Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hi all,   I have seen this thread about a similar observation by fellow community members about the journeys and campaigns not reflecting the latest profile data for personalization. https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/journey-optimizer-questions/campaign-shows-old-profile-data/td-p/729630   I have also observed that the marketing and email consents are also not respected in case a customer updates their consent between the time a segment qualification is evaluated and a campaign/journey using it is executed.   There is, however, a hack which works for now but might not work in future with a potential update. The hack is for journeys to add a wait step between the read audience and email execution step. The wait can be as short as a few seconds as well. This way the journey reads profile information from the profile store for personalization as well as consent checking.   Referring to the older thread, was there ever a clear solution or clarification by

Hi,We have a journey where we are sending out emails. In CJA report we saw some 'messageExecutionError'. I went through existing questions highlighting same issue but couldnt find much description on what could be the cause, queries to check the details, or fixes.  Any suggestions/advice is much appreciated Update : I dived a bit and found that the executionErrorCode to be 'kafkaError' and in some places actionExecutionError was blank.  I didnt even find any relevant adobe documentation detailing the issue

   I need some help with exporting the final segmentation results from a journey I've built in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to a CSV file. This journey incorporates audience conditions and exclusions to precisely target the desired segment, fulfilling specific business requirements. However, I'm encountering difficulty in exporting this final, refined segmentation as a CSV file and delivering it to an SFTP server. I know Direct Mail can do something similar for campaigns, but this is a journey, not a campaign. Any tips or tricks would be awesome!! Hi, I'm looking for a way to configure AJO so that messages will not be sent outside of certain 'office' hours. Is there a global setting (like a typology rule)? or if not does anyone have code that can be used in a journey? thanks a tonMarc

I have a simple streaming audience defined as: when ingest new records that meet the criteria it dos not realize em instantly or even near instantly.All realized profiles are after a long time.the wait tilme between two events is just 1.Can you help me or someone explain how it should be triggered mybe ?

Hi,  I have create an IP pool in AJO and when I create an email channel surface using that IP pool, I get the error 'Maximum runs 15 for the workflow step IPAffinityProvisioning are reached. (CJMRT - 110001-500)'  I am not sure how to get more details on this error or even resolve it.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

When I add Test Profile to the Seed lists that this mean that profile attributes for the sendout would be taken from that Test Profile and send to Seed List mailing? Or is it only just technical thing?  

Hi, Team, I am exporting a file through the campaign using the DM channel. After generating the file, it is saved as Unix-ANSI instead of PC-ANSI, which is the required format for our system. Is there a setting or option where I can select the desired file format (PC-ANSI) before generating the file? Please advise

Hi Team, Why there is count difference in AEP and AJO? Example - There are 10K audience count in AEP but in Journey the read audience has only 500 audience count. Where the other audience are getting drop. All the criteria are applied and namespace is also matching. Regards

Every day, I need to export data for a recurring DM campaign and create a report that breaks down certain fields. This report is sent to campaign users so they’re aware of what has been sent. How can I streamline this process to make it more efficient? is there the out-of-box schema storing the data that's exported.

Does this mean that the user is in both journeys - Journey A and B? 

Does this mean that I should create exclusive dataset only for updated data?Than dataset should then have all the fields which might be updated? Do you have any best practices regarding that?

Hi Team,I need assistance in removing a specific value from an array field in a DM (Direct Marketing) campaign. In Audience Builder, there's no functionality to suppress a value directly, and using the "does not contain value" condition is too broad, which presents a risk.In Journey, I can use the "in/not in" function in a conditional node's advanced query to remove any matched value from an array field, but I am unsure how to replicate this process in a DM campaign. I have been trying to tackle it in export template of DM that it's only giving me Boolean result by "in" function not removing the profile.Could you please advise on how to handle this in a DM campaign?Thank you!

Hi all,  I have got a case where the communication wants to be sent out via AJO instead Salesforce Marketing Cloud. For me it makes total sense because the communication that wants to be sent, the site is built on AEM. Reasoning this, the greatest benefit here is optimizing time I do believe so as I can imagine that AEM content stored in the DAM can be used on AJO easily on email templates. Obviously, using content templates and features. All of this taking into account that there is a native connector or has to be done via API, but the content used in the communications can be easily managed by a business practionner user. Thanks for your help. Regards, Celia
