Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hello all,I'm facing an issue in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) related to consent logging when customers submit a landing page form created in Visual Designer mode.Current Setup:* I built a landing page using AJO’s Visual Designer.* The form displays 8 subscription lists as checkboxes:* 6 are older subscription lists used in previous campaigns (which worked as expected before)* 2 are newly created subscription lists* Upon checkbox selection and saving preferences from the front end, the form is expected to:1. Update the customer profile - works2. Add/remove the selected subscription lists - works3. Log a consent event in the Consent and Preference dataset - doesn't work Problems Observed:Test 1 (New Subscription Lists):* Selecting and submitting new subscription list checkboxes:* Profile and subscription list updated * Consent and Preference dataset not updated Test 2 (Old Subscription Lists):* To isolate the issue, I tested again using one of the older subscription

Since the recent AJO update introduced 'Dynamic Media' and started generating absolute image links, animated GIFs no longer seem to work. Has anyone found a workaround for this?

Whats the limit? I do not see that in AJO guardrails

It seems to us that mirror pages is not working when the link is created inside a email fragment, and then used in an email. When you break the inheritage of the fragment it will work, but it you have created a fragment you dont need to change the content in, and it stays "unbroken" the mirror page dont work.Ttpical use case: "read this mail in a browser" Puting this into a fragment wont work.

Hello hello!I am curious to know when the following features will be available in AJO Journeys:- Calendar view (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/manage-journey/journey-ui)- Pause Journeys (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/create-journey/journey-pause) They are both tagged as Limited Availability. When will they be globally rolled out? Best,Line

Hi Team,We want your insights to obtain list of offers that are having a similar value for the custom attribute column in AJO/AEPThanks,Mohana.R

Hi all, I have an interesting use case of joining Journey and email name/id data with profile identifiers in order to make an export to HTTP destination. With Email Tracking Dataset I could see the Journey and email details with ID Map, however we are not using ID map for identities, so was wondering how we can join the primary (customer ID) and secondary ID (email) along with Journey & email sent info.  Looking for your suggestions! Thanks

How would you write such a condition?

We are looking for ways how we can integrate and use AEM Content & Experience fragments in AJO.One way we can envision is from URL option in offer decision. Is there any other ways we can leverage AEM to AJO. ThanksSrinivas

I am facing an issue in AJO where, after creating a dataset and enabling it for Profile, the Profile option gets disabled again whenever I refresh or reopen the page.Additionally, when I ingest profiles into the dataset (via Postman), the data appears successfully under the dataset. However, when I try to search for the profiles in the Profile section (using the email address), I am unable to see them.Could someone help me understand why:1. The Profile setting is not staying enabled after refreshing?2. The ingested profiles are not visible under the Profile section even though the data is showing in the dataset? The same happened with Journey created using event, the profiles entered the journey and also seen under dataset, but the event name is not visible under the profiles I ingested from postman.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Team,We are looking to create an audience segment that targets users whose birthdays fall in the upcoming month. The goal is to use this audience to send out birthday greetings. The birth date field in our system is in the "MM-DD-YY" format. I initially tried using the condition:"Include Birth date (YYYY-MM-DD) occurs in next 30 days"However, this approach may not be accurate when the upcoming month has 31 days, as it could potentially miss some profiles.Could you please suggest the best way to select profiles whose birth month is exactly the next calendar month, regardless of the number of days?Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

When i add personalization in template, AJO double encoding the URL which causing us issue.Any ideas? ThanksAJO Dev

Hi, We have a huge set of data ingested into AEP for schema "ajo_message_feedback_event_dataset". And, our goal is to fetch the list of users who received emails and accessed the same. it's understood from Adobe documentation that information is stored at "ajo_message_feedback_event_dataset".Whilst accessing the dataset through Querying with below SQL query, we can see the results with various columns"SELECT *FROM ajo_message_feedback_event_dataset;"out of which, a specific column named "_experience" contains the batchInstanceID":"xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx", which helps us to build audience for a specific set of batchInstanceID. Upon using the below query to filter the results that matches with batchInstaceID from _experience as belowSELECT *FROM ajo_message_feedback_event_datasetWHERE contains(_experience, "%batchInstanceID%");, we see an error that describes on the field unavailable.Error Message : ErrorCode: 08P01 queryId: c44e0d65-b42f-4f08-8de3-7f4962050c08 Unkno

I have a doubt referring to the function nowWithDelta. Can I use nowWithDelta(0, "days"), i.e, using the first parameter with the value "0"?

We have the functionality called API trigger email in the campaign. By any chance using the event forwarding as a trigger solution for Adobe journey optimizer?Because we have triggers earlier using pipeline, we had the email trigger option in adobe cloud system. Sameway, do we able to do here?

Should I put different offers into one Offer Collection? As an example:1. 5% discount - Collection 12. Free delivery - Collection 2  And then in evaluation Criteria put them in specific order1. Collection 22. Collection 1  On the other I can put everything into one Collection and then in Evaluation Criteria every offer would be evaluated based on the priority??

Hi, I need to build a 30-day IP warming campaign divided into 6 phases. I can't use the OOTB AJO feature because some profiles may be contacted more than once. For example, someone who received a communication on day 3 might also receive one on day 17, which isn’t possible with the new IP warming feature. What would you recommend for handling this? Should I create one campaign per day or one journey per day (meaning one campaign/journey for each day)? I'd really appreciate your best practice recommendations on this. Thanks a lot!

Hi Team, We are working on creating an audience that qualifies profiles based on the Edge Merge Policy where the ECID and attributes of the profile will be added to "Hub" option, that converts into "Edge" which takes around 10 to 15mins for the attribute to get added into Edge segment. We have observed that not all profiles are getting converted into Edge even after 4 to 5 hours. Have anyone experienced similar issue and any isights can greatly help us moving forward. Thanks in advance! Kind regards,Kiran Buthpur

We are looking to set up our AJO/AEP sandbox such that members who unsubscribe using our link in the email itself. However, we also want to make sure we can configure the email such that members who unsubscribe using the integrated Unsub feature in their ESP (gmail, outlook, etc) also unsubscribe from further communications from us.  Any documentations on this, or info on how we could get this done?

Hi all,I am looking for a solution where I need to export the Opt-out status to a third party solution as soon as the user clicks on unsubscribed on a AJO landing page. Since it needs to happen near real time, Dataset export is not in scope, is there any alternate way like triggering a custom action based on change in subscription list or a consents.marketing.email attribute value? Along with consent status I would also need to pass customer ID, and timestamp. Looking for some suggestions! Thanks

Hello,  I have a use case where our main client (Adobe users) would like to partner with some Non-Profits to send emails alerting folks about a program coming up. The challenge is, the non-profits own the data but do not wish to have their data stored in AEP.  This can be done in Campaign if the messages are transactional where you can choose not to create a profile. However, the clients wants to send a Launch email (Batch - Read Audience) using the non-profit data. Does anyone have any experience on how we can send this email and not store the data in the clients data schema? Thank you

Hello,  We develop our own HTML outside of the Email Designer in AJO. We recently are having an issue with a Background image not displaying - even when we choose to Simulate Content. We have text overlaying the background image in White Font, so when the background image does not display, it does not show the text, which is a problem for us.  I understand that background-image needs to be in an URL format - which we've done. But, now it appears that maybe the coding is not correct any longer. Here's the current code we are using:  <div class="mobile_only"><table class="mob_width_320 hideDesktop showMobile" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" style="mso-hide:all;overflow:hidden;max-height:0;width:0;display:none;line-height:0;visibility:hidden;align:center;"><tbody><tr><td style="height:178px;width:350px;BACKGROUND-IMAGE:url(https://***.************.********.com/fe24b6c0-e3dc-11e9-8f5d-7f27416c5f0d/urn:aaid:aem:7679d2ba-da1

If I have multiple placement for offers in web should I create separate Decision Scopes for them? What is the best practice?

We are using new feature Supplemental ID When we try to deploy the Journey we are getting error alert an't resolve multiple reentrance journey version '36429d7d-ab35-450f-8f25-09ae6ce51742': Only multiple reentrance event allowed. (ERR_AUTHORING_JOURNEYVERSION_360 )Why we are getting this
