I could not see an option to create pathbrowser field using javascript with coral UI 3  Documentation for reference: https://developer.adobe.com/experience-manager/reference-materials/6-4/coral-ui/coralui3/components.html Basically I want to create a field using javascript clientlib in AEM dialog where author can select a path of image from dam.

Hello,   In AEM projects, often ui.frontend takes the max time to build. If a customer has multiple code bases, then the total time to build multiple ui.frontend modules is very high. Could you possibly share some best practices that would help bring down the time taken to build a ui.frontend module?

Hello, I am trying to add metadata fields in the properties section of experience fragments on AEMaaCS. I am aware that I would have to create a metadata schema, similar how one would do for content fragments and experience fragments. However I am unable to find a way to add a metadata schema to an experience fragment on the cloud. 

Hi team,  We are preparing to roll out our Workfront to AEM Assets connector to our users soon and before we do so we want to clean up the metadata schema tabs. Is there a way to move fields from one metadata schema tab to another? We don't want to loose data that has been input manually or that was pushed from Workfront. Any recommendations? Best,E

While editing a page (under language masters), sometimes the toolbar for a component won't show all of the icons/options (red box). It seems to happen randomly for various components. I also notice it happens if I start browsing in a different tab/window and then come back to the edit screen. A quick refresh of the page will fix it, but why is it happening and can it be prevented?

Hi All,   We have a business requirement where we need to secure AEM graphql endpoint with OKTA. It will be used for application to application authentication.  We are using AEM 6.5 Serve pack 13. (Not on AEM as a cloud service)   In our case, AEM will be the resource owner, 3rd party application will be client and OKTA will be the authorization server.  Has anyone implement something like this before in AEM?

When I specify "caucasian man in his 50's", it returns images of men with beards over 90% of the time. And yes, this even happens if I add "clean-shaven" or "without facial hair". What do I need to do to get a man without a beard?

Hi, Currently i am trying to migrate assets and its metadata with smart crop images from one aem cloud instance to another aem cloud instance. I can able to fetch the asset and its metadata from the source aem folder. would like to know is there any api we can use to fetch the smart crops also? When i hit the /api/assets/wknd/investors/asset.jpg/renditions.json -> i am getting only the renditions not the smart crops image details. /api/assets/wknd/investors/asset.jpg.json/jcr:content/metadata.json -> giving the metadata properties. I could see thathasLocalCrops: trueAnyone has any idea how to retrieve the smart crop images. I am using Aio app builder in this migration process.   Thanks,Bhavani Bharanidharan  

Description As a developer: I want the carousel component to dynamically pull content from content fragments that are set in the components dialog properties o that the content can be updated in the fragments and automatically displayed in the carousel. Acceptance Criteria:The author sets the list of content fragments in the components dialog then the component fetches content from selected content fragments.Content fragment details (e.g., title, description, images) are displayed correctly within each slide.Changes in content fragments reflect in the carousel component without manual updates. Can anyone provide any example or anything related to this will be really helpful and here what is the exact expections would help me. RegardsVinith M

Hi everyone!I'm trying to get the client request headers logged in AEM CS dispatcher on a development environment for debugging purposes. For this, I've gone through the documentation form Adobe which states that the variable: DISP_LOG_LEVEL needs to be adjusted to "Debug" (it can also be changed to Trace1-8) but Adobe documentation states that max verbosity level is debug and trace is not supported) in global.vars config file of dispatcher module. I tried to use coral icon "lightbulb" icon as rte plugin icon using tbGenerator.registerIcon(pluginname , "lightbulb").  1.why I am able to use other icons but not able to use some icons like lightbulb , fileIdea.?2. how to use custom icon in aem rte plugin ? I have seen many online sites , blogs . but not able to find answer.

Consider a content fragment that refers another content fragment (nested content fragment).I have setup a GraphQL endpoint to fetch this content fragment along with its nested content. This endpoint is consumed by an external react application which retrieves and displays the data.Now, I need to display the same information in an AEM component. Would it be better to call the GraphQL endpoint within the AEM component, or is the traditional way of retrieving content fragments better?Additionally, if I do want to call the GraphQL endpoint from within an AEM component, what's the best way of doing it? Is it recommended to use Sling models for this purpose?

Hi Guys, I would like to get some inputs/suggestions on the below requirements-    -- What are all available User activities reporting capabilities in AEM? -- Is there a way to get a report that displays each user action being done at AEM level at all AEM spaces? -- Is there any way we could report the list of all or selected user activities(create, delete, move etc)? I want to restrict some permissions for a user. For example: the ability to publish a page.I have already removed all groups in the Admin Console in Cloud Manager, but when I log in, I still see many groups in the AEM instance (User/Group).I also set restricted permissions in User/Permissions by denying crx:replicate on /, but the function is not working.Please help and provide some suggestions for this case.Thanks! 

  Hi,  I have some yaml files loaded as dam assets and some of yaml files are directly uploaded under the /content/project/page/jcr:content/root/myComponent/file with the help of cq/gui/components/authoring/dialog/fileupload. When I try to get the content of the files(for example /content/dam/project/file.yaml) I got the response with the header Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="file.yaml" and download window opens.  I tried to change some OSGI configs, tried to write servlet and got no success.  What can I do to get the content of the yaml files?

When searching for files in AEM Desktop App the results that I'm getting are files that have an incorrect title, but do have the file name that I'm looking for but they don't show. The list of results is a list of file titles instead of file names. Is there a way of only seeing the file names and not the file titles in AEM Desktop App?

I have created a filter for asset requests to DAM.
