Hi, I’ve encountered a key challenge that I’m facing with the absence of a native CSV export feature in AJO.In my current process, exporting CSV files is crucial for downstream teams who use those files for deployment. This workflow in ACC heavily depends on exporting data to specific folders.In AJO, I’ve come up a potential solution to replicate this process by utilizing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Here’s the approach I’m considering:Journey Setup: I have a journey that starts with an audience segment (read audience node). After the audience segment, I use a conditional node to narrow down.Data Capture: Instead of linking to an email action node, I would connect it to an Update Profile action node, which would update a schema/dataset in AEP with data from the conditional nodeand this dataset will be full replacement every time when the scheduled journey gets triggered.Data Export: From AEP, I can export the data stored in the dataset to a CSV file and post it to an FTP path

Hi there, I am trying to use AJO to export csv files after the journey execution completed which is collecting all eligible profiles with offers defined in the journey to export as csv files that's the same as I did in ACC export activity. Does AJO have this direct node I can use directly or it's able to achieve through AEP only?please specify. Thanks 

Hi, I can see that user related profile details available under "Profiles" under required merge policy, but when i try to create audiences, in profile estimate, that profile is not showing.  Thanks  

Hello Community, I’m encountering a rendering issue in the Gmail app specifically for fragments with 2X2 or 1X2 column layouts. Instead of displaying the mobile view, these fragments are rendering the desktop view in the Gmail app. We’re using a base template that adheres to brand guidelines (e.g., font family, font size) and layering the fragments on top of this template. We've tested the same code offline and across other platforms, and the issue does not occur elsewhere. Is there a recommended best practice, such as a specific class or other adjustments, to ensure proper rendering in the Gmail app? Thanks,Akram Husain

hi There, need your true support with tough topic that after I created an audience using segment definition then next step, I would like to use empty placeholder of existing field to calculate touchpoint date let's say we have 36 touchpoints to send each one according to their age or registration date to compose a date into the existing field so i can also add condition to say touchpoint date is on or before today's date into audience segment. please lmk if this is doable or other alternative solution recommended.

Hi So..... i have a column in the data schema called eventDate, it is string, date-time format in the standard format (ie 2025-01-13T16:15:00Z) - In an AJO email I'd like to display this as both the date in the format 13-01-2025 and the time as 16:15 for the life of me I cant figure out the converting and formatting. any ideas?

Hi All, Requirement here is to append a unique Campaign ID to all channel interactions related to that particular campaign so that we can do cross-channel interaction analytics in CJA, For Email and SMS, AJO does this automatically and we can track. But for other external channels like Direct Mail, Web, Call Center, Paid Media etc. - we may have to append this in the data feeds manually / programmatically when we collect the data. So the question is - which is the ID we can use for that purpose. Best Regards,

Hello,   I created a campaign in AJO targeting profiles based on a streaming audience. However, I noticed that even after the profiles were updated in AEP, the emails sent via the campaign still reflect the older profile data. Is this expected behavior? In journeys, it works perfectly fine, but in campaigns, I consistently see the outdated profile data (it seems to rely on a profile snapshot).   How can this be handled if we need newer profile data in campaign as well.       Thanks, Arpan

We identified a big change that we needed to make to the creative assets for one of our journeys. Becasue it was just the creative assets and because we had another version currently being worked on (meaning I could not create a new version) I decided to make the update directly in live journey. It is a multi-email journey and I updated two of the 12 emails and then "saved the journey". This has now been republishing for over an hour+. I have seen it go live then begin republishing several times now which makes me think it is in some sort of doom loop. I don't see and options for checking if there are any errors, I can't stop the process and I'm not sure what actions I should take next.Has anyone dealt with this or does anyone have any recommendations for something like this?

Hello to everyone, According to the documentation, "The retention period for a mirror page is 60 days. After that delay, the mirror page will no longer be available." Hi there, May I ask how can I write an expression to check a condition in my email - to check if product > field date value = today? I tried the below and didn't seem to work. My product date field format is "2024-12-19". {%#if productDate = currentTimeInMillis() %} Thanks,Amanda

Hello Team, I would like to understand, is it possible to get the reference field from lookup dataset in AJO journey?we have one individual profile schema with abandon cart data and one product catalog schema with custom class. We have created a relationship between fields prod_id of both schema. will I be able to see fields from product catalog schema in AJO Journey. 

Hi @community, While generate the proof i am getting below error. Note:-The error occurs when I include the fragment with the variant. Hi Community members   We have a capping api which can limit the number of custom action's call to certain number. Is there any way to control the number of push notification or email sent in a certain time trame? Can this be controlled?   Thanks, Arpan
