Hi all, I made templates using AEM email core components; previously, the AEM campaign was able to trigger the email for that templates until March 28th; however, it stopped working after that, and now when we are trying to trigger email through Adobe Campaign for that, it throws an error [internal server error (500)]. Thanks

What's the best way to stop and resume the Deliveries of each kind, whenever I want?For example:I want to stop all the Email deliveries of all workflows, but keep with the SMS deliveries.

Hi Everyone,We are working on a back up strategy and looking for some assistance on how to save the resulting package into local directory (personal directory not on server disk) in an Adobe managed instance. However, I could not find any way to download it into my laptop's C drive. However, from the UI, package export window, we can browse our loca directory and download it locally.So have anyone tried on this? Your input is much appreciated!

For the past several months my users have been having log in issue using chrome.  Bottom line it has to do with cookies Adobe is using.  I have logged an issue with support, but there response is "it's a chrome issue, use incognito".  Unfortunately that looses all personalization to ACS screens which yes reverts to tile mode, etc.  My users are having to remove all cookies from chrome which last for a short period of time and then the problem returns.  They are getting very frustrated.  Does anyone have a work around? We are able to log into the experience cloud, but when we select an ACS instance we get the message below. Error MessageBAD RequestYour browser sent a request that this server could not understand. John

Hi, When I tried to stop it from the Deliveries list view, only the wave planned for the current day was cancelled. The next day, next wave has been executed. What's the way to have it fully cancelled?  Thanks.

Hi Team,  We are trying to implement platform level rules, such as if the recipient has redeemed an offer based on the eligibility rule set, the customer should not be able to see the offer back again. So, we want to achieve this by implementing the offer typology rules, so we are trying to build the logic in the rule. But not able to understand the full definition of each specifics of the rules. Like  Unsure of how to combine the above the all and make the rule work. We checked in the documentation provided by Adobe but the doc is not descriptive enough.  Kindly let me know for any help on this.@adhiyan @brownc @jyoti_yadav

I've built a web page to retrieve offers from ACC. I can get a 200 response but no change is happening to my HTML. In the network response its coming back with what I think is an ACC JS function to run but it doesn't seem to be updating my page. Any thoughts?   

Hey,I am looking forward to mass upload images form my local disk into adobe classic campaign server to add them to fileRessources .I am testing to do via a js code , the issue is the JS is running on the server hence cannot browse my local disk.I thought of using a file transfer activity to upload the images from my local disk to adobe classic ,I got blocked by this error saying that no file found to transfer, here how did I set the activity , fot the url I used sftp:/clientName/incoming/.I got this error on the log.I have a fully hosted instance, and I am using the native sftp.I am not sure this is the right way we use to upload files from local disk using the fileTransfer Activity.I saw these solutions but I am not able to use any since the first step which is uploading from local disk to adobe classic server is still blocking me.  https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-classic-questions/i-want-to-upload-images-to-public-resources-every-morning-is-

Hi Team,does anyone know how to convert date format (from YYYY-DD-MM to MM/DD/YYYY) in AC custom Personalization blocks in AEM Template?   We pull the AC email delivery content from AEM and use it in campaign. Issue is when i include the AC Personalization block in AEM Template. I want that PB dynamically populate the value in this format MM/DD/YYYY to recipient email. AC side it stores in YYYY-DD-MM postgres default date format.I don't want to convert the date in AC using date format method. I want to convert it from AEM template. Reason is if i make the conversation at PB level at AC side, it will fix the date format issue. but i can't use that PB for different countries date format.is there any way it handles it AEM side through some method which can force it to delivered in MM/DD/YYYY ?PB : <%= targetData.purchase_date %>  any idea community expert: @akshaaga @marcel_szimonisz&

Hi All,   I have a complicated workflow, which starts with an external signal. The Workflow has multiple end points and Jumps.   We need to determine, if any activity is running when the External Signal receives a call, if already aby activity within the workflow is already running, then we need to wait, till all the activities and completed and process the record.   Using isRunning, as there are multiple end points, multiple combinations to reset the variable exist, which is throwing of the purpose of that. Is there any other way to determine the running of tasks for this purpose   Regards, DG        

Hi ACS CommunityWe currently have a campaign that uses a recurring delivery and is aggregated daily. As a result, the child delivery's label starts with a date.For example - [2023/02/06] Recuring Send with PersonalizationWe also have an export workflow that sends this data to our SAS tables. I selected both Label (deliverylabel) and Label (Label) under heterogenenous resource(parent) and the date appears under both. I'm wondering is there a function that i can use to exclude everything but the label "Recuring Send with Personalization"?Hope I've made sense.Cheers,Mo
