Hello Guys, I was wondering why the Adobe campaign classic documentation advice to use a split component with specific code to perform an A/B testing (Configure A/B testing | Adobe Campaign) and not the A/B testing component in itself ?  

Hi, we are working on an activity that allows us to insert a link within our messages that carries a pre-filled set of information.After creating a table with the fields we needed, we added a link to this table in the profile table by opting for the "0 or 1 cardinality simple link" link type, as indicated on the Adobe documentation, and we were able to display and select the fields within our message.Subsequently, however, we decided it would be more correct to opt for the "N cardinality collection link" type, but we encountered a problem: within our message, we can no longer see the table created and therefore not even all of its fields.What would the consequences be if we decided to go back to the first link type, i.e. "0 or 1 cardinality simple link"? And also why we can no longer see the table in the message by changing the link type?

Hi,We are trying to preload a webapp using a custom schema.If we copy the URL along with query params and hit it directly in browser, it loads the data properly.But when we trigger the same via campaign (Email/SMS), the URL params are getting encoded.Note: It has something to do with URL trackingWhen we excluded the URL from tracking in email, it loaded the URL properly. Is there a way to load URL decoded without excluding it from tracking? Coded url path in delivery - /webApp/samplewebapp?id=<%= cryptString(targetData.lid) %> Expected url path - webApp/samplewebapp?id=@XKNvG9IU25DlmroyzVivrg== Actual url path - webApp/samplewebapp?id=%40XKNvG9IU25DlmroyzVivrg%3D%3D   Please help me with this. Thanks,Krishna

Hello, I would like to add some IP adresses to override proxy configuration. I already have few DNSs and all works well,  my proxy config looks like this : <proxyConfig enabled="1" override="localhost*,*test.com*,*sample.com*" useSingleProxy="0">But adding an IP adress to the list doenst seem to work.<proxyConfig enabled="1" override="localhost*,*test.com*,*sample.com*,*10.119.20.14*" useSingleProxy="0">Thanks for your help.

Hi Community! I am working on an unsubscribe web application for unsubscribing from communication. It has three end states: 1. Successful unsubscription2. You cancelled the process because you changed your mind3. An error pageI am wondering whether it is possible to use tracking tags on web applications to track conversions for multiple paths? I have not figured out how to accomplish this, and the documentation on the topic is pretty sparse on this concrete issue. An additional question is: I only have the option to choose goal "conversion" for the static tracking tag I am inserting on the different sites. Any idea how I can expand this / change this? I hope someone has inputs to this issue 🙂 Thanks a bunch!

Hi, I have been having a little bit of difficulty in order to get dynamic data in the loop. Let me explain.The idea is to print images using <tr><td>. Example: if there are 4 (even) images, then first two will be in a row and the remaining two will be in the second row.If there are 5 (odd) images, then first two will be in a row, the next two will be in the second row, and the 5th image will be place at the center on the third row. I check for images based on the store-stock data.So, for image1, there will be a checker. Lets call it chk1. If there is stock for image1, then chk1=1. Similarly for image2, if there is stock, then chk2=1.  I have got 6 images in total. Therefore, I have 6 checkers too. I add all the checkers and add it to a variable called as DispItemCount. The logic behind this is that, if DispItemCount=6, that means all the images are there. If DispItemCount=5, then only 5 images are there but we do not know which one is not there. In order

Hi, We have PDF related pages/links in the email delivery. Recipients are not able to open the page in the browser rather downloading to their local. It is all because of enabling the links tracking. If we disabled the tracking then pdf links are opening in the browser.  Is there any solution to open the links in the browser with tracking enabled?

I want to remove a column if it is empty and pass the remaining fields to next activity. Hi everyone -  I'm working on an email proof with the emoji "🛠️" and when I plug in the UTF8 code, it's not showing up as the emoji in the subject line. Hi everyone, We receive an email notification whenever a workflow gets failed in AC classic. We are importing data using feed. Sometimes, it gets failed. Hi, I recently started working on an Adobe Campaign Classic V7 instance that was already setup. I encountered some unexpected behaviour doing some testing where I configured a simple email with multiple links that are being tracked by ACC. One of the links points to google.com, this one in particular works fine. The other links point to one of our brands website (brandA.com). The problem is that when the email is sent and the links are being tracked, the brandA.com links do not redirect to the brandA website at all but rather a brandB website homepage. I checked the click formula, typologies, analytics account and so on to check if some transformation was being done there but no luck. I also wanted to access the tracking server to check the tracking XML file but unfortunately the instance is hosted by Adobe and I can't do it myself. Has anyone encountered something similar? Hello, Can we pass multiple values from a variable in JavaScript activity into filter criteria of subsequent query activity.Tried using "is Included in" but all the values from Variable are being read as single value inside the filter criteria of query activity.How can we have read all them separately, any suggestions appreciated !  

I'm setting up alerts for a series of recurring deliveries that is meant to inform the operators of how many delivery records were generated / deliveries were sent. If I pull a count of records in the scripts of the delivery node itself, I find that recipient records excluded by the sending typology are included in the count. Is there a way to pull a count of outgoing records (so these excluded records are not included) within the delivery script?
