Adobe Campaign

We need to implement automated email communications to customers, notifying them of branch closures due to holidays. We have a list of 11 holidays that are not stored in ACC. The email template will also consist of dynamic info: Holiday name and respective closure date.Can a script be set up for the scheduler to send emails on those dates only?Can we create a separate table in ACC to store that info(holiday dates, etc.)?Or can you advise on any other better approach?

Hi, I am looking for a way to include sent push notification deliveries in the Recipient view. To be more precise, I want to put them along with email and SMS deliveries in Recipient input form, in the Deliveries 'tab':I have checked the Recipient input folder, but couldn't find element that excludes push deliveries from this view. How does it can be achieve? Thanks,Dominik

Does anyone know if disabling the "Open tracking" on a delivery template will remove all code/pixels or whatever is related to the open tracking in the template? Or is the open tracking still happening in the background, and then it is just not possible to retrieve data when running the standard tracking workflow?(I am aware that the open tracking is useless after Apple and Google changes years back)  

Hi everyone,  Under response tab, surveys are getting stored as dummy@dummy1.com insted of actual email address. My form does not consists any email address field. I am passing id=<%=escapeUrl(recipient.cryptedId) %> in my survey URL, is there a way to get the recipient address from the above parameter. Please suggest.  I am using Response from the recipient form as my storage library and I have created custom schema for my survey form. Thank you in advance.

Hi there,  I have added targeting mapping as recipient table for my delivery. However, I want to personalize the delivery other than recipient table attributes.  For ex: I want to include a VIP number to the email delivery where the VIP column is not present in the recipient table. When i tried adding targetdata it says undefined. Please suggest.  

Hi,consider i have created a web application and a schema for it.Web page have name, age and email and a submit button. when he fills the form and submit it, data is getting added in schema successfully.But in schema i want an additional column like "registered time". In that, schema automatically wants to take the date and time of the data entered into data schema.is that possible? Hi Team, For one of our recent bulk email campaign, we are able to see SENT status for our own ORG based outlook emails IDs but not received to our INBOX(able to receive the same campaign email to our Gmail IDs). After sometime, we have executed the same delivery again to our ORG email IDs and we have received the same email to our INBOX. No issue if we executed the same for 2 -3 times.Emails were not delivered to JUNK box too during the first time. We don't see any issue in the  deliverable management as well.What could be the issue for not receiving when we executed during first time in bulk even the status shows as sent?

HiI am trying to sync the data that is on inSMS schema on Message Center ( Execution instance) to Marketing Instance. I am trying to update the Technical Sync Workflow to add a SOAP Task to do that but seems to not working well. Is this the correct approach or anyone has done this differently? we need to inSMS data ( the Reply from the sms) for sending some follow up text to the users. Any guidance or assistance would be appreciated. thanks

I've recently started a new role, working on the platform layer of our Adobe Campaign Classic V7 platform. One of the challenges we face as users of Campaign Classic is a lack of automation and governance around platform changes to Adobe Campaign. For example, schema changes, technical workflows, enumerations, and navigation hierarchies. Making, testing and deploying changes to these objects is all very "manual", with packages and manual deployment steps leaving us exposed to risk from human error, concurrent user changes, overwriting stuff, and moving object definitions through staging to our live service. I've already asked, and there are no plans to introduce version control or DevOps features into V8, so I was wondering if anyone has come up with their own solutions to automation and release governance. I've been writing a Python library, wrapping up the session, queryDef, event, and specFile interfaces. Hello Everyone, @satheeskannak (It will be great if you can help on same as had a expertise on same), Can someone please help in knowing the correct way of adding element in the Target Mapping of custom table. My custom table is Linked to Profile table by 1:1 cardinality and both Profile Table and Custom Table(Test) have same broadlog table. I have added new field in profile table and broadlog table.  I need to add new field in Target mapping of my custom Table(test). What is correct way to add the same? I have added by below method but not sure if same is correct as you can see in below image that older one is done in different way so little confused? I am not able to add as per older implementation and little confused if my new one is correct. Sharing the same in word doc as can't paste screenshot of actual instance.   

 We have recently upgraded to v7 build 9359. Post upgrade, we could not see the content in the workflow tab under 'Targeting and workflows' in campaign templates. Is the same with you in v7? Please suggest on how to retrieve the content under the 'workflow' tab as highlighted in the image. BR, HK

Can you use | [pipe] in a data field when uploading data to data schema?  We have a field with data that looks like this LOAN|cm|tacm|org|dsp|per|sal|chk|pwpc|centro|native_mmmchecking|bnr|ppc|prdacq|2022ppc|2203 .  The data is defined as a string and loads into data schema - but when we try to query the data schema it errors out when we add that field to the query. I have sent an email in waves, and instead of sending 10% every 10 minutes its sending 10 emails every 10 minutes... this is a problem as their is over 25k emails to send. Is there a way to force delivery all deliveries? Or do I have to cancel the delivery and send to those not delivered? Thanks

Hi All, within a delivery template folder when I am clicking on New button, it creates a Direct Mail delivery template by default instead of an email delivery template. Earlier it was creating email delivery template only. Please guide me on how to change the default behaviour so that the New button creates email delivery template only.
