Suppose that I created streaming segmentation. Does this mean:a) all profiles which already fulfill conditions will be included in audienceb) based only on incoming events from the moment when the segment was set up the audience of the segment will be populatedWhich one?

Hi, I am trying to set up some data forwarding, just for my own education purposes and the instructions I am using are a bit old and some things have changed:  Set up a datastream for event forwarding | Adobe Data Collection. I just want to confirm that my understanding is correct. If I wanted to setup event forwarding for development, staging and production I would need to have 3 separate data streams, correct? Thanks

Is it possible to set a condition to evaluate an audience at a certain future date? Is there a way to check if the current date matches a hardcoded date or the date when the audience is supposed to be evaluated in the segment? Profile data won't include future date information, which means no attribute from the profile can be used for the date condition.   The use case is, incrementally loading profile data every day. We need to pre-build the audience in advance, but the evaluation should occur in the future. This ensures that the audience evaluates profiles based on the latest data only instead of evaluating from the day the audience was built.

I've tried sending a sample payload via API, and I keep getting this error in the dataset UI: The transformed message is empty. Please check the mapping set... I want to update the profile parameter's like firstname and lastname when user submit the form. I have a use-case connected with counting page-views. That data element should live as long as a particular visitor. I was trying to set this up as Data Element in UI but then I thought that it might be user setting this up as a rule.  Why that custom code in rule does not work? Hi all, I am using Adobe tags and analytics to collect data from my website. How does adobe secures the embede code from being misused by others? What kind of authentication is used when the website sends data to tags or analytics. For instance, if someone would get their hands on the tags embeded code and would send events to Adobe on behalf of us? How does adobe prevent that?

Hi there, I have a streaming segment that was built a few days ago and had 0 population this morning after the global segment evaluation.  I uploaded a batch file that would contain around 30 customers who would fit the segment criteria. At the same time, I had an AJO journey with Audience Qualification reading off this segment.  I ran a manual segment job request, which returned me the 30 counts in the response. That's fine, still expected behaviour so far. However, the AJO journey was triggered with the 30 profiles going through, and I was really surprised. I didn't expect:1) Running the segment job request would realize profiles into the segment in too2) The Segment Job request would also trigger the AJO journey.  Is this expected behaviour, and does this mean we can also export the latest segment after segment job request is completed to destinations like sftp, Adobe Target etc.? Also is there a way to "exit" the 30 profiles from the segment?

Hi, Would like to seek advice on marketing channels using derived field in CJA. The marketing channel derived field is done with the function template, however, most events are grouped under "Direct" in workspace report which was not expected. I've changed the Persistence as "First Known" as it looks good. My question is whether this is the appropriate way? or is there other considerations or practices on setting up marketing channels with derived field? Thanks,John 

Hi everyone, I have a question related to Web SDK data collection implementation without Analytics.When you do a regular Adobe Analytics implementation, you would start by creating an SDR document that defines what data you want to collect and even a map of the different rules in Adobe Launch/Data Collection Tags that need to be configured.QUESTION:Now, if we don't have Adobe Analytics, but instead we want to send data collected on a website to AEP using the Web SDK to be stored directly in a dataset (that would later by used by RT-CDP, for example), what level of design should be expect to have or is recommended to have? Would you recommend to still have a SDR for this solution and if so, what should this document contain? Are there any reference samples one can take a look at?Any guidance would be really appreciated!

Hello all,  I am trying to create an audience from a flow report in CJA. The flow report has certain exits from the path, we want to further analyze the dropped individuals and create an audience for the same.  I do not see an option in the UI by right click on the exits path.  Please let us now if there is any option in UI that can be leveraged for this use case.  Thanks,Nikunj

This integration will enable marketers to access Snowflake data from AEP on an ad-hoc basis without needing to copy all the data.There was also an announcement regarding the development of Federated Audience Composition, but I haven't been able to find any documentation on it.Does anyone have any information or insights about this development?

Hello Team Actually there is requirement like user has to fill the form regarding the loyalty program When they have submitted additionally the points has to be stored in respective schema attribute.and There is a 2 pages in web app 1 st page is to record the users interest on loyalty program 2nd page is simply thankyou page.and we do have preload activity and storage activity to store and update FYI :Here is the script used in javascript activity to store additionally 50 points in schema attribute placed this after a page activityBut getting this error also ponits values not storedand this is the flow of web app 

Hello Team,   We have our Input files in Parquet format but they're not XDM compatible. As per the Adobe documentation & Community posts, we observed that AEP will only allow Parquet file if it is in XDM compatible format.   So when we're trying multiple options, we identified that using mapping sets we can do source to destination schema (XDM) mapping using Mapping Sets end point API. We tested on a sample Non XDM Parquet file using mapping sets API & file ingested successfully. We would like to proceed further with this approach as it reduces lot of efforts to convert existing Parquet files from Non XDM compatible to XDM compatible.   Based on this, can you please provide response for below Can we go ahead with mapping Sets API for loading Non XDM compatible Parquet file to XDM Schema? If yes, any specific Parquet formats only allowed with this approach or this applicable for all Parquet files (Nested or Simple) If no, any specific reason for us to not proce
