HI Community, I want to check how we can add multiple test profiles while testing the Email via test mode option in Journey.

Hi Community,  I want to know how to create a subject A/B test on AJO. Is there an out-of-the-box activity for this?    Thanks 🙂

Hi Team, I want know how to configure the journeys, where i need to run the following different journey version based upon the successful triggers. Eg. If JourneyVersion1 is successfully run then the Journeyversion2 should run. Please suggest. Reagrds,Yashwanth

Hello, Is it possible to access the Journey step events dataset in AEP segments and AJO data sources? I’m unable to see it when creating a segment or adding fields to a data source. Can someone provide insights on this? If it's not accessible, could I get an explanation as to why? Thanks,Sanmathi Kumar.

Hello!I am trying to create a fragment which can be customized in the content section.Use case is: User should be able to customize the color of CTA button, change the background color, highlight text with color.I could not find any related document or example on this. Please help.

When using an API Triggered campaign, is it possible to ensure that the customer profiles that that are sent in by the 3rd party API are eligible for email/sms (i.e. have both opted in and have NOT opted out)? We have the opt-in / out data available within AEP. The use case is, that we are helping to send out a highly personalized, one to one message to a subset of our clients but we also need to ensure that the individual is qualified to send the email/sms to based on our marketing eligibility. The data for the personalized email is coming from a group that does not use nor has access to the marketing emails eligibility data. And the data in the emails needs to be perfect and controlled which is why we do not want to load it to AEP.  Is there a different campaign/journey construct that we should be considereing/using

Is there a way we can roll back a landing page to a previous state, like version control? Thank you,

All,  I have a client that would like to italicize a portion of their email Subject Line. I've tried to use a few options (Cntl+I ; <i></i>), but none seem to work. Does Email Designer not offer any font options for the SL?

Hi there, We have one app surface that has both android & iOS configured, and we prefer not to split them up to different app surfaces. And I am wondering if there's a way in Campaigns and Journeys, that we can target only specific device types (iOS/Android).  In test mode, I've tried entering one single ECID, and it fires a push notification to all my devices (Android/iOS). So I am wondering:1) Is there a way to send push notifications only to a specific ECID2) Is there a way to send push notifications only to Android or iOS devices Thanks,

Hello Journey Optimizer Community, In Campaign Report "clicks" are not getting reflected, kindly help me how to troubleshoot this.

Hi Community,We want to use more than one audience in AJO Campaign to suppress the unsubscribe how we can achieve this?

Hi Team, In fragment how we add title for Link?currently it show only  Type,Label,Url,Target

We have been using AJO for almost 3 years and have built over 1400 audiences.  Some are archived, some are still used. The interface only shows 25 per page....so we have 58 pages.    Is there a way to export a list of the audience names, ideally with the description, created, last used.  I need to be able to provide some overarching direction, spot any inconsistencies to the department/teams and need to see the patterns by reviewing in an excel/table format. Can this be exported?

Hi team,Can any one help me how to check array count is odd or even using helper function?

Automatic wait nodeEach inbound message activity (In-app message, Code-based experience, or Card) comes with a 3-days Wait activity. As inbound messages automatically end when a profile reach out the end of the journey, we assume that you want your users to see it at least for 3 days. You can remove this Wait activity, or change its configuration if needed.  Where in the UI/API we can change the configuration  ? Reference url: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/about-journey-building/wait-activity

Hi Team, I want to use a fragment in compatibility mode so that when I update the href="#" in one place, it will automatically update in another location. Is there a way to achieve this using a helper function or variable? I will attach a screenshot of my HTML for reference. Note: I have attached an AJO screenshot. I want to replace href="#" with a URL in AJO, and have it automatically update all of href="#" within this fragment. How can I achieve this? please refer my 2 nd Screenshot.

I have an expression fragment syntax "{{#inline "var_1"}}Value_1{{/inline}}" which I want to customize in the email content with the following"{{fragment id='ajo:1f0cd758-e1d5-4034-ba12-d69375018103' mode='inline' var_1='New_Value'}}{{var_1}}". I want the default value "Value_1" to be replaced with "New_Value"; which is not working and giving me the default value "Value_1" instead. Also, popping up a message:"Your message includes contextual data which won't be rendered in Preview & Test features. You can execute the campaign using API to run E2E test with contextual data". Please help. Thanks in advance

You cannot modify your journey when the test mode is activated. When in test mode, you can directly publish the journey, no need to deactivate the test mode before.Above point seems incorrect- I don't see any option in UI to publish when a journey in test mode. is it through API we can publish when a journey in test mode ? Please correct me if I am wrong.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/create-journey/testing-the-journey

Can we add Multiple Business Events in Business Journey ? I am able to add only one business event followed by read audiences. If the answer is Yes , How can I add multiple business events in business journey ? If the answer is No , As per the below point it seems a profile can be present multiple times in the same journey at the same time but in the context of different business events.. if we unable to add multiple business events in business journey how can this be possible?"A profile can be present multiple times in the same journey, at the same time, but in the context of different business events."Reference URL : https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/manage-journey/entry-management

Hi,I have a use case where I have to send a re-purchase reminder email to profile after 7 days of the first purchase. If there profile purchases before 7 days, I will not send them a reminder to purchase, instead I will send them reminder 7 days after the new purchase date, and this goes on loop.  Case 1: They make a purchase within 7 days, we will not send a reminder and profile will reenter the journey as a new purchase dateCase 2: They do not make a purchase within 7 days, we will send them a reminder. If I use a wait activity for 7 days, what would happen if a profile purchases during these 7 days? I guess it won't be able to enter the journey with the new purchase date? So finally reminder will only be send if they do no repurchase within 7 days of the previous purchase. Please help me understand how can I plan a journey for this use case. TIA

Hi,How can I retrieve the day of the week using the AJO Advanced Expression Editor? I'm encountering the following error when using the syntax {%= dayOfWeek(now()) %}.Date Time functions library | Adobe Journey Optimizer

I have the following requirement: An email communication containing a countdown is required. From this, the email communication should be sent to customers with the counter starting on the date the email communication is sent and ending, for example, in seven days.Currently the countdown is running using a fixed value, i.e. regardless of the date of sending the e-mail communication. For this, I am using the following script: <img src="https://i.countdownmail.com/3iru0d.gif?end_date_time=2024-09-10T16:47:17+00:00" border="0" alt="countdownmail.com" class="is-highlight" style="text-align: center;"> To use the email communication send date, I tried to use the Adobe Journey Optimizer functions in the script described above: <img src={%= concat("https://i.countdownmail.com/3iru0d.gif?end_date_time=", setDays(now(), 7)) %} border="0" alt="countdownmail.com"/> However, I got the following result: Invalid syntax Error in parsing PQL expression "concat("http

Hi , I'd like to restrict editing of my Fragment so that only I and my team can make changes. Others should only be able to duplicate and Edit it. How can I achieve this in AJO? @mohan_dugganab @satheeskannak @davidkangni @anuhya-y   @pradeep_kumar_srivastav
