Hello,

We do have workflows paused in production with this kind of error:

also when you check delivery status there's another error as shown below in the picture:

Could be a communication issue from the message center or we forgot to configure something important in our campaigns.

This is what I found:

ERROR: "Sqlcmd: Error: Microsoft ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server : TCP Provider: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" while installing MDM 10.2 HotFix 2 and 10.3 Hotfix1 on SQL Server 2016 database (informatica.com)

Microsoft ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server : Login failed for user 'sa' - Stack Overflow

sqlcmd: Error: Microsoft ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server: Login timeout expired - Alim Dogan - Medium

Thank you all,

Best regards.

Hello @adobecampaignproxd ,

Are you on prem hosting? if no raise ticket to adobe support. If you are on prem, can you access server and check the database server if its running? is that hosted by 3rd party? ask their support to fix it? if you can access it check the db status restart it perhaps and check again?
