If we are using dynamic content in Email template, how to track who has been served? what content? How to report the customers?Example - If we have 3 dynamic fragments in the same email, each fragment has a different discount detail like 10% off, 20% off and 30% off. Now how can I identify if 100 people has received this email. how many of them received which offer fragment as in 10% vs 20% vs 30%

Hi All,I have a question regarding AJO B2B.To what extent can we personalize content in AJO B2B? Specifically, is it possible to send event-based data, such as product details for scenarios like a B2B customer forgetting to complete a purchase (like cart abandonment emails)?I have read the documentation, but I didn’t get a clear picture of whether this is feasible. Any insights or examples on this topic would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Its said that best practice for web channel is creation of seperate specific Decision Scope for every placement:- homepage  - category page- basket page etc.  However what is best practice for mailings? One Decision Scope for every mailing? What is you experience?

1. Decision event What does this mean? That the Offer was returned in given Decisions was returned for given Decision Scope??? 2. Clicks - self explaining 3. Impression - offer was rendered. However does it also checks if it has been seen? if for example it would be at the bottom of the page 4. Custom event - also clear

I am working on a POC for push notifications in AJO for an app that is still under development. For the test, profiles are ingested from a CSV file containing first name, last name, email, appID, platform, device token (captured from the app). An Individual Profile schema (profile enabled) is used, with email as the primary identifier. The device token from the CSV is mapped to the schema path pushNotificationDetails.token using the standard Push Notification Details field group. An audience is created based on email, and a journey is built to:Read the audienceSend a push notificationIssue observed: Push notification is not sent, even though deviceToken is mapped and visible under identityMap along with email, the journey fails with “No token found in profile”.Note: Push credentials are configured correctly (we can successfully send push via Postman using the same device tokens).Kindly suggest how to resolve this and why AJO is unable to recognise the token.

Team, I am working on a in-app notification in AJO. Created the In-App channel surface, campaign, Journey with in-app message and published as well.We have created a sample "send Interaction" button in the android application and using the send event(Edge.sendEvent) and Mobilecore.Trackaction whenever the button is clicked.Created a custom event type in the schema for this button click and it reaches the profile as well along with the analytics.track event. Created a campaign & journey using the following triggers,1. send data to platform and event type is "application interaction" event happens2. send data to platform and xdm payload is applicationInteraction.name == 'sendInteraction' event happens3. track action and action name is "sendInteraction" event happens4. Send data to platform event happens. Only using the 4th trigger the in-app displays but the message keep getting displayed without closing and application crashes at the end. Using the

Hi, I need to update the execution address from an Active channel surface but I'm not able to do that. In the past I remember it was possible.  Is this possible today? Thanks.

Hi, I understand that we can implement push notifications with AJO for a Flutter mobile app. However, the documentation isn’t very clear to me. From what I’ve read, it seems that we don’t need native code to initialize the SDK, but we do need to add some native code to pass the Firebase token, for example on Android:MobileCore.setPushIdentifier(token); After that, we should be able to listen for messages in Flutter using something like:List<Message> messages = await Messaging.getCachedMessages(); Is my understanding correct? I’d really appreciate some guidance on this.

Hello,  I have the following code in my HTML I'm trying to use. This code looks for a Campaign Name attribute and applies the corresponding couponID. However, when I try to save this code, I get an "invalid helper substr" error.  {{#each profile._*********.walletInfo.couponDetails as |coupon|}} {%#if contains(coupon.campaignName,"NA_EM_2025_Coupon_Launch" ) %} {% substr(coupon.couponId,38) %} {%else%} No Valid Coupon Available {%/if%}{{/each}} Please advise

Hello Community,I've successfully configured a WhatsApp channel in Adobe Journey Optimizer and can send outbound messages using Meta's test number. My issue is with opt-in and opt-out confirmation messages:When I reply with an opt-in or opt-out keyword (e.g., 'STOP', 'START'), the action does process correctly in the backend (I see the user's subscription status update in Adobe Campaign). However, I do not receive any confirmation message back on WhatsApp (e.g., 'You have been opted out').This is happening despite the backend processing being successful. I'm looking for guidance on why these confirmation messages aren't being sent.Any insights or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated!

I'm trying to send a marketing campaign via API, but I'm getting the following error: There is already a batch execution in progress , please try again after sometime.

When enterprises face compliance requirements that restrict third-party domain management, we didn't just listen—we rebuilt how domain configuration works.   The Core Challenge Traditional marketing automation platforms require customers to delegate DNS management to the platform provider. For regulated enterprises, this creates an impossible choice: Why This Feature: Addressing Enterprise Compliance Challenges In highly regulated industries, marketing teams often face a critical barrier: compliance requirements that prevent third-party domain management. Whether it's HIPAA in healthcare, FINRA in financial services, or SOX compliance for public companies, these organizations need complete control over their domain infrastructure. This provides a complete separation between customer infrastructure and platform services :- No shared credentials between systems- Customer-managed certificates with full SSL chain control- Isolated infrastructure with no cross-customer dependenci

Hi everyone,  I'm wondering if anyone had successfully retrieved Id from profile.timeSeriesEvents.identityMap in an AJO offer. I had no problem retrieving the id using this helper function. {%= head(get(profile.identityMap,"accountId")).id %}However, when I use the same formula for profile.timeSeriesEvents.identityMap: {%= head(get(profile.timeSeriesEvents.identityMap,"accountId")) %}, it throws this error: Invalid syntax get applied to an array requires integer parameter - was: STRING., Object expression for "head" must be of type array. Was Map[STRING => OBJECT[]].. Error beginning at position: Line 5, Character 23  Appreciate any tips on this.

Hi all - Looking for feedback on new capabilities we released as limited availability    https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/about-journey-building/journey-action   The new action node will ultimately replace all of the native actions in the Journey left rail, but in this release we are allowing users to explore this workflow as an addition to the existing native channels.    Couple of points here:  The new action node is meant to simplify the canvas and cleanup the left rail. (Note in the future we intend to do something similar for events with a generic "event" node).  The new action node will reinforce patterns and UX from single-step action campaigns. - Our goal is to make single-step actions and multi-step canvas feel more cohesive.  This new action node will allow for all the new targeting capabilities to be used within the action configuration.  Mulitple inbound actions can be group

Hi everyone,I’m using Adobe Shared Sandbox and testing a journey in AJO where one profile can have multiple objects (for example, multiple accounts). To model this, I created an object array (accountDetails) inside the profile schema. Each object has:accountId (set up as a secondary identity in a non-people namespace)accountEmail (string field for the account’s email address)other account-level attributes. What I’ve verified so far:Primary identity = customerId (cross-device).Profile Viewer shows all attributes populated, including the nested accountEmail.Audience qualifies correctly and the journey executes without errors.I tested two ways:With supplemental identifier = accountIdWithout supplemental identifier (just using customerId)In both cases, the journey runs successfully but no emails are delivered.I even used my personal Gmail address in accountEmail to rule out deliverability issues, still nothing reaches the inbox.Content simulation works fine and shows the correct email addre

Here in this example the email " emma.jones@mail.com"  failed 3 times within the timeframe 24 hrs. So, in what intervals of time the email has been  tried  in the last 24 hrs timeframe, to infer it that email had failed 3 times? Is it that we have to manually send the email after setting the 24hrs threshold?

As both send the copy to email what is the difference between BCC and seed list?
