Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hi, I’d like to use a condition within a journey to filter profiles based on email domains, specifically emails with the domain @warder.com from the email object.For example, if a profile has the following emails: [a@asd.com, b@bsd.com, c@mgh.com], I want to ensure the journey only sends emails to those with the @warder.com domain.How can I achieve this using advanced expressions in a condition?I’ve tried an approach, but it seems to be returning all emails associated with the profile rather than filtering for the specific domain.  Thanks

Hi Team,We have recently introduced a new array-type field in the profile schema that stores all past offer codes for each profile. The field contains the offer codes, separated by commas, to avoid the need to load large amounts of data into the contact history event schema.In the audience segment builder, rather than specifying individual offer codes to suppress sending the same email again, we plan to use this array field to exclude profiles who already received a specific offer. The logic we want to apply is a condition like "does not contain specific offer code" in the audience filter.While I understand that array-type fields can be useful for storing multiple values in a single field (in this case, past offer codes), I am seeking further clarification on how this approach will work with the audience segmentation logic. Trying to find out if there is somewhere we can see soft bounces in journey reporting. The bounce reporting only shows hard bounces. Please let me know if this is possible and if so how to execute finding soft bounce reporting. Thanks for the support

Hi everyone, Following the February 2025 Release Notes, the Result Sets feature has been deployed, and I was able to create them in the sandbox I use. Hi, I want to send emails to a group of users whenever an event occurs. Any solution to achieve this?

Hi all, This is becoming an increasingly bigger problem for our AEP instance. We've noticed that more and more profiles are getting merged together due to common ECIDs, meaning customers would login to different accounts with the same ECID browser and as a result the profiles are getting merged together. This is making our push notification strategy more riskier day by day because we could be targeting devices that are completely not associated with the intended account we want to target. As an example, if we have a campaign that wants to remind customers to pay their bill, the customer could be getting the wrong notification due to them logging into another person's account(say parents account) and having their profiles merged together. How can we address this in AJO? Thanks.

Hi, I'd like to know if errors when triggering an API campaign are stored in AJO just as Adobe Campaign Standard showing in UI any error. For example I'd like to see somewhere in AJO the 404 error detail.  Is it possible? 

As per AEP Segmentation Guardrails, org can have up to 4000.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/profile/guardrails However as per AEP sandbox documentation, the maximum number of sandboxes allowed are 75.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/sandbox/home#:~:text=A%20default%20Experience%20Platform%20license,of%2075%20sandboxes%20in%20total. Is this a documentation error?

For example: A list of objects with membership details such as membership start, end, year, type.To get a membership type based on year in a journey condition, there are no suitable functions available to filter membership array of objects and get type? Documentation has one such filter function but it's only for custom actions filter | Adobe Journey Optimizer Is there any better way to get membership type from list of membership array of objects based on year of membership in journey condition activity?

Since email field validation and dynamic content blocks aren't built-in features in the Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) landing page builder, what would be the best practice to implement these? Are there any workarounds, such as custom scripts or integrations, to ensure data accuracy and personalized content delivery?

Hi Team Today in our AJO journey testing, we are highly dependent on Profile snapshot update which usually takes 24 hours  We can’t use the Test mode functionality of AJO since we are using Read audience activity which is querying the profile segments  Can anyone from the community please suggest the best approach where we can skip the 24 hour wait of Profile update  with regards Richa Chaubey

Hi Community, I conducted an A/B test using a journey where I created 4 treatments, each with different subject lines and content. I allocated 25% to each treatment and triggered the emails to a test audience. However, despite expecting that each person would receive a different email,  but all 4 participants received the same email and Subject line.Please anyone help me for this what's wrong? @anuhya-y  @mohan_dugganab @davidkangni @vraghav @satheeskannak 

Hi Members,   I created a journey with a reaction action after the email action and selected email click on the reaction action. I added a timeout path of 5 days. If the email is not clicked in 5 days then it will go the timeout path. I scheduled the journey and it sent the email correctly , i received the email and i clicked on the link present in it. In my profile in CDP i can see a message.tracking event with link click of type tracked. However i still see that the journey is waiting for click to happen.   What can i be doing wrong?   Thanks, Arpan

I have sent test emails to four profiles, but only one test profile is receiving the test email in Adobe Journey Optimizer. All four profiles are test profiles. I am doing this from the Sandbox. Some (but not all) received the test emails after several hours.

What is the most effective way to check if customer has adequate consents but during journey? Condition Node? What are your methods?

Hi, I am trying to extract some information from the AJO datasets, and I would like to know some more details about some of the fields.For example, what are all the values that can shows under _experience.customerJourneyManagement.messageDeliveryfeedback.feedbackStatus and what is their meaning> I can see stuff like sent, delay, error, exclude. I would also expect something like bounce, but what else?Is there a DETAILED documentation on these tables and what they contain?Please note I already saw this one: Journey Optimizer Schemas, and the descriptions are very brief and do not answer my question. So my question is: ca I find somewhere a more detailed description of the fields, especially the ones with a finite number of valid values, like feedbackstatus above?Thanks
