I am attempting to export email unsubscriber records from Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) via Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). However, I am noticing that 89 of the records are marked as "No Value" in the email field, making it impossible to view or export the associated email addresses.Could you please help me understand the root cause of this issue and advise on how it can be resolved?Looking forward to your guidance. Does anyone know whether the ability to generate persistent and active mirror-page links for proofs is on the roadmap for AJO anytime soon? Current scenario: You send a proof using a test profile for personalization reasons. The proof includes the mirror page link. The mirror page link within the proof is not active so it can't be used to validate content (It is only active once the actual email gets sent). The recipient of the proof (who doesn't have access to AJO) points out an issue. You fix the issue but have to send them another proof for them to see the changes.  Ideal scenario: You send a proof using a test profile for personalization reasons. The proof includes the active mirror page link. The recipient of the proof points out an issue. You fix the issue and just have them refresh the mirror page in their browser to see the updated changes. 

Hi Community,I’m working on a use case in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and would appreciate any help or guidance from anyone who has dealt with something similar.In this scenario, each customer profile includes an array of objects (for example: multiple accounts, policies, or loans). The business need is to identify qualifying items in that array based on eligibility criteria (such as status = active) and then send separate transactional emails - one email per qualifying item.To give an example:A single customer profile contains three accounts.Two of those accounts meet the eligibility criteria.The result should be two separate emails, each containing the details of one qualifying account.The challenge I’m facing is how to design this in AJO so that a single profile can trigger multiple emails when multiple items meet the conditions, instead of just one email listing multiple items.I’d appreciate any insights, guidance, or examples of how others have approached this kind of one-t

Hi Community,I’m working on a POC in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) where each profile has an object array containing multiple accounts.My requirement:I need to select and display only one qualifying loan in the message (e.g., the loan where status = true).I’m trying to use helper functions like filter and head for this, but I’m not sure of the correct syntax or best practice.Can someone guide me on:How to select and display only one matching object from the array in AJO content?Can journey conditions also check inside arrays, or is this only possible in message personalization?I’ve seen the documentation on collections and helper functions but still need clarity on how to implement this.Any help or guidance would be really appreciated!Thank you.

Hi, I created a journey that sends both email (2 different email messages) and SMS, placing them in the same flow. If the email fails, does it affect the SMS action? The SMS is set to run in parallel since I prefer not to use conditions in this case.   Thanks in advance

I've created an action in adobe io that exports profiles in an adobe ajo journey, but even though it's not returning errors in my adobe io, ajo is taking a very large fraction of profiles from my action with the http error.This adobe io code receives the data and sends it to S3 (it's arriving correctly)example: out of 2000 profiles 1.3k are giving http errors (not timeouts) and the rest work correctly.  My app doesn't require authentication and is true for web, this is the payload I'm sending from adobe ajo to my export action:{"journeyId": {"toBeMapped": true,"dataType": "string","label": "nome jornada"},"fileName": {"toBeMapped": true,"dataType": "string","label": "Nome do arquivo"},"CHAVE": {"toBeMapped": true,"dataType": "string","label": "Chave"},"MARCA": {"toBeMapped": true,"dataType": "string","label": "Marca"}}

Hi, I’m trying to build a master table of campaigns and journeys (including campaign ID/name and journey ID/name) using the ajo_entity_dataset. However, I’ve run into an issue: there’s a journey whose name we recently updated (the current journey has the "v2" name, while the other two entries show the old names). Unfortunately, I can’t find a reliable way to filter for only the current journey name. The only timestamp field I found is lastModifiedAt, but it shows the same timestamp for all three records, so it doesn’t help me isolate the latest version.Is there another field available that would let me keep only the current journey with its updated name?Thanks for your help!

Hi Masters, We've configured push notifications in an Android app. We can send notifications using both the Assurance push test and the AJO Campaign. My question is related to the denylisted field in the (xdm:) pushNotificationDetails. As per [1], "The token can be denylisted for various reasons, like the user has uninstalled the app or the user has disabled push messaging for the app."However, we have conducted multiple tests by disabling app notifications from the Android settings, but the denylisted field in the AEP profile (pushNotificationDetails.0.denylisted) for the user is always set to false. My question is: when is the denylisted field updated? Does the app need to call any API method to update this field? Furthermore, in [2], it is stated that denylisted "Indicates whether the push token is blocked by the push provider," which seems like a different definition compared to [1].So, is it best practice to use the denylisted field to check if a profile (user) has

we have a requirement to send real time AJO events into AWS Kinesis . We are able to achieve this using AWS API gate way endpoint url . But for some reason we have a restriction to use AWS gateway endpoint URL. We need some other solution to achieve this using custom action.
