Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: The "cq-msm-lockable" attribute is used to maintain inheritance when configuring MSM locks on page properties. When the inheritance is cancelled, the property-cq:propertyInheritanceCancelled - is added. However, this does not operate on deep properties.
Use-case: Data about an event such as local time-zone, address of the event, etc is stored in jcr:content/metadata. We need to cancel inheritance of the page to update localized data. field level inheritance cannot be operated on deep properties.
Current/Experienced Behavior: Cancel inheritance functionality does not work for deep properties.
Improved/Expected Behavior: Leverage the cancel inheritance functionality for deep properties.
Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEM Version 6.5.10
Customer-name/Organization name: Rockwell Automation
