Image is not getting renderred in the "Rich Media Content URL" Section for IOS and android section for the PUSH EVENT if the image URL is not ending with Image Filetype such as " .jpeg" or ".PNG" For eg :- For the below two url we are able to see the image when we open them in browser but since 1st url is not ending with an Image Filetype it is not getting renderred when we place this url in "Rich Media Content URL" Section for IOS and android where as the second url is getting renderred since the url is ending with .jpeg 1) https://images.albertsons-media.com/is/image/ABS/L2_1_11_albertsons?$ecom-aisles-tile-png-alpha$&defaultImage=L2_1_11 2) https://i5.walmartimages.com/asr/5161eb9d-7bf4-4b9f-9576-0202dc7215b4_1.174d5ffb0852991ae771e48950ed499e.jpeg

Hi All, We have a use case where we need to add 'Print' and 'Submit' buttons to an HTML5 form. We are calling a servlet and adding that servlet from the XDP file properties. This servlet will call two different methods based on the click event. For example, if a user clicks on 'Print,' it will call the same servlet with Print method and a separate method for submission.First of all, could you please let me know if we can add two HTTP Submit Buttons to a single XDP form? If yes, then how can we call the same servlet? Can we call it through an AJAX call?Alternatively, you can also guide me on how to achieve this use case with better approach.Best regardsNilesh

I am looking to carry data in a variable from one web app to another web app in Campaign classic v7. I am getting a language choice selected by the user and I am calling a second web app URL in the end activity of first web app. I have to access that variable in the second app to make a workflow.I am actually setting the value once user selects into the recipient.@language using the document.controller.setValue but the recipient will not be persisted until the flow goes into second app. So how can I set the value into variable from the recipient.@language in the first web app and how can I send/access it in the second web app using either recipient.@language or the variable.Any pointers for the syntax or how can I use it?I have tried using document.controller.getValue to read the recipient, but didnt work.

Hi Team,I would like to retrieve values for the variable name ([variables/var/@name]) and variable expression ([variables/var/expr]) fields stored in the nms:delivery schema using a queryDef. I have tried the following code. Hi Experts, We are facing an issue while previewing the Delivery Template - Email Personalization across the organization. It is not behaving in the same way for non Admins - some were able to view and some are not. What could be the scenario here. Without the personalisation, preview template looks good. Please let me know your thoughts. BR, HK

Hello, We would like to add typology rules to ensure a customer from a specific country does not receive a delivery created for another country. With that in mind, I'd like to compare recipient's isoA3 with delivery's isoA3 in a typology rule. For what I understand, "control" type typologies can not check recipient fields, and "filter" type typologies can not check delivery fields. Is there a way to do what I need ? Thank you.Nicolas

XYZ, "Maths|Geography", "90|100" how can i store in temporary variables and use them for personalization ? Adobe campaign standard doesn't have split function which we can use for splitting string and store them in temporary variable.We do have substring but with substring i am not able store them dynamically how to achieve this kind of customization in ACS ?

Hi, when we use this option, we get errors in the delivery, why?What can cause this? *Deactivating this option make the delivery to be sent normaly.

Hi,1. We have updated nms:Delivery, nms:External Account input forms & schema to create a Custom WhatsApp delivery Content (Like SMS, IOS, Android Content).2. Hi All, I'm trying to send a CSV report attachment via delivery. It works fine for some days, and some days the report is getting triggered as a blank CSV file, even though my workflow has count. If I trigger it again, I'm getting a proper report. Why is this happening? Any solution to this issue would be appreciated. Is it possible to have a fragment url derive the utm_campaign value from the template's delivery code?  I know ACS by default adds deliveryName utm tag to the url, I have a fragment that I am using across multiple templates and wish to customize the utm_campaign value.

Hi, how do I remove duplicated rows from Recipient, where the key to identify the duplicated rows is the column "national_id" and we'd like to remove the rows where first_name and last_name are empty.I think the deduplication activity only works on temporary results, and wouldn't remove the duplicated rows from Recipients, right?Edit 1: I tried to use a deduplication and then a delete activity, but , of course, the delete activity deleted both records with the same national_id, regardless if they had first and last name data.  

Hi, I've duplicated records in recipients table.The deduplication field would be: national_id, that is the one repeated. What is the difference of “All shared columns” and “A selection of columns”?I read the document and understood that “All shared columns” can be used if the inbound population targeting dimensions are different.However, once I implemented, it didn’t work.Union5: Gather attendance data from data schema A.Union2: Gather attendance data from data schema B.Union3: Put together data schema A and B. Use “All shared columns”.The inbound transition after Union3, the result is 4. However, to check display the target, the result is only 2. I noticed that the activity which I chose in primary set in Union3’s data remained and the other missed.I would like to keep these 4 data. Is there any other way to solve this issue? Thank you.
