Hi Team,

I have created placement , offer , collection and decision. Offers are approved and decision is live .

when I try to insert the offer expression in html then I am getting below error

resource with id dps:offer-activity:1b3a*******ffs and type offer activity not found

Resource with id dps:offer-placement:1b3b*******4a71 and type offer placement not found

but I am able to save this in UAT but in prod I am getting error . Any help would be appreciated.

@plabanda1 This error ( Not Found), means that the referenced offer activity and/or placement is not available in the decisioning engine on the prod edge environment. This issue may occur in Adobe Journey Optimizer for several reasons:

Staging vs. Production Synchronization -

Entities (offers, activities, placements) created or updated in stage (UAT) are available for use there. In PROD, these entities may not have been manually recreated or copied, or their IDs referenced in your HTML may not exist, resulting in "not found" errors.

Entity Deletion or Incorrect Reference - If you reference an offer activity or placement ID that was deleted, renamed, or never present in PROD, you'll see this error.offer activity or placement ID that was deleted, renamed, or never present in PROD.

@plabanda1

The error indicates that the offer-activity ID and offer-placement ID are not available in the sandbox.

Could you please cross-check if these IDs are available in Production?
