HTTP streaming API error: The identity is not present.

I am uploading data to http streaming api. Payload look like this:

 

The bottom part is not important. I got the error in Monitoring: The identity is not present.The identity is not present.

On the screen you see that there is and ECID (its set up as a primary) and email. How to debug this?

Hi @michael_soprano  - Can you check your schema definition, what did you set as primary in your schema? Is identitymap set as primary identity in your schema or is it a certain field?
