I want to add another path to an event, even the warning is saying that for events is possible Not sure why but there're some cases I can add more paths to the first eventBut in those cases I only can add another event and not the wait activity as desired I already tested this and not working, trigger is working only for first inital event and keeps there, the person does not move from inital event... So, how can I achieve my goal? Thanks

Hi,  I am using Adobe's demo environment and page view events are configured that way.Home page events:- web.webpagedetails.pageViewsProduct page events:- commerce.productViewCommerce checkouts events:- web.webpagedetails.pageViews I would like to ask more experienced colleagues what is the best practice for this?If we would like to have all page views in CJA taking into account above configuration we need to sum it using calculated metrics:all page views = commerce.productView + web.webpagedetails.pageViewsHow you approach this on your projects?

Hi,  i wanted to ask if someone experienced the same issue, we followed adobe recommendations and enabled the toggle for list-unsubscribe on both our email channel surfaces. However in our emails (on gmail) no link unsubscribe is in the header.  do we need to do other? it seems that enabling this toggle is sufficient. Thanks.
