When I add Test Profile to the Seed lists that this mean that profile attributes for the sendout would be taken from that Test Profile and send to Seed List mailing? Or is it only just technical thing?  

Hi, Team, I am exporting a file through the campaign using the DM channel. After generating the file, it is saved as Unix-ANSI instead of PC-ANSI, which is the required format for our system. Is there a setting or option where I can select the desired file format (PC-ANSI) before generating the file? Please advise

Hi Team, Why there is count difference in AEP and AJO? Example - There are 10K audience count in AEP but in Journey the read audience has only 500 audience count. Where the other audience are getting drop. All the criteria are applied and namespace is also matching. Regards

Every day, I need to export data for a recurring DM campaign and create a report that breaks down certain fields. This report is sent to campaign users so they’re aware of what has been sent. How can I streamline this process to make it more efficient? is there the out-of-box schema storing the data that's exported.

Does this mean that the user is in both journeys - Journey A and B? 

Does this mean that I should create exclusive dataset only for updated data?Than dataset should then have all the fields which might be updated? Do you have any best practices regarding that?

Hi Team,I need assistance in removing a specific value from an array field in a DM (Direct Marketing) campaign. In Audience Builder, there's no functionality to suppress a value directly, and using the "does not contain value" condition is too broad, which presents a risk.In Journey, I can use the "in/not in" function in a conditional node's advanced query to remove any matched value from an array field, but I am unsure how to replicate this process in a DM campaign. I have been trying to tackle it in export template of DM that it's only giving me Boolean result by "in" function not removing the profile.Could you please advise on how to handle this in a DM campaign?Thank you!

Hi all,  I have got a case where the communication wants to be sent out via AJO instead Salesforce Marketing Cloud. For me it makes total sense because the communication that wants to be sent, the site is built on AEM. Reasoning this, the greatest benefit here is optimizing time I do believe so as I can imagine that AEM content stored in the DAM can be used on AJO easily on email templates. Obviously, using content templates and features. All of this taking into account that there is a native connector or has to be done via API, but the content used in the communications can be easily managed by a business practionner user. Thanks for your help. Regards, Celia

Hi, I tried to duplicate the existing journey which includes 44 nodes out of 50 under the limitation of max nodes but when I duplicated it and showing errors: an error occurred when duplicating the journey. what was it and where I can find the error log, why it refused me to duplicate where I am against the requirement of journey duplicate? please help and advise.

Is it possible to have a single profile go down multiple paths at the same time? In the attached example, everyone in my audience meets the criteria for path1. Some also meet the criteria for path2, and some meet the criteria for path3. We want those who meet the criteria for path1 and path2 to process at the same time. Is this possible? We also want those who meet the criteria for path1 and path3 to process at the same time.  It seems as though this is not functioning how we would like it to. It looks like if your profile meets the criteria for multiple paths at the same time, you will only go down the first path - not multiple. 

1. Trying to build new two segments of age population (44.08) and (44.09)2. Below is the segment UI rule and code view looks like for 44.08 audience.((tenantID.personDetails.birthDate2 occurs >= 536 months before today) and (tenantID.personDetails.birthDate2 occurs <= 537 months before today)) 3. Below is the segment UI rule and code view looks like for 44.09 audience.((tenantID.personDetails.birthDate2 occurs >= 537 months before today) and (tenantID.personDetails.birthDate2 occurs <= 538 months before today))  Now a person of birthdate 'May-09-1979'  who is celebrating monthly birthday as of today (basically anyone if birthdate is of today) is getting evaluated in both the segments 44.08 and 44.09 where it is supposed to be realized only in 44.09 segment.   Tried all other birthdate functions in the UI rule to fix it but nothing is working out. Hello,    I have implemented the Adobe Mobile SDK in a mobile app, which sends the push token via Adobe Data Collection. The token is received, and I can see it under the profile attributes. However, when I check the AJO Push Profile Dataset, it is empty. This suggests that the data is available in the Profile Service but not in the Data Lake, which doesn’t seem correct. I believe I might be missing something. Could you please help me understand where the data is stored?   Note: I waited one day, data is still not available in datasets. Normally it takes 15 to 30 min.   What I have already done :    1. I reviewed the Union Schema to identify which datasets are linked to the push token details object. Hi All, I was creating a few rules for my Offers. From the document, I learned that events are not supported in rules. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/decisioning/offer-decisioning/create-components/creating-decision-rules If events are not supported inside rules, why is there a UI section to add events?While creating rules, there is a section where we can add an audience. If I add events in the Audience and use those audiences inside rules, will it work?Thanks & RegardsDeepak K V

team, just to be sure that I would merge different paths into one path after conditional node from the journey by simply stitch common nodes with different paths together. I would understand more about is this as Union to combine all data appended or intersect removing duplicates but to be kept common data from different paths.

Hi Team,Recently a new feature was introduced in AJO which allow you to lookup aep data while targeting customers via email. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/content-management/personalization/lookup-aep-dataI created a profile schema and a lookup schema address both enabled for profile plus also created datasets for both(also enabled for profile). Profile is linked to address lookup via a address id. In audience creation, i see that profile is linked to address properly (i can see all fields of address lookup when i select profile attribute which means the relationship is set properly).   However in AJO when i send an email to the customer and fetch his address details via the address id , i always get empty address.   Did anyone tried this already?   Just for information: I have already enabled dataset for lookup as mentioned on the document    Thanks, Arpan

Hi, I’d like to use a condition within a journey to filter profiles based on email domains, specifically emails with the domain @warder.com from the email object.For example, if a profile has the following emails: [a@asd.com, b@bsd.com, c@mgh.com], I want to ensure the journey only sends emails to those with the @warder.com domain.How can I achieve this using advanced expressions in a condition?I’ve tried an approach, but it seems to be returning all emails associated with the profile rather than filtering for the specific domain.  Thanks
