Adobe Experience Manager

Hello,we are trying to add seo schema to our page, Adobe's documentation suggests to use json-ld to author seo schema, but I am clueless on how to add it as a property to page.json. Whenever I tried to add it as a property to page.json, the content which I author in that page is being rendered as a meta tag with name property which I have defined in page.json. It is not rendering as script tag as it was mentioned in documention. Could anyone help me with this.  Thank You.

Good afternoon!We use (AEM/Guides) Native PDF output and have our draft comments set to display in PDF output with special formatting.They had been working fine until we recently updated to 5.1. Now everything in Guides shows correctly (author, source, preview) but there are no Draft Comments in the output PDF. What could have caused this? Is there a default that reverted possibly?  Any help is appreciated!Thanks,Josh

 Hi Team ,We are trying to enable the “Open in new tab / Same tab” option in the Universal Editor RTE hyperlink dialog for the EDS Franklin text component (core/franklin/components/text/v1/text). We added the following configuration based on Adobe documentation:"rte": { "plugins": { "link": { "features": { "target": true } } }, "actions": { "link": { "hideTarget": false } } }However, the hyperlink dialog still only shows:Text Path or URL Titleand the target selection option is not displayed. Hello,I would like to understand AEM 6.5.0 would continue to run if upgrade the windows server 2019 to 2022 ? What would need to be done before that hosting server upgrade ?

We have a fully functional React SPA - it is standalone and not part of the Adobe architecture.  A portion of the same website does utilize AEM to serve its content.  The business would like to be able to personalize some content utilizing AEM and publish that as content on a React page/route.  What is best practice to going about this?  Some of the content may be dynamic based on some data that the React SPA fetched from an API as well.

When designers are using Asset Link to link to image files in the DAM via InDesign, the DAM is relating it to a duplicate image from a different path when the InDesign file is uploaded to the DAM. We have a current workflow that requires us to create duplicates. I am working on changing that workflow to eliminate the need for the duplicates but we aren't ready yet to do that. So my question is: When files with linked assets are uploaded to the DAM does AEM look for the first asset with that hash to relate it to or does it look for the one originally specified by Asset Link?

Hello, I have a user who has deleted assets in AEM before changing the status from ‘Approved’ to ‘Rejected’. This has resulted in the assets still appearing on Content Hub, with no way to remove them. Is there a way I can remove these assets from Content Hub? Thank you,Lana

How to set up the storefront for Adobe commerce as a cloud service?

I’m having an odd issue when receiving translations back from our provider.  Issue:When translations are accepted back into AEM from our translation provider, I'm seeing a variance in the metadata the assets end up with in the target folder.  It's mainly one field: "cq:TranslationSourcePath" (needed for my purposes) Project 1: Results show the cq:translationSourcePath (along with other metadata) on the target (de_de) assets “jcr:content” node. Project 2: missing translation metadata, Note it’s a different project, same target (de_de) note one of the only fields that gets copied to the target asset.Please Note: I'm not convinced this is a translation provider-related issue, as the data already exists in the "staging" area that AEM creates when initiating translations. We are observing an issue in AEM Guides (Cloud Service) where the translation status does not revert after cancelling a translation job. As per Adobe documentation and earlier fixed issues, when a translation job is cancelled or deleted, the “In Progress” status should revert to the original state. However, in our environment, the status continues to remain “In Progress”. Observed Behavior: When sending a DITA topic/map for translation where the target language copy does not exist: A placeholder (empty) language copy is created. If the translation job is then cancelled: The placeholder file remains in the target language folder. The translation status of the asset still shows “In Progress”. The status does not revert even after some time or refresh. Expected Behavior: On cancellation of the translation job: Translation status should revert from “In Progress” to the original state. Hi Team,Can we deploy AEM Guide in AEM RDE environment Thanks

Hi,I am seeing an issue on trying to load a custom js on Adaptive form (edit/preview mode) on AEM author instance, but the same custom js is loading fine on AEM publisher.Adaptive form in created on AEM 6.5.24 and using foundation component.The custom js is located here: /apps/<project_name>/clientlibs/clientlib-adaptive-forms/custom.jsI want to initiate this custom.js on a button click on adaptive form.So in the rule editor for the button, I see an error, on trying to search for the custom function within custom.js. It shows as undefined variable. The reason is that, the custom.js is not loading on both edit/preview mode.All the files within this /apps/<project_name>/clientlibs is not loading on AEM author, but the it loads fine when the adaptive form in published on aem publisher?Any suggestions please? 

We are building a solution in AEMaaCS to notify 3rd party system whenever a DAM asset is created, updated, or deleted — covering all asset types including images, documents, Content Fragments, and videos.Our approach uses AEM Eventing (Adobe I/O Events) with an Adobe I/O Runtime Action as the processor, which then forwards the event payload to 3rd party log monitoring system.One key question before we finalize the design:Will DAM asset events fire consistently from both the new Assets View console and the Classic Admin View (/assets.html)?
