Hello All,               We are  exporting the the metadata ( like Journey's, SQL, Email Templates, etc)  from Salesforce Marketing cloud in the form of json file which we get from the package manager.    We would like know if Adobe has the capability to import/consume this json file and create corresponding metadata into its original definition in Adobe and we would like to know the detailed steps and how much time adobe will take to consume the json file.   Please let us know at the earliest.   Also, can you please let us know how to contact the Adobe tech support for such queries ? @sanket_srivastava105      Thanks & Regards Vikram Singh

Hello,   We are trying to create XDM Schema Design for the following data:   Table A: Contact_details Column Datatype person_id String first name String last name String   Table B: Account_details Column Datatype account_id String person_id String account_person_asc String account_type String   Relation between both the tables:   One person from Table A can have multiple accounts in Table B. It is basically a one-to-many mapping between these 2 tables.    We are trying to create a complete profile of a person with all the details corresponding to their accounts. We tried creating both the tables as Profile class as below:   Table A: Profile Class       Identities: PersonID --> person_id Table B: Profile Class       Identities:               AccountID --> account_id              PersonID --> person_id  

Batch Ingestion, by definition, means uploading the file (or set of files) to AEP in one single workflow or perhaps a one-time load. What are my options if we have a new file daily in the SFTP location? I did not find any setting in the SFTP connector to scan the location or path daily (or any user-defined time period) for upload. 

I have a use case where profile and event data are present in AWS Redshift database.  I created required schema using XDM profile, enabled the schema for profile and created dataset using schema , also enabled dataset for profile. Same steps i did for the event data i.e. Created required schema using XDM experience event, enabled the schema for profile and created dataset using schema , also enabled dataset for profile.   After batch ingesting the data using the existing AWS Redshift connector i see all the data in profile correctly however the event data related to the profile is missing. Both profile schema and event schema has the same primary identity linked to the same namespace.   I checked monitoring and I see success.  However one strange thing i noticed while ingesting event data (I see negative count of records ingested as attached below)     Any thoughts on why I am missing event data on profile ?

Hello guys,   I just ingested 5000 records where every record containes  1 primary identity into Data Lake and Profile. When I try to click on one of the identity namespace in the identity tab I noticed taht I have 4000 records under Records skipped. Any idea about the possible reason?Shall I execute some check?   Thanks

I am using the common analytics plugin to initialise getPageLoadTime & also setting some other cookies for prevPageName etc. It works on dev & stage but on prod gives below warnings   Cookie “TEST_AMCV_COOKIE_WRITE” has been rejected for invalid domain - all environments Cookie “s_plt” has been rejected for invalid domain. Cookie “s_pltp” has been rejected for invalid domain. Cookie “prevPageName” has been rejected for invalid domain.  Cookie “prevPageURL” has been rejected for invalid domain. Cookie “s_plt” has been rejected for invalid domain.  Cookie “s_pltp” has been rejected for invalid domain   Not sure whats causing this but the eVars for page load time, prev page name/url  which works on dev & stage doesn't work on prod now. Would really appreciate some help in understanding this issue & resolving it.

Hi there,   I came across this really useful query: select * from profile_snapshot_export_XXXXX where segmentmembership['ups']['195329af-1df-49f0-993a-4d3495132e6'].status IN ('realized', 'existing','exited') from this community post: Post    When I run the query, it satisfies my basic needs of knowing who is in the segment. Though I do have couple questions: What is "UPS" as mentioned in the query? Here is a sample response from running the query, I am not SQL expert, is it possible to:  Figure out what the fields are for the NULLs under the IdentityMap & SegmentMembership column, what would the query look like? Is it possible to only extract the UUID portion of the IdentityMap? How do I export this data as a CSV? Thank you!

I am trying to use optional chaining in the custom code part of a rule. It tells me that Optional chaining' is only available in ES11 (use 'esversion: 11').I have looked in the documentation and tried to figure out how to do this but i am stuck. If i could get pointed in the right direction or something to enable optional chaining in the custom code section i would appreciate it.

How to take a snapshot of a profile into datalake of adobe experience platform. Do we have any specific / standard way to do that, kindly let me know.

Before approaching customers , We want to see all their past activities on a mobile app so that we can understand them better. Right now all the details of the customers like their profile, activities, interactions, consent, orders, survey results are maintained in multiple AEP datasets(9-10).   How can we fetch a subset of this data(joining various datasets) on the mobile app on demand basis? (When we click on the customer on my mobile app). Since the data is real time and is changing frequently we want to make a fresh call to AEP to fetch the data. With Data access API , I guess its not possible to join various datasets and get the required data.        

Hi everyone!   I’m not a dev, so not in charge of the datalayer implementation but i’m debugging it. while creating my data elements, following all the instructions in tutorials and referencing to the computed state, I see my evars and events getting sent to AA correctly, however, my evars are populated with the %data element name% when set through the launch rule with even = my event.   What could possibly be the reason? if I inspect the source of the page I see the code of my event push, however it’s value has the name of the %data element% which I used to set the evar, while, if I call the adobeDataLayer in console I see the correct variable.   Thanks in advance!

Hello Everyone We have 5 sandboxes. If I am deleting a profile through Privacy API, that API request will delete the profiles(if the value in all sandboxes) from all the sandboxes? or only from the Specific sandbox?

Hi,   I am using a query for DAM Asset full text search as below   type=dam:Asset path=/content/dam/we-retail fulltext=application fulltext.relPath=jcr:content/renditions/original/jcr:content   This application keyword is part of the documents which I am searching for however, this is also present as mimeType property on "jcr:content/renditions/original/jcr:content" node due to which I am getting much more results from expectations.     Is there a way to ignore this mimeType property while performing the search? Note- I tried the option of excluding the property as below but with that, I don't get any results. "property", "jcr:mimeType" "property.operation", "not"   Any suggestions would be really helpful. Hi there,   I have a segment that was saved with the Batch Evaluation method as when I initially built it, I didn't realize streaming only works with a lookback of 24 hours with multiple events.    Realizing this, I created a new segment with the 24 hours lookback period and I can save it with Streaming method. However, I am wondering if there is a way to modify an existing segment's evaluation method, in this case, the segment I saved as batch, since I don't see a drop down option for me.    Thanks, Alan

Question on mobile app tracking with the SDK: we are currently testing a new app with a limited test audience. During this test period, we were monitoring KPI's by day.As you can see in the screenshot, we have less "launches" than "unique visitors" on some days. Can someone explain why this could be happening?

How to get closest value on click using adobe launch? In this case I want to capture product detail in evar when "add to cart" button is clicked. I used the below code. I can see "add  to cart" button value and not the product detail value. Also pls share some content to read on this concept. Hi, I've a simple query which I'm executing from Query Service UI & API. Query Service UI execution return records successfully where as API query execution fails. I can see status of both the execution in Query Service log.   I'm executing the same query from UI & API. I created an app using app builder and also got it approved. But its not showing in experience home screen app catalogue.
