Adobe Experience Platform

Hi,I have a segment where qualified audience changes everyday after evaluation as expected but when I try to see the estimated profiles to validate the result, the count remains same as what it was when I first created the segment. Because of this I am not able to validate the segmentation.The qualified profile count this morning was 77 profiles ut when I refreshed the estimated profile count, I got 110 profiles, which is the same count as what I got when I created the segment. It out puts same profile everytime I try to take a look at sample profiles. I am not able to validate if my segment definition is correct or not. Please help! TIA

I'm in the process of writing a script that will allow the user/dev to update launch using the reactor(launch) api without having to make use of the GUI. I'm at the point where I'm setting up the functionality to add resources to a library and I'm getting an error that says, "Rule /Data Element {resource} is invalid because it needs to be revised." I've attached a screenshot. I don't understand what this means. I'm assuming it might have something to do with needing to add a specific resource revision, but that's not listed in the Reactor API documentation. I am a regular user of "Adobe Assurance" tool for Mobile App testing.Recent Adobe Assurance tool showing up 2 Adobe Analytics tabs "Analytics Events" and "Analytics Events (deprecated)". In Analytics Events (deprecated) tab, contextData showing up as expected. screenshot of "Analytics Events (deprecated)" tab : In "Analytics events" tab, when I am pulling contextData to view in the list, its not showing up any value. screenshot of "Analytics Events" tab : If "deprecated" tab going to get disappeared soon then this issue needs to be fixed on the other "Analytics events" tab.Is anyone else facing the same ?   

Hi Team,I work for a client that has a dataLayer implementation on its website since it normally uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to perform its measurements. However, said client also has an Adobe account and is interested in having data in this tool.To avoid making two labeling implementations, we intend to use the same information from the dataLayer to capture it in Adobe. I see that by default the CORE extension is capturing the dataLayer events, and I have not had a problem with the click events, but I have a problem with the page_view event which is inserted into the dataLayer every time the page loads, as I see which CORE does not always recognize.I have done some tests. I see that when I reload the website several times, sometimes the CORE extension does recognize that page_view event but it is quite unpredictable and I don't know exactly why it captures it at times and at other times it doesn't. Assuming that every 7 day I would upload the record parameters data to CDP to be up to date to profile store: 1. The data is already there for user1 in CRM dataset. However some parameters are different. What I need to do in order for more up to date data to be more important? How to drop the same parameter but with older data? How you manage such a use-cases?

Hello, Currently, I'm using the Marketo Engage(V2) Connector to export an audience to Marketo, but the audience only has 5 people, while Marketo received a list with 17 people.Aside from that, the data flow shows 6 profiles received and 20 identities activated, which doesn’t seem to help much in understanding the discrepancy between the numbers on both sides.Has anyone encountered a similar situation, and how do you interpret the reason for the discrepancy between the audience numbers on both sides?Thank you.Sarah

Hi, I am having profile count mismatch with the backoffice commerce data that is sent to AEP. When I check in commerce, there are 100k unique buyers who made a purchase, but when I do segmentation in AEP, I get only 60k profiles. I did various tests to see if we are receiving backoffice events data into AEP or not, and I saw the events data is coming in into profile as soon as an order is placed into magento, and I couldn't find a single profile getting dropped from events randomly.A strange thing I saw in the backoffice dataset is that it is receiving 1k records but only ingesting 600-700 records, but none of the records are failing. Could this be a problem on why profile counts are low in segmentation? TIA

I consider the workflow like this:1. Data is ingested to the platform2. With the Query Service I connect to JupyterLab3. In JupyterLab I perform the fuzzy match analysis. 4. Using the JupyterLab I write data back to the platform and enable this for profile  What do you think of such a scenario?

We got a prospect which asks us about the JupyterLab feature in AEP. In the document I noticed that it's no longer available for purchase. Do you know what replaced that? We're looking for a more stable identifier, like the unique Profile ID used by Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), to sync lead records into Salesforce.Context for Not Logged In UsersData Collection: Users enter their information (name, email, phone number) through various channels such as our web forms (with WebSDK), our social media campaigns, our email marketing, our chat, etc.Bulk Load: We also import leads/users in bulk (e.g., during M&A), and expect AEP's identity resolution to be applied here as well.User Behavior: These users typically aren’t logged in and are just expressing interest in our products, acting as leads.AEP as a CollectorPurpose: AEP should collect user information (cookies, email, name, fingerprints, and other available methods) to as accurately as possible

I have a tag that is triggered when dom is ready. I have an issue where I have an iframe, and so this tag is firing in the iframe and the surrounding page. I only want it to fire on the surrounding page and not in the iframe. How can I exclude the iframe URL in a rule? 

Hi, I'm currently working on a migration from Tags to Event Forwarding. I'm using Data Object instead of XDM as the client has an existing data layer and huge website and would like to avoid doing mapping in the report suite and Journey Analytics is in their future. In my WebSDK Extension I'm using the On Before Send Event Callback Code to set my "global" variables, just how we would with doPlugins in the old AA extension. I have a page load rule that fires a "Web Webpagedetails Page Views". I have noticed that content.data is not defined in my CallBack Code if in my page load rule I do not add the action Update Variables and set at least one evar, prop, etc.This seems like an unneeded extra step for a rule as some rules do not need to send extra evars etc, they just need to pass the "global" ones. Has anyone found a work around for this, other than adding Update Variables to each rule? Thanks!

I have a filed of object type called  renewable Program in the schema.When i try to load data through CSV file into schema,it throws this error at mapping stage.It throws similar error for other fields of similar object type. Error:The attribute renewable Program[] does not exist in input schema. Please update the source schema path and try again. 

I have some questions about how the Privacy Service and Real-Time CDP work together. Policy enforcement: What is the out-of-the-box policy enforcement within AEP? How can they create custom policy enforcements, especially for customer governance labels?How does the Privacy Service use data governance labels? When removing a customer, does the Privacy Service remove sensitive data?After using the Privacy Service to remove records for a user based on email, the data within RTCDP that was imported from Eloqua still has the email address within it? Why is this not removed by the Privacy Service? If this data is removed from Eloqua, will the deletion be synced with RTCDP? What if a record is removed from Eloqua? Will the data from Eloqua be removed from RTCDP? How do they remove all email addresses when deleting data using email as the user ID?How are labeling and Privacy Service related? Hi,  We have a dataset created in AEP from a schema. We called it 'Test' as an example and after a few days we changed the name of the dataset to 'Test2'. After this change was made the Table Name of the dataset still remains as 'Test' even though the name of the dataset updates to 'Test2'.  Is there a way to change the table name in datasets or does this remain constant after creation? Thanks

Hi - I'm hoping to gather details around scenarios where an audience with a Batch evaluation apparently streams audience data into a Streaming destination. More specifically, even though the Batch evaluation for the audience itself occurs every 24 hours, the dataflows for the streaming destination (e.g. Facebook Custom Audiences) still continues to process records on an hourly basis. Wondering if anyone can provide more information around how this is possible? Thanks in advance.
